Le prix est bon, pas si cher mais la nourriture n'a pas bon goût. De plus, il y a un tube derrière le placard où je peux entendre le bruit de l'eau et c'est trop fort. Mais pour l'instant la chambre est propre.

Joli petit hôtel. CR trop petit. Le bon: Personnel sympa. Enregistrement sans problème. Aucune caution « dommages » requise. Nettoyer les espaces communs et la salle blanche. Bon lit et linge. Des serviettes fraîches. Excellent débit d'eau chaude pour une douche. Coffre-fort dans la chambre. Télévision par câble avec une bonne sélection de chaînes. Climatisation silencieuse. Respect de l'environnement avec une procédure de réutilisation des « serviettes » et un emballage réduit (carafe d'eau fournie à remplir depuis le distributeur dans le couloir, distributeurs de savon pour les mains, gel douche et shampoing). Petit-déjeuner philippin servi dans un petit restaurant avec des condiments. Emplacement idéal pour la visite de l'hôpital de Chong Hua. Station de taxis à proximité. Marchez jusqu'à Robinsons Fuente & McDo. Le mauvais: Des tasses, mais pas de bouilloire. Minuscule CR où l'entrée à 2 est impossible, même avec chorégraphie. Le coffre-fort de la chambre est très petit. Pas de réfrigérateur. Pas de tapis de sol CR. Le moche: Enfants des rues, dormant dans la rue, tout près de l'hôtel. Le conseil : Demandez une chambre où le WiFi est bon. La conclusion: Bon rapport qualité prix. Assez bien pour y retourner. -- fin --

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Nous voulions un lit double et la chambre était pour un lit de taille que la reine. La taille de notre chambre était relativement petite pour une chambre double. Il est environ 21 mq de taille et il est très strict quand toutes vos bagages et les choses ont été partout dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner buffet était en moyenne, les plats chauds n'étaient pas chauds et les choix étaient limités. L'hôtel est très proche (Je veux dire distance de marche) à 7/11 Commodities, restaurants de bonne qualité à proximité , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc ... Je aime l'atmosphère de la communauté ... son comme une petite ville dans une petite communauté. Non che i davvero non mi piaceva così tanto, ma è solo qualcosa che non mi apprezzava molto ... la piscina dell'hotel che sembra un buzz e non è stato tenu pulito al momento che siamo andati a visitare la zona. Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

I'm a bit disappointed. I've emailed them about the arrangement regarding the bed since this is supposed to be our anniversary celebration and they replied back acknowledging my email and they said that they have the service. But on our check-in, they said that they haven't prepared the room (this is already past 3pm) and that they will just send a cake but no cake was sent to our room. The room smells moldy and the flush in the toilet is not strong enough to flush everything away and takes a long time to have a 2nd flush (I have to take a bath first before doing the 2nd flush). The swimming pool was nice but it would be better if the water is heated since it is very cold up in the 22nd floor. The breakfast buffet is good and they have a variety of cuisines and they keep on refilling them.

The room is clean. Glass water bottles that are very eco-conscious. The cleaning service is very prompt, room smells good. Room service for food however needs to improve. Ordered for drinks but took a long time to inform us of the unavailability.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.
