Grand hôtel thématique et avec une position étonnante à Zhongyang Street où vous pouvez voir toutes les sculptures de glace étonnantes sans avoir à marcher loin dans le temps -30 Degrés. Le personnel était très gentil et attentif, la meilleure chose à propos de cela est bien sûr la séance de vestir avec le photographe.

This accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold. We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight. The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called. Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels et je suis généralement trop paresseux pour écrire des critiques. C'est la première fois que je publie un avis car je peux vraiment féliciter le service. L'hôtel gère la question des vestiaires, de la prolongation des séjours, etc. lorsque le WiFi n'est pas disponible. Le matériel n'est pas à la hauteur des normes cinq étoiles (l'hôtel n'est pas étiqueté comme cinq étoiles, juste Ctrip Five-Diamond), mais le service est certainement le niveau d'un hôtel cinq étoiles ou même au-delà de cinq étoiles, donc je je n'entrerai pas dans les détails. Les installations internes de l'hôtel sont relativement neuves et l'hygiène et la literie sont correctes. Il est vrai qu'il y a quelques défauts, comme l'hôtel un peu petit (oublions la piscine et la salle de sport), il n'y a pas de parking dédié (ce n'est pas grave si on ne vient pas de l'extérieur de la ville en voiture) , et c'est encore à une certaine distance de Central Street. Mais je suis venu hors saison et le rapport qualité-prix d'environ 400 était plutôt bon. C'est le niveau de service de l'hôtel qui compense les défauts inhérents au matériel. Il est fortement recommandé à ceux qui viennent d'ailleurs sans conduire et se concentrent uniquement sur des indicateurs de base tels que l'hébergement lors d'un séjour à l'hôtel👍🏻

L'hôtel est très bon et très bon service, et si vous voulez un hôtel budget, je vous recommanderai très bien.

The bosses are very friendly and fetched and send us from the yabulixi train station. Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us! I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang! They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur. We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too They serve daily breakfast too The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the food… Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel. They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price too… My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel pour profiter du spa. Nous avons été ravis. Le cadre est calme et spacieux. Le personnel était courtois et nous a aidés à appeler un taxi. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux pour 70 yuans : un buffet asiatique et européen. Nous sommes allés aux sources chaudes et nous sommes fait masser. Nous avons tout adoré. L'espace détente est excellent. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit, même si j'avais réservé une chambre sans fenêtre. Tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup pour ce début de vacances si agréable !

Résumé : C'était parfait au-delà de nos attentes. Je choisirai certainement cet hôtel la prochaine fois. 1. Le responsable du compte m'a contacté un jour à l'avance et m'a demandé comment me rendre à l'hôtel. Après avoir appris qu'il s'agissait d'un taxi ferroviaire à grande vitesse, il a immédiatement aidé à organiser une prise en charge pour demain (car il craignait que notre service soit pris en charge). le voyage serait affecté par un chauffeur noir). À cette époque, il était très préoccupé par la faveur de l'hôtel. 2. Le grand frère qui est venu nous chercher le lendemain nous attendait déjà dehors. Après être venu nous chercher, nous sommes allés directement à l'hôtel. La voiture qui est venue nous chercher était également neuve et propre, et nous avons été très satisfaits. 3. Ce qui m'a le plus surpris après mon arrivée à l'hôtel, c'est que la cliente m'a dit qu'elle m'aimait bien et m'a directement surclassée dans leur suite. La chambre était très grande et très propre. 4. Je n'ai pas réservé de ski ou d'autres itinéraires avant d'y aller. J'ai lu en ligne et j'ai dit que je pouvais demander à l'hôtel de le réserver pour moi. Ensuite, j'ai interrogé la dame sur la piste de ski numéro un au monde et elle m'a immédiatement aidé. Cela m'a pris une demi-heure. Ils ont demandé à quelqu'un de venir nous chercher et m'ont aidé à réserver un forfait pour le ski du lendemain, qui était beaucoup moins cher que la station de ski. J'ai vécu tous les projets auxquels je voulais jouer et tous ceux que j'ai rencontrés étaient très enthousiastes. The room was comfortable and suitable for staying with friends. The host was very helpful and responded quickly, helping us find the place easily. Everything was clean, but the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning — that would make the stay perfect.
