Bel hôtel, très bon emplacement. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique et extrêmement travailleur. Je suis arrivé quelques heures plus tôt et j'ai été autorisé à me rafraîchir à l'hôtel, à ranger mes bagages et j'ai été appelé lorsque ma chambre était prête. Petit-déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine et toute la zone sont également très bien entretenues. Hautement recommandé!

Nous sommes juste retournés d'un adorable séjour de 11 nuits à Pierre & Vacances. Pros - Piscine adorable et propre, plein de lits solaires. - Chambres nouvelles et propres. - Personnel de réception tous amical et très utile. - Situation parfaite - à quelques minutes de la belle coque des pirates, à 10 minutes à pied de Los Delphines, à 10 minutes de bus/taxi à Ciutadella. - Mini-marché - de base mais de la main et la dame qui y travaillait était belle et amicale. Cons - Pas de toilette autour de la piscine - nous n'avons pas pu faire un check-out tard le dernier jour car les appartements étaient pleins, ce qui signifie que nous avions plein jour avant notre vol nocturne sans utiliser un toilette avec 2 jeunes enfants qui était vraiment moins que idéal . - Aucun bar de piscine n'a cependant l'air d'être rénové prêt à ouvrir. - Notre chambre était une des rares chambres sans vue agréable - quelques arbres agréables mais vue de piscine bloquée par marque/construction et un skip. Globalement, il retournerait, il resterait très bien.

What a lovely hotel! We booked only 2 weeks before our holiday and emailed the hotel to request a room with a pool view and happily we were in a really nice location. I did feel the restaurant was more like a cafeteria and very brightly lit. On our first evening we were left to find a table when it was really busy. It's always nice to be greeted by someone when you arrive. There was plenty of choice for hot and cold meals. We walked to the marina each evening and as others have said it is a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel. Depends how fast you walk!! The cleaning staff are brilliant and cleaned our room every day. The pools and grounds are well looked after also. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

C’est un superbe endroit au cœur de ciutadella à deux pas de la cathédrale; Très grande propreté de tous les espaces (communs et chambre); les petits déjeuner sont fait maison et de très bonne qualité; Personnel très aimable; le wifi est inclus

Séjour fin septembre entre amie. La chambre: spacieuse, assez confortable, mais le ménage a été fait que 3 fois et au final quand ils parlent de ménage, entendez juste : réfection de lit et changement de serviettes!! Car le 1 et jour, nous avions cassé une bouteille de vin dans la chambre et malgres nos relances, le ménage n’avait jamais été fait sur la kitchenette etc , nous nous sommes résolu à acheter des éponges et le faire nous meme … Sinon le personnel est très souriant et agréable. Le repas: UNE HORREUR!!! un bruit MONSTRE, 1000 fois pire qu’une cantine scolaire!! Vous ne pouvez pas manger dans un endroit calme, il n’y en a pas!!! Vous devez vous contentez du restaurant coller au bar, aux animations enfants avec leur musique 100 fois trop forte etc, c’est un vrai supplice, il faut littéralement hurler pour s’entendre et discuter !! Première fois que je vois ca dans un hôtel vacances!! Le bar est toujours bondé. La plupart des boissons ou autres sont payants!! Pour un all inclusive c’est fort dommage de voir ca!! Les animations sont de piètre qualité avec un son 10000 fois trop fort, sans compter les enfants rois qui court et hurlent partout. Bref le moment du repas est un vrai calvaire. Tellement que nous prenions vite vite le petit dej et partions toute la journée pour ne revenir que vers 20h30 et manger en tout dernier au restau très rapidement. Louer une voiture pour visiter l’île qui est magnifique car pas grand chose autour.
