L'hôtel est situé dans un magnifique bâtiment colonial avec des étoiles peints magnifiques, plusieurs cours et une piscine. Malheureusement, la plupart des choses qui pourraient être rompus dans cet hôtel sont hors d'action: 1. Le levage pour cet hôtel multi-story n'a pas fonctionné. A part le masseur résident Daniel, il n'y avait pas de personnel d'hôtel prêt à aider les personnes âgées (ou les personnes) dans notre groupe. 2. Un coffre-fort dans ma chambre n'avait pas de verrouillage, donc il ne pouvait pas être utilisé. 3. L'internet fonctionnait seulement de temps en temps. 4. Il y avait une piscine légèrement tortue avec un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas. 5. Cependant, la pire expérience était quand le matin nous n'avions pas d'eau parce que quelque chose d'autre s'est cassé. Il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais je ne peux pas me souvenir de ce qui se passe dans le cadre de la maison de retraite.

Deuxième visite à cet hôtel en un an et ça perd des plumes … Personnel au desk pas dutout aidant sauf une dame de nuit. Tout ce que vous demandez ce n’est pas compliqué, manianaaaaa revenez demain. La chambre sentait le diable cigarette et tout, on demande de de changer …. Revenez demain mais le resort est VIDE. Ensuite on demande déchoir à cheveux, ça prend 4 jours et BEAUCOUP d’insistance Propreté de la lingerie à désirer, trace de sang dans les draps et autres taches, serviettes tachées aussi. Une seule fois resto à la carte possible, jamais ouvert c’est ridicule. Bonne assiette morceau langouste, crevettes et porc accompagnés riz et banane frites Plein d’installations pour resto et snack mais tout est fermes Resto à la carte du midi à la plage vraiment ordinaire. Burger viandes épouvantable avec os et mon ami a été malade La nourriture s’est détériorée, 14 jours copier coller même chose. Riz blanc et riz assaisonné, patate, courge, viandes en bouette pas appétissante avec les os, gros blocs de gras artères etc Choux et concombre seul légume, pour les fruits, ananas, parfois melon et papaye trop mûre qui goûte mauvais Toujours même soupe style Campbell poulet et nouille avec légumes et os pendant 14 jours Le bar à pâtes épouvantable (assez difficile que des pâtes ne soient pas bonnes mais c’est ça ) froid et poêlon jamais lavé qui goutte les pâtes de l’autre avant. Le personnels font pour la plus part leur gros possible mais certains sont mieux que d’autre. Joël, Isabella au buffet des perles Parfois difficile d’avoir ustensiles, jamais de cuillère Les viandes coupés devant vous sont bonnes porc bœuf mais très cuits Toujours les même desserts petit gâteaux et pouding sont bons Les bars ont perdus des plumes, boissons de piètres qualité, aucun mélangeur, parfois un jus qui goutte étrange, juste de Lorangade pas de coke, parfois 7up et rarement tonic Ils font croire à des difficultés d’approvisionnement mais c’est pas mal un mensonge. Il s’est créé un genre de mafia autours de la nourriture. On a vu entre des palettes de coke mais ils le revendent. Le nouveau gérant fait beaucoup de coupure et c’est rendu très ordinaire. Toutes les machines distributrices de jus café sont défectueuses, les machines à slush au bar de la plage aussi et ne sont pas réparées. Idem pour le grille pain que la grille du bas ne fonctionne pas alors prévoyez vous d’avance pour les toast qui nécessitent 6 passages pour etres grillées Des oiseaux sont captifs à l’intérieur du buffet et clairement ils ne font aucun effort pour les sortir, ça pourrait être facile s’ils s’en donnaient la peine d’enlever les vis après les portes patio pour les libérer. Ça fait plus d’un an qu’ils sont là …. Inutile de dire qu’ils font leur besoin sur les chaises et peut être ailleurs dans la bouffe Il y avait des chats et ils les ont tous tues comme des barbares Les mêmes chiens sont là et très gentils et en santé. Stayed here for one night on a TUI Cuba experience tour. The hotel was a great relief after the other hotels we had stayed in. The whole place was clean and the rooms lovely. The bathroom was wonderful with lots of hot water all the girls on the tour took advantage to wash and condition our hair. We had a lovely walk around and a nice snack. The staff are all very friendly and breakfast was nice with a great view.

La chambre sentait le diable cigarette et tout, on demande de de changer …. Revenez demain mais le resort est VIDE. Ensuite on demande déchoir à cheveux, ça prend 4 jours et BEAUCOUP d’insistance Propreté de la lingerie à désirer, trace de sang dans les draps et autres taches, serviettes tachées aussi. Une seule fois resto à la carte possible, jamais ouvert c’est ridicule. Bonne assiette morceau langouste, crevettes et porc accompagnés riz et banane frites Plein d’installations pour resto et snack mais tout est fermes Resto à la carte du midi à la plage vraiment ordinaire. Burger viandes épouvantable avec os et mon ami a été malade La nourriture s’est détériorée, 14 jours copier coller même chose. Riz blanc et riz assaisonné, patate, courge, viandes en bouette pas appétissante avec les os, gros blocs de gras artères etc Choux et concombre seul légume, pour les fruits, ananas, parfois melon et papaye trop mûre qui goûte mauvais Toujours même soupe style Campbell poulet et nouille avec légumes et os pendant 14 jours Le bar à pâtes épouvantable (assez difficile que des pâtes ne soient pas bonnes mais c’est ça ) froid et poêlon jamais lavé qui goutte les pâtes de l’autre avant. Le personnels font pour la plus part leur gros possible mais certains sont mieux que d’autre. Joël, Isabella au buffet des perles Parfois difficile d’avoir ustensiles, jamais de cuillère Les viandes coupés devant vous sont bonnes porc bœuf mais très cuits Toujours les même desserts petit gâteaux et pouding sont bons Les bars ont perdus des plumes, boissons de piètres qualité, aucun mélangeur, parfois un jus qui goutte étrange, juste de Lorangade pas de coke, parfois 7up et rarement tonic Ils font croire à des difficultés d’approvisionnement mais c’est pas mal un mensonge. Il s’est créé un genre de mafia autours de la nourriture. On a vu entre des palettes de coke mais ils le revendent. Le nouveau gérant fait beaucoup de coupure et c’est rendu très ordinaire. Toutes les machines distributrices de jus café sont défectueuses, les machines à slush au bar de la plage aussi et ne sont pas réparées. Idem pour le grille pain que la grille du bas ne fonctionne pas alors prévoyez vous d’avance pour les toast qui nécessitent 6 passages pour etres grillées Des oiseaux sont captifs à l’intérieur du buffet et clairement ils ne font aucun effort pour les sortir, ça pourrait être facile s’ils s’en donnaient la peine d’enlever les vis après les portes patio pour les libérer. Ça fait plus d’un an qu’ils sont là …. The bathroom was wonderful with lots of hot water all the girls on the tour took advantage to wash and condition our hair. We had a lovely walk around and a nice snack. L'hôtel est situé dans un magnifique bâtiment colonial avec des étoiles peints magnifiques, plusieurs cours et une piscine. Malheureusement, la plupart des choses qui pourraient être rompus dans cet hôtel sont hors d'action: 1. Le levage pour cet hôtel multi-story n'a pas fonctionné. A part le masseur résident Daniel, il n'y avait pas de personnel d'hôtel prêt à aider les personnes âgées (ou les personnes) dans notre groupe. 2. Un coffre-fort dans ma chambre n'avait pas de verrouillage, donc il ne pouvait pas être utilisé. 3. L'internet fonctionnait seulement de temps en temps. 4. Il y avait une piscine légèrement tortue avec un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas. 5. Cependant, la pire expérience était quand le matin nous n'avions pas d'eau parce que quelque chose d'autre s'est cassé. Il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais je ne peux pas me souvenir de ce qui se passe dans le cadre de la maison de retraite.

L'hôtel est situé dans un magnifique bâtiment colonial avec des étoiles peints magnifiques, plusieurs cours et une piscine. Malheureusement, la plupart des choses qui pourraient être rompus dans cet hôtel sont hors d'action: 1. Le levage pour cet hôtel multi-story n'a pas fonctionné. A part le masseur résident Daniel, il n'y avait pas de personnel d'hôtel prêt à aider les personnes âgées (ou les personnes) dans notre groupe. 2. Un coffre-fort dans ma chambre n'avait pas de verrouillage, donc il ne pouvait pas être utilisé. 3. L'internet fonctionnait seulement de temps en temps. 4. Il y avait une piscine légèrement tortue avec un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas. 5. Cependant, la pire expérience était quand le matin nous n'avions pas d'eau parce que quelque chose d'autre s'est cassé. Il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais je ne peux pas me souvenir de ce qui se passe dans le cadre de la maison de retraite.

Deuxième visite à cet hôtel en un an et ça perd des plumes … Personnel au desk pas dutout aidant sauf une dame de nuit. Tout ce que vous demandez ce n’est pas compliqué, manianaaaaa revenez demain. La chambre sentait le diable cigarette et tout, on demande de de changer …. Revenez demain mais le resort est VIDE. Ensuite on demande déchoir à cheveux, ça prend 4 jours et BEAUCOUP d’insistance Propreté de la lingerie à désirer, trace de sang dans les draps et autres taches, serviettes tachées aussi. Une seule fois resto à la carte possible, jamais ouvert c’est ridicule. Bonne assiette morceau langouste, crevettes et porc accompagnés riz et banane frites Plein d’installations pour resto et snack mais tout est fermes Resto à la carte du midi à la plage vraiment ordinaire. Burger viandes épouvantable avec os et mon ami a été malade La nourriture s’est détériorée, 14 jours copier coller même chose. Riz blanc et riz assaisonné, patate, courge, viandes en bouette pas appétissante avec les os, gros blocs de gras artères etc Choux et concombre seul légume, pour les fruits, ananas, parfois melon et papaye trop mûre qui goûte mauvais Toujours même soupe style Campbell poulet et nouille avec légumes et os pendant 14 jours Le bar à pâtes épouvantable (assez difficile que des pâtes ne soient pas bonnes mais c’est ça ) froid et poêlon jamais lavé qui goutte les pâtes de l’autre avant. Le personnels font pour la plus part leur gros possible mais certains sont mieux que d’autre. Joël, Isabella au buffet des perles Parfois difficile d’avoir ustensiles, jamais de cuillère Les viandes coupés devant vous sont bonnes porc bœuf mais très cuits Toujours les même desserts petit gâteaux et pouding sont bons Les bars ont perdus des plumes, boissons de piètres qualité, aucun mélangeur, parfois un jus qui goutte étrange, juste de Lorangade pas de coke, parfois 7up et rarement tonic Ils font croire à des difficultés d’approvisionnement mais c’est pas mal un mensonge. Il s’est créé un genre de mafia autours de la nourriture. On a vu entre des palettes de coke mais ils le revendent. Le nouveau gérant fait beaucoup de coupure et c’est rendu très ordinaire. Toutes les machines distributrices de jus café sont défectueuses, les machines à slush au bar de la plage aussi et ne sont pas réparées. Idem pour le grille pain que la grille du bas ne fonctionne pas alors prévoyez vous d’avance pour les toast qui nécessitent 6 passages pour etres grillées Des oiseaux sont captifs à l’intérieur du buffet et clairement ils ne font aucun effort pour les sortir, ça pourrait être facile s’ils s’en donnaient la peine d’enlever les vis après les portes patio pour les libérer. Ça fait plus d’un an qu’ils sont là …. Inutile de dire qu’ils font leur besoin sur les chaises et peut être ailleurs dans la bouffe Il y avait des chats et ils les ont tous tues comme des barbares Les mêmes chiens sont là et très gentils et en santé. Stayed here for one night on a TUI Cuba experience tour. The hotel was a great relief after the other hotels we had stayed in. The whole place was clean and the rooms lovely. The bathroom was wonderful with lots of hot water all the girls on the tour took advantage to wash and condition our hair. We had a lovely walk around and a nice snack. The staff are all very friendly and breakfast was nice with a great view.
