Le chaise de bureau de faible qualité, l'absence d'individualité bouteille d'eau, les serviettes de mauvaise qualité, etc. tous mènent à ce sentiment Il n'est pas mauvais, juste pas la valeur du prix. Il y a beaucoup mieux de choix dans Bacolod pour moins d'argent

J'aime la propreté de ma chambre, j'espère que de nouvelles poules ne sont pas assez fluffyes. J'ai eu un bon sommeil, cependant, le personnel était aussi agréable. J'aime les K9 appelés wattatops. Je voudrais également suggérer d'ajouter des regards sur vos céréales pour le petit déjeuner et plus de choix de nourriture pour le buffet.

This hotel is not 4 star hotel at all! I dont know what kind of criteria they are looking but this is not a 4 star hotel. The worst stay ever I had in the Philippines. The hotel itself does not have an exhaust! When it is very hot outside, they turned on the air con full blast! in the ground floor and then in the room, other than that it would feel like a sauna. So we stayed here & booked for 4 days, the second night I wanted a refund because the room was firstly cold when the aircon is turned on when its hot it feels like you're in the sauna. This is where I even got more sicker, as I could not sleep due to the loud sound of the airconditioned! It was very unpleasant! We've moved rooms 3 times in this few days when we stayed. The first room was horrible; it was on the 4th floor! It was depressing! The bathroom was not cleaned at all! It was like one of the rooms that were not used for the last 3 years, the shower head was full of rust even the bidet! I would not even try to use it to clean my bum! It was even dirtier than my bum! Disgusting! So I complained about this & they told us to move to another room which was more renovated on the 3rd floor! This time it was ok! So we said we stay here but then all the shower head was also not nice & they had to change it! At night when using the shower, it started to flood, so I had to call the reception & at midnight the technician had to fix it! The restaurant had gone downhill as well. There are many waiters and waitresses just standing there and sometimes they dont have a clue! The food was OK. But I questioned the cleanliness of it! There was once at the restaurant during breakfast when the other table was finished and the customers left, the waitress just took all the plates and glasses and also the paper placemat & replace it with a new one without even cleaning the table! Disgusting! I called the attention of them & told them that they need to clean it as there was still some dirty stuff from the other customers. So they were quick splashed it water and wipe it with cloth. We also went for lunch once and the food served was cold, we complained but they said it was made new & I asked the waiter who served it to try because it was cold, so they had to give a new set of fries! Afterwards we dont eat here anymore as I felt that the food being served or made is not fresh! At one point i felt very sick as i could not sleep very well due to the loudness of the aircon & requested for a refund, they moved us to a matrimonial bed! At first we can try but then the last few days I really became very ill! Anyhow, we spoke to the General Manager and he even apologised and also gave him some suggestions! But he told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic! I also want to add that the business room is nothing like a business room it was like a storage room for luggage and cables were everywhere with 1 computer inside & charging you ridiculous peso for printing or scanning; the

My fiancee and i like this hotel since its clean and the staff are very much accommodating.. Foods are great too... Plus its near in Sm, baywalk downtown church and in port going to manila all in walking distance only..one thing im sure is were going to go back in this hotel again and again... La chambre était très propre et confortable. J'avais un séjour incroyable, mais je suis une personne occupée et préfère rester à l'intérieur de la chambre la plupart du temps. Je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps dans le monde pour aller et chercher un endroit pour manger. Je vous propose de trouver quelqu'un qui vous associe à la fourniture de nourriture pour vos invités, surtout pendant la nuit ou le début du matin. Ils semblent tous agréables mais ennuyeux, je vous suggère de vous inclure dans votre formation en leur enseignant au moins de sourire, après tout, vous êtes de la ville de sourire. Je pensais qu'ils essayaient de faire le meilleur de leurs affaires, mais ils auraient pu être plus accueillis.

Avenue Suites is one of the most accessible accommodations in Bacolod since it's located along Lacson Street, one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Its facilities are okay, with a nice swimming pool, a small fitness center, a lovely restaurant, etc. on the ground floor. The rooms, on the other hand, were minimalist in design, with no decors whatsoever on the walls and very limited furniture, but quite spacious and with a private toilet/shower room. They're very strict with the ”no outside food and drinks to be brought into the room” policy and yet they don't even provide guests with free water. As to the toiletries, they have a shampoo/body wash dispenser fixed on the wall of the shower box and a toothbrush with some tooth paste. Nothing more. The only thing they really have to work on is the noise on the ground floor and of some guests and staff in the corridors. The rooms have very thin walls. I was on the second floor (room 212) near the stairs and the elevators and I could practically hear all the noises outside. Hence, I suggest that you avoid booking a room on the second floor near the stairs and the elevator. By the way, breakfast was okay and hotel staff were very accommodating.

Dire qu'il est horrible n'est pas une description apt. Pensez pire, pire. Le personnel était rude, insolent, indifférent et représentait le moins de ”hospitalité” que vous imaginiez. Nous sommes habituellement dans un hôtel beaucoup mieux chaque fois que je rentre d'un contrat à l'étranger, mais notre hôtel habituel a été réservé. L'hôtel a regardé ”OK” sur le site. Pas en vie réelle. Le personnel de la chambre de la chambre a fait de la femme un rassemblement de 2 heures dans le lobby, car la chambre était ”Non prête”. L'hôtel a mis en place un nouveau sous-standard d'excellence. Si vous avez baissé le bar, un serpent ne pouvait plus s'en débarrasser. Grime, froid, râte, le ventilateur de la salle de bains pendant du plafond, la chambre ”sécure”, une boîte de chaussures de taille, n'a pas fonctionné, mais pas de soucis, Il a été détruit par le mur, vous pouviez simplement le porter sous un bras. Vous n'avez pas pu ouvrir la porte du coffre-fort, mais cela n'a pas d'importance car cet hôtel ne fournit pas de hangers. En fait. Pas de hangers. La piscine, vue de notre chambre, aurait pu être invitée à refroidir, Si ce n'était pas pour la belle ”Frog Pond Green” de l'eau. Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires et une cuillère supplémentaire. Ces sont venus à un prix. Le lendemain, le garde-fourni a pris les serviettes propres (extra) de la chambre, mais laissés les sales sur le sol. Le bureau de front appelait et dit que nous devions payer le ”loyer quotidien” pour la pile supplémentaire. Sinon, ils enverraient quelqu'un pour la collecter. Après la 2e nuit, nous aurions assez. Nous aurions été déplacés plus tôt, mais j'étais en retard depuis 30 heures de transit de la maison américaine et, vraiment, pourrait-il se détériorer? Eh bien, oui. Jour 2 Je me suis réveillé pour trouver un constructeur sur le balcon d'accès à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de notre chambre. A 0605 heures. Péering. Silly me. Nous étions au 4ème étage, pourquoi j'ai eu besoin de me soucier de tirer les drapeaux. Il a souri et on a tourné. C'est un grand endroit pour éteindre votre mère-en-la-loi haïe, le pire ennemi ou le mauvais chef. Le personnel semble prendre leurs conseils d'hospitalité à partir de la série PURGE Binge-surveiller. Le seul facteur de remboursement est le Mall SM situé à environ 0.3 km.
