Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

J'ai adoré l'hôtel : propre et facile à trouver. Le service était excellent, bien au-delà de mes attentes. L'emplacement est correct, à deux minutes en voiture des restaurants environnants. Le personnel peut vous aider à vous y rendre, notamment à la station de ski de Yabuli. N'hésitez pas à leur poser des questions, ils sont là pour vous aider, que ce soit pour la location de matériel, le transport, etc. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles : on peut jouer dans la neige dehors, la décoration extérieure est charmante avec des ours en peluche et l'intérieur est très confortable. Mon séjour a été formidable !

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Que signifie un bon service ? Si le service est bon, les clients se sentiront désolés pour le magasin s'ils ne lui attribuent pas cinq étoiles. Le prix de l'hôtel n'inclut pas le petit-déjeuner (mais il est surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre familiale plus grande). Voyant que le petit-déjeuner semi-buffet sur Ctrip a de bonnes critiques, nous sommes descendus pour y jeter un œil et décider de l'acheter ou non. Le serveur qui s'apprêtait à commander pour moi m'a dit : « Ne l'achetez pas. En plus de commander des plats fraîchement cuisinés (pour garantir le goût), le buffet vous suffit, alors je vous le donnerai. Les enfants étaient choqués : pourquoi ? Contremaître : Parce que tu es beau. Le petit garçon avait l'air timide. Divers détails ont été loués, comme le pain grillé était recouvert d'un chiffon pour éviter qu'il ne sèche, le café était fraîchement moulu et j'avais choisi le latte, et le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé plutôt que fini. Oh oui, il existe également une grande variété de thés britanniques l'après-midi à partir de 11 heures. Un bon hôtel est celui où l'on reste une nuit et où l'on ne veut plus jamais partir [Amour] Le hall était rempli de sincères remerciements de la part de tous.

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Un très bel hôtel, rénové avec de la pierre et du bois, avec des chambres calmes et un personnel serviable. À notre arrivée aux sources, nous les avons trouvées presque désertes. Tous les bains et saunas fonctionnaient, c'était donc absolument merveilleux. Les bains aux herbes proposent diverses infusions, et des tisanes sont également disponibles gratuitement. Le soir, nous avons pris un buffet composé de viandes, de spécialités locales, de crevettes, de raviolis aux garnitures variées et de salades ; bref, un menu très varié. J'ai tout adoré et j'y retournerais volontiers. Il y a des points de vente proposant différentes marques à proximité.

C'est un hôtel dans lequel je séjourne souvent. Le hall de l'hôtel est assez grandiose et la belle dame de la réception est attentive et réactive à toutes les demandes ! Il y a de l'eau minérale gratuite dans la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. La chambre est bien équipée et bien éclairée. Il y a un petit-déjeuner et un parking gratuits. L'emplacement est excellent et le transport est pratique. Il se trouve à environ dix minutes des attractions. . Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait.

Это прекрасный аппарт отель. Заехали самостоятельно, ни с кем не контактировали. Квартира достаточно просторная на 4-ых. Очень порадовало рядом метро, недалеко тц и под боком мак. Все удобства были предоставлены
