Where to start, I booked through *********** I booked the wrong date, granted completely my fault. However, I called b&b as soon as I realised, no answer after called three times. So I emailed, it stated that although none refundable I could change the date, i requested the date change and they messaged by pretty quickly telling me no, although there were plenty of rooms still available online! I said, if there was an additional cost I would pay, then they just ignored me. Called a further 8-10 times and messaged constantly. Even messaged *********** who tried to sort but to no avail. Due to be there today, and after *********** requested they refund they messaged me direct telling me it’s not possible. Customer service is shocking. To be honest, after looking online at the reviews I’m glad I’m not staying!! AVIOD

I checked in today for a room prebooked for several months , with the specific request for a room with a balcony, I stated quite clearly on the corresponding emails when booking , my room MUST (in big letters ) have a balcony, even at extra cost and was assured this would be the case . On checking in I was given room 103 on the first floor, which was little short of a dingy prison cell , there wasn’t even a Window with natural light. I returned to reception and showed her the confirmation email and the lady said they were full and there were no rooms with a Balcony left , despite my previous emails to this hotel. To cut a long story short, it wasn’t her fault and in fairness she did the best she could and refunded me in full. So, I checked in to another hotel complete with a nice balcony. Be warned, although this hotel appears to be a nice rustic Spanish hotel ( which drew me to book it in the first place ) you may end up in a cell rather than a nice room or without a balcony. Very disappointing.

Thankyou for a great stay. We were a party of 4 couples. Check in was great, the looked after our cases in a secure room. The room was fine we had a double bed with a balcony. We had room 40 The roof top bar is wonderful. The downstairs bar is open 24/7. The staff were amazing, very friendly, really helpful and looked after us. Carlos who was on the bar was great, in fact all the lads on tge bar were brilliant. We will be back. The hotel is in a great position, in old town, surrounded by wonderful, bars, tapas bars, restaurants. The beach is only a five minute walk. Thankyou again

Pour la 2ème année consécutive,nous sommes allés passer 15 jours en 1/2 pension à l'hotel International du 12 au 26 Octobre.Cette fois-ci nous avons fait le choix de prendre la chambre 601,chambre de qualité supérieure avec terrasse vue ville et mer.Aucun regret,satisfaction totale car nous avons eu une chambre moderne avec une clim performante,ventilo de plafond,un petit frigo,télévision chaines espagnoles ce n'est pas grave nous ne sommes pas là pour la télé et cela permet d'améliorer la langue.Chambre faite tous les jours,draps changés régulièrement,linge de toilette et produits toilettes tous les jours.Petit bémol pour le buffet du soir un peu triste mais ou l'on trouve toujours de quoi se restaurer,un peu plus de variété dans les dessert serait bienvenu ,mettre aussi une paella au buffet serait sympa,mais tout ça n'est pas grave.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correct et le tout est compensé par la qualité de l'accueil,la propreté,la disponibilité du personnel.Merci Willy ainsi que l'autre Monsieur réceptioniste qui parle Français,ne changez rien vous ètes tous supers.Un rapport qualité prix imbattable pour de superbes prestations.Amitiés à Juan Pablo et Jorges. Having seen recent hysteria around this hotel I thought it only prudent to write my own experiences at the Luxmar. I have stayed here three times since 2022 with my wife and even brought my son and his lovely wife on the most recent occasion. Having run several of my own successful businesses I can tell you that the staff here are some of the best and the quality to price ratio is staggering, at the Luxmar you truly get more than you paid for with friendly staff, clean apartments and for me one of the best locations in Benidorm. My Gareth (son) was flabbergasted at the measly amount charged and felt he had to leave a respectable tip given the great experience we had. Would highly recommend this hotel but would advise not to over do it on the refreshing and staggeringly cheap estrella as I fell asleep pool side luckily staff were on hand to wake me and remind me to top up my factor 50 so I didn’t burn.
