Hôtels avec balcon à Harbin

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, avec des intérieurs de style européen et une atmosphère calme et élégante. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et sans place. Le personnel était ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. La location est confortable pour la visite à Harbin, et le petit déjeuner était frais et agréable. Nous avons reçu un cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Ce qui rend cet hôtel spécial est son histoire, y compris l'ascenseur original 1903, qui ajoute un touche mémorable et authentique à l'expérience.

The owner was friendly and nice, when we said the washing machine was not working well, he replaced it He even helped us with some of the destinations that we were unaware of. The residence is conveniently located where there are many shops and eateries outside, within 1 min. It's a homestay so don't expect it to be like a hotel where your towels will be changed and rubbish thrown daily

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

J'ai adoré l'hôtel : propre et facile à trouver. Le service était excellent, bien au-delà de mes attentes. L'emplacement est correct, à deux minutes en voiture des restaurants environnants. Le personnel peut vous aider à vous y rendre, notamment à la station de ski de Yabuli. N'hésitez pas à leur poser des questions, ils sont là pour vous aider, que ce soit pour la location de matériel, le transport, etc. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles : on peut jouer dans la neige dehors, la décoration extérieure est charmante avec des ours en peluche et l'intérieur est très confortable. Mon séjour a été formidable !

La famille du patron est aussi enthousiaste que la famille, avec des questions à répondre, la décoration de la chambre est très douce et confortable, le sol est très chaud et les gens du Sud ne doivent pas s'inquiéter du froid. La position du peuple est calme, mais très proche de la zone de scène centrale, et vous pouvez revenir à tout moment si vous êtes fatigué. Sacs gratuits, bagages intimes, cuisine familiale magnifique, chaque détail est chaud, il est recommandé à un ami de aller à la campagne de neige!

Que signifie un bon service ? Si le service est bon, les clients se sentiront désolés pour le magasin s'ils ne lui attribuent pas cinq étoiles. Le prix de l'hôtel n'inclut pas le petit-déjeuner (mais il est surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre familiale plus grande). Voyant que le petit-déjeuner semi-buffet sur Ctrip a de bonnes critiques, nous sommes descendus pour y jeter un œil et décider de l'acheter ou non. Le serveur qui s'apprêtait à commander pour moi m'a dit : « Ne l'achetez pas. En plus de commander des plats fraîchement cuisinés (pour garantir le goût), le buffet vous suffit, alors je vous le donnerai. Les enfants étaient choqués : pourquoi ? Contremaître : Parce que tu es beau. Le petit garçon avait l'air timide. Divers détails ont été loués, comme le pain grillé était recouvert d'un chiffon pour éviter qu'il ne sèche, le café était fraîchement moulu et j'avais choisi le latte, et le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé plutôt que fini. Oh oui, il existe également une grande variété de thés britanniques l'après-midi à partir de 11 heures. Un bon hôtel est celui où l'on reste une nuit et où l'on ne veut plus jamais partir [Amour] Le hall était rempli de sincères remerciements de la part de tous.

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

Le responsable du compte m'a contacté un jour à l'avance et m'a demandé comment me rendre à l'hôtel. Après avoir appris qu'il s'agissait d'un taxi ferroviaire à grande vitesse, il a immédiatement aidé à organiser une prise en charge pour demain (car il craignait que notre service soit pris en charge). le voyage serait affecté par un chauffeur noir). À cette époque, il était très préoccupé par la faveur de l'hôtel. 2. Le grand frère qui est venu nous chercher le lendemain nous attendait déjà dehors. Après être venu nous chercher, nous sommes allés directement à l'hôtel. La voiture qui est venue nous chercher était également neuve et propre, et nous avons été très satisfaits. 3. Ce qui m'a le plus surpris après mon arrivée à l'hôtel, c'est que la cliente m'a dit qu'elle m'aimait bien et m'a directement surclassée dans leur suite. La chambre était très grande et très propre. 4. Je n'ai pas réservé de ski ou d'autres itinéraires avant d'y aller. J'ai lu en ligne et j'ai dit que je pouvais demander à l'hôtel de le réserver pour moi. Ensuite, j'ai interrogé la dame sur la piste de ski numéro un au monde et elle m'a immédiatement aidé. Cela m'a pris une demi-heure. Ils ont demandé à quelqu'un de venir nous chercher et m'ont aidé à réserver un forfait pour le ski du lendemain, qui était beaucoup moins cher que la station de ski. J'ai vécu tous les projets auxquels je voulais jouer et tous ceux que j'ai rencontrés étaient très enthousiastes. We are family of 5 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The location is very convenient, near the Beima Road Station (200 m). The apartment is quite spacious equipped with basic kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator. Definitely worth the stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting Harbin.
