Attention une hôtesse d’accueil parle français, un cuisinier Tom, sinon le reste c’est espagnol. Les animations tous les soirs (chansons,magies)en espagnol, la piscine les alentours peu nettoyés ,hôtel relativement calme à 200 mètres de la mer.Le coffre fort à 2€ par jour, et le parking 15€ par jour, la rue est en stationnement payant.Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas payer, en sortant de l’hôtel à gauche en dessous du pont après le parc de jeux pour enfants il y a un parking gratuit non surveillé. Le restaurant agréable, il y a de tout et copieux. Très bon .Les tarifs des boissons restent élevés .Les chambres sont propres et faites tous les jours. Il faut prendre les chambres côtés piscine sinon de l’autre côté la gare ou les trains passent toute la nuit. À faire la citadelle ( vous pouvez prendre le package 4 visites pour 8€ à demander quand vous achetez vos billets tickets à l’hôte à la citadelle) qui comprend les musées et château fort.A faire le jet ski au port segur Calafell. Très sympa. Et visite de Tarragone et du pont du diable

It’s the old cliche of you get what you pay for. We didn’t realise that full board didn’t even include tap water with our meals. We were charged $3.60 for a jug of tap water so opted to go all inclusive. We ended up paying for a day that we couldn’t use due to being picked up at 9:45am. Josina at reception went above and beyond to help guide us around the city. Whilst the hotel is prime location for the beach, this is a hotel for Spanish residents not tourists as Josina was the only person who spoke English at reception. On arrival we paid for a fridge which was not delivered so had to chase up more than once. Bedding was filthy on two of the beds. The House keeper asked us to wait until tomorrow for them to be changed. Thank god for google translator. Had to go to reception 4 times to ask for clean bedding. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was empty and there was a visible build up of dust on top of both soap dispensers in the bathrooms. The male bar staff were rude and on more than one occasion served the Spanish guests who were stood behind me in the line. The food selection was ok if you can get over the partial cooked fried eggs and tough bread. The sea food collection was good. Most of the shops are shut during the day and the ***** outside the hotel gets very busy at night especially on the weekends. If you are all Inclusive be mindful that this does not include the bar on the beach so you will have to travel back and forth to get drinks and snacks. This hotel is perfect if you like the beach but as with the hotel if you don’t speak Spanish you may have to use google translate to communicate. If you’re on the first floor be prepared to hear the hoover in reception from 6am onwards. Also on the first floor your room is cleaned very early in the morning.

Nous ne savions pas que, mais les Umbrellas sur la plage doivent être réservés à l'avance! et personne ne nous a dit cela pendant 3 jours. Nous sommes arrivés sur la plage, payés pour les salons solaires et après 5 minutes de départ, car il apparaît que d'autres vacances ont réservé toutes les parasols. (C'est comment nous avons trouvé sur la réservation)Nous avons marqué le long de la plage en recherche d'une parapluie comme sans-abri ... Et la raison est que personne ne nous a juste averti de cette importante nuance. Dans la salle 11 le réfrigérateur n'est pas si bien (il était +33 degrés en dehors). Mais bien sûr, ce n'est pas beaucoup ... vous pouvez acheter de l'eau froide dans le magasin, et laver les vêtements sans tout cela, il n'est pas un problème ... Je recommande dans ces cas au moins de faire un certain type de compliments à leurs clients 🫤 Cependant si nous retournons ici Encore une fois, j'espère ne pas être déçu la prochaine fois. Et même si ils ne nous ont rien dit sur ce qui précède, le personnel est très gentil.🤗

Score de 1 à 10 Localisation. 6 Situé à 100 mt de la plage mais à l'œil avec les pinces de sable le premier tronc il ya des plantes qui pincent parce qu'elles ne facilitent pas l'accès de façon confortable par exemple avec des tiges de bois pour vous approcher de l'eau. La piscine peut être de 25 personnes au total. Restaurante.4 La qualité de la nourriture est faible avec peu de sortie surtout entre semaines ,le niveau de la pelin au week-end, mais pas beaucoup plus que dire.il qualifierait avec assez de rasage. Chambres. 2 On nous a donné une chambre double sur 3 étages où la nettoyage brillait par son absence, il y avait un doigt de poussière partout et bien sûr l'état du parquet cassé dans mauvais état toutes les ensembles ouverts, et sol sans barre,commentaire aussi qu'il y avait une édois dans la chambre insupportable ce qui soulage ventilation ou plutôt laissant porte terrasse ouverte 24 heures avec le passage froid qui en résulte.J'ai placé un scellé transparent dans les grilles d'air et on a assez palmé le problème. Les savons le capuchon avec des bouchons de sang, va te dire quand ils l'ont lavée pour la dernière fois. Je suis habitué à porter un jeu de savons et une manteau pour les urgences comme ça. Et la salle de bain préfère ne pas commenter voir des photos. Je ne suis pas protestant et je n'ai pas fait ça parce que je devais rentrer chez moi et rester pour la femme. Je reconnais que le prix très bon marché 3 jours 2 personnes 200€ pension complète est superbe, mais pour prendre cela, il est préférable de payer plus ,je l'ai pris l'année dernière à Benidorm pour 30 € plus et les mêmes dates et a été incroyable.

This was our third time staying at the hotel Gran Europe, and our third review. Previously stayed in 2014 and 2016. The hotel is under different ownership/management since then. We always loved this relatively small hotel which has a great location on the promenade and seafront. We had two rooms this time, as I joined my wife and children halfway through their three week stay and this gave us more room and comfort than squeezing into one room. Saying that they rooms are a good size with Two large double beds. Rooms are clean and refurbished with good size modern bathroom and a hallway that has plenty of storage. A Good feature is that the halway has both the door to the access corridor and a door to the bedroom, which means the bedroom is shielded from corridor noise at night when both doors are closed. Corridors also are carpeted so we heard no noise at all of the usual footsteps or suitcases being wheeled along at all times of day/night. This was a bonus for us as we are light sleepers. Overall the hotel though is a quiet and peaceful space. The restaurant and bar are excellent with good food and drink available. Plenty of choice and no issues with flies or hygiene. The staff in restaurant and bar are wonderful as are all hotel staff, including reception and cleaning staff. Looking back on our previous review from 2016 we can say our few negative experiences have all been eliminated and we have no faults this time. There were a few smokers around but far less than we saw in 2016. The hotel is dog friendly and it was no problem for us to see dogs being walked around, in corridors and reception but dogs were not present by the pool or allowed in the bar and restaurant. Our children are teens now so didn’t partake in mini disco or kids club, but can say we noticed these to be much improved since 2016. The beach is always fabulous, can’t fault it. Highly recommend this hotel, but not for party animals as it is quiet and peaceful and a lot of elder people stay here. One thing to note. Airport Taxi transfers are expensive here. £100euro or more each way. I discovered that the Uber app will give you public transport options for bus/train if you arrive at a suitable time. My flight landed at 6pm and I then used a bus and train from Barcelona airport and walked down to the hotel from the station, took about 2 hours and cost me less than 8 euro. Was at hotel for dinner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Excellent.
