Nous voulions plus que le luxe . Nous voulions un hôtel qui reflète vraiment le caractère, le patrimoine et l'histoire de Harbin. Le Mansion 1903 Hotel est probablement l'un des plus charmants hôtels de Harbin, qui combinent magnifiquement l'élégance du monde ancien, le confort moderne et le fort patrimoine russe. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, élégantes et exceptionnellement confortables, tandis que le personnel est chaud, professionnel, attentif et réellement hospitalier. This accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold. We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight. The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called. Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

La famille du patron est aussi enthousiaste que la famille, avec des questions à répondre, la décoration de la chambre est très douce et confortable, le sol est très chaud et les gens du Sud ne doivent pas s'inquiéter du froid. La position du peuple est calme, mais très proche de la zone de scène centrale, et vous pouvez revenir à tout moment si vous êtes fatigué. Sacs gratuits, bagages intimes, cuisine familiale magnifique, chaque détail est chaud, il est recommandé à un ami de aller à la campagne de neige!

This hotel is very nice amazing service is pretty good and if you want a budget friendly hotel i will highly recommend this. As a foreigner it was great hotel.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

Que signifie un bon service ? Si le service est bon, les clients se sentiront désolés pour le magasin s'ils ne lui attribuent pas cinq étoiles. Le prix de l'hôtel n'inclut pas le petit-déjeuner (mais il est surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre familiale plus grande). Voyant que le petit-déjeuner semi-buffet sur Ctrip a de bonnes critiques, nous sommes descendus pour y jeter un œil et décider de l'acheter ou non. Le serveur qui s'apprêtait à commander pour moi m'a dit : « Ne l'achetez pas. En plus de commander des plats fraîchement cuisinés (pour garantir le goût), le buffet vous suffit, alors je vous le donnerai. Les enfants étaient choqués : pourquoi ? Contremaître : Parce que tu es beau. Le petit garçon avait l'air timide. Divers détails ont été loués, comme le pain grillé était recouvert d'un chiffon pour éviter qu'il ne sèche, le café était fraîchement moulu et j'avais choisi le latte, et le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé plutôt que fini. Oh oui, il existe également une grande variété de thés britanniques l'après-midi à partir de 11 heures. J'ai lu en ligne et j'ai dit que je pouvais demander à l'hôtel de le réserver pour moi. Ensuite, j'ai interrogé la dame sur la piste de ski numéro un au monde et elle m'a immédiatement aidé. Cela m'a pris une demi-heure. Ils ont demandé à quelqu'un de venir nous chercher et m'ont aidé à réserver un forfait pour le ski du lendemain, qui était beaucoup moins cher que la station de ski. J'ai vécu tous les projets auxquels je voulais jouer et tous ceux que j'ai rencontrés étaient très enthousiastes. The room was comfortable and suitable for staying with friends. The host was very helpful and responded quickly, helping us find the place easily. Everything was clean, but the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning — that would make the stay perfect.

Great location. So close to sophias church. Alot of places to eat nearby. Easy bus & taxi location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it would trap us in. And close to the railway station. South square.
