I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

J'ai adoré l'hôtel : propre et facile à trouver. Le service était excellent, bien au-delà de mes attentes. L'emplacement est correct, à deux minutes en voiture des restaurants environnants. Le personnel peut vous aider à vous y rendre, notamment à la station de ski de Yabuli. N'hésitez pas à leur poser des questions, ils sont là pour vous aider, que ce soit pour la location de matériel, le transport, etc. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles : on peut jouer dans la neige dehors, la décoration extérieure est charmante avec des ours en peluche et l'intérieur est très confortable. Mon séjour a été formidable !

Pour tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit pour rester à Yabuli : Le parc est très bien situé, le parc est très bien situé, et tout ce qui nous a été offert est à un prix si bon marché et abordable. Ce qui, à mon avis, est excellent service de soins car, habituellement, quand je vais à un hôtel, il n'y a pas beaucoup de snacks complimentaires mais il y a une grande variété de nourriture dans les couples villa et le propriétaire même allait au supermarché pour acheter la nourriture à la fin de la nuit Ils ont même leur propre restaurant qui vend des barbecues. La viande était agréable et délicieuse. Tout est meilleur que les restaurants de barbecue habituels que vous voyez habituellement. Je me souviens même de faire ski avec ma fille et moi et le couple nous avons même emprunté des outils de ski et nous avons fourni d'autres accessoires de ski. Même quand nous étions juste là pendant un peu, le couple nous a fourni toutes les besoins nécessaires, c'est pourquoi je recommande vivement de rester dans cette villa. A tous les amis qui veulent trouver un logement à Abley : Je recommande vivement à cette famille, le couple de propriétaires de maisons de fer et de fer est enthousiaste et offre des prix de service. Le couple qui vit ici est particulièrement intime. Une fois ma fille a été mariée, ils nous ont envoyé un verre. Ils ont aussi leur propre restaurant de barbecue, le barbecue de ferraille, la viande est délicieuse et plus douce que le barbecue ordinaire. Rappelez-vous que quand ils ont fait ski avec leur fille, les couples ont prêté non seulement des équipements de ski, mais aussi des autres produits de ski intimes. Même si vous vous êtes arrêtés pour un court moment, ils fournissent un ensemble complet de produits de vie. Nous ne pouvons pas nous laisser skier pour prendre le train. Les gars de fer nous aident à conduire tous les vêtements pour nous aider à changer. Ils ont le sentiment de vivre chez les amis.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

L’expérience de séjourner ici était super ! L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, l'attitude du service est très satisfaisante, le personnel est également très enthousiaste, de nombreux problèmes peuvent être résolus, les installations à l'intérieur sont toutes de grandes marques et le plus important est qu'il soit très calme pour dormir nuit. The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍

C'est un hôtel dans lequel je séjourne souvent. Le hall de l'hôtel est assez grandiose et la belle dame de la réception est attentive et réactive à toutes les demandes ! Il y a de l'eau minérale gratuite dans la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. La chambre est bien équipée et bien éclairée. Il y a un petit-déjeuner et un parking gratuits. L'emplacement est excellent et le transport est pratique. Il se trouve à environ dix minutes des attractions. . Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
