Très bon hôtel, marque Marriott, la chambre est relativement grande, le personnel de la réception est également très bien, vous pouvez demander des chaussons à la réception, les chaussons ne sont généralement pas fournis du côté allemand de la chambre, le petit déjeuner est à 10 euros par personne personne, très bon rapport qualité prix ! !! !!

L'hôtel, réparti sur plusieurs bâtiments, est situé directement sur la mer dans une position calme et très belle. Nous sommes arrivés à quatre heures en décembre. Le check-in était facile. Ce qui nous étonnait seulement que, dans une semaine complète, nous n'ayons même pas été demandés un certificat de vaccination, un test ou autre. La chambre était généreuse avec une terrasse avec une vue directe sur la mer. Mais : les meubles étaient des arrière-plans, des arrière-plans plus gros, les jardins étaient détruits, les matraques étaient complètement percés et le chauffage n'a pas été effectué dans la salle de bain (en décembre!). Nous avons informé la réception personnelle de ce problème pendant trois jours, et nous avons toujours été renvoyés à un technicien qui réparait le chauffage le 4e jour. Le restaurant est confortablement équipé, la carte de repas est assez bon marché, peu de choix, mais ce qui est proposé est très bon. La situation du petit déjeuner était totalement chaotique. Malgré Corona, aucun créneaux horaires n'a été offert, de sorte que tous les clients de l'hôtel se sont enrobés au buffet à la fois. Certains ont été placés au niveau des hôtes pour changer d'étage pour chaque pain, œuf, café, etc. Le personnel est très gentil, mais il est en partie tout excès. Les plats étaient toujours en panne, le désert et le fromage n'ont été remplis qu'après plusieurs appels. Une machine à café standard unique a été installée pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel...Temps d'attente jusqu'à 15 minutes!!! Comme nous avons réservé le menu Silvester, nous avons été invités à être extra ponctuels à 18 heures. Le personnel de la ville, qui ne savait rien, nous a demandé de revenir, car il n'y avait qu'à 19 heures. Dans l'ensemble, le concept d'hôtel est en mesure de présenter des perspectives, mais il est urgent de redoubler d'efforts de la part du gestionnaire, ainsi que de prendre en compte certains coûts d'investissement pour la rénovation et la rénovation des chambres.

A seven night stay in a very good, comfortable hotel situated on a busy main road at the entrance to a business park. We had a spacious and comfortable accessible room with a sizeable bathroom and a decent shower. The room included a Nespresso coffee machine with three pods that were replaced daily, as were the bottles of water in the mini bar. On arrival there was also a complementary tray of fruit awaiting us, along with a bar of chocolate and some cashew nuts. The room had everything we needed, including numerous power points, and there was ample room for my partner to manoeuvre her electric wheelchair, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room rate included an excellent breakfast. There was a live cooking station for eggs etc, and at the weekend a complementary glass of prosecco was provided - a nice touch. We didn't eat in either of the hotel's restaurants in the evening, but we did avail ourselves of the Hemingway Bar menu and room service a few times. This was a limited menu but the dishes were of good quality and the helpings sizeable. My partner's requirements for gluten-free options were well catered for, both at breakfast and when choosing from the bar menu. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
