The staff are wonderful, friendly, well presented and professional. The housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. And the interior designer has successfully vomited standard mid range hotel design all over the place. But that’s it. I arrived when the hotel was clearly nearly empty (visible by all the room keys still in their slots late at night & early hours) yet they only had a room with two singles available so I imagine they have no doubles or a maximum of 4 of them in the whole hotel, or they lied to me?). The room was minimalist and unobtrusive in its decor. There is a room drinks fridge which I imagine be would be perfect for anyone needing to cool drinks, snacks etc. The wardrobe space is plentiful for a long weekend as a couple. Also the desk & chair are an ideal height but sadly no plug socket within reach so neither useful as a work desk nor a hair/make up counter Sadly the mattresses on the two pushed together single beds were horrific, the bed linen cheap and greyish rather than their original white (as were the towels). Flattened fibre pillows were provided and a overused blanket between the two sheets. The shower would not regulate. One moment you are under a great stream or perfect temperature, the next you are being boiled alive or frozen to death despite not touching anything. The sound proofing is near non-existent, I had the pleasure of joining my neighbours for their TV session until 4am along with their love making. the second is forgivable as many are more vocal in a hotel...but the first? Why are TV’s placed on adjoining walls if your soundproofing is that poor? I was surprised to find no room service particularly given the ongoing covid restrictions & early closures of restaurants & supermarkets. Surely this is the definition of a trapped audience, so guaranteed income? I had anticipated Spanish tapas & wine in my room as I settled in, not quite the same as the water I had bought over from France in my car. To be honest I am probably over irritated writing this review. Travelling in covid times is challenging. But those mattresses, lack of soundproofing & no room service means I have not slept or eaten in nearly 48 hours so this is as honest as it gets

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très spacieuses avec une décoration moderne, des lits king-size très confortables et des minibars. L'attention du personnel est très correcte. Sans aucun doute, pour moi, c'est mon premier choix pour devoir rester longtemps à Saragosse.

Nous avons été un fin de la soirée en famille. Grand découverte à l'intérieur des hôtels de Madrid. Relation qualité prix très bon. C'est de ces hôtels qui maintiennent leur charme sans être beaucoup moins antiquisé. Ils nous ont toujours aidé à faire notre séjour à Madrid satisfaisant. ( attention, confort, traitement personnalisé ...) Bien qu'il n'ait pas le centre, il a un mètre à côté et à 4 arrêts, ils sont au centre de Madrid, mais vous économisez le bruit qui en résulte. Ils nous ont dit que l'été, ils l'arrêteront quelques jours pour une réforme. Je suis sûr que la prochaine fois que je vais travailler à Madrid, je vais me rendre dans cet hôtel. C'est idéal pour les échappements à la famille et pour le travail, j'ai eu le sentiment que c'était à la maison.

Pour se détendre après un long voyage, on a pris une suite avec spa et vue jardin. (Arrivés de nuit, je vous laisse apprécier la ”vue jardin” le matin sur mes photos. De l'autre coté, c'était vue sur l'autoroute...) Concernant le repas, après avoir attendu 40mn devant le porte du restaurant bondé sans que personne ne s'occupe de nous, nous avons fini par manger à 22h30, un plat moyen accompagné de vin imbuvable. Ensuite on est allé dormir. Enfin on a essayé. Mais entre les hurlements dans les couloirs des gens qui se croient tous seuls, et le bruit infernal de la clim dehors sous nos fenêtres, c'était impossible. Evidemment en réservant on savait que c'était un château ”en carton”. Par contre le tarif n'était pas en carton, lui. En partant on a signalé à l'accueil que proposer une ”suite” à ce tarif et à cet endroit de l'hôtel n'était pas normal, voire malhonnête. La direction devait nous contacter. Bien sûr, on attend toujours...

La chambre est grande, mais les installations sont très vieilles, le lit de canapé est défavorable, le cap du salon est mauvais, le pantalon est un pantalon, il faut sortir le pantalon dans le sac, le petit déjeuner est bon, 9 euros par personne, le prix de la moitié des enfants.

Stayed in the hotel, due to the secure lorry park, which is where we parked. Yes you can hear the noise from the fridges, if you are that side of the hotel but was a very clean tidy and quiet hotel. Easier walk to the repsol garage, McDonald’s , Burger King and a supermarket is within 10 minutes walk. Shame the shopping centre is all shut down. The room were very good and the bathroom was good. Had everything you need. Staff speak good English, if you spain is rubbish like mine.
