Il y avait plusieurs problèmes : 1. Malgré 2 lits de taille royale, qui avaient été garantis dans la réservation, nous avons 2 chambres avec lits séparés 2. Nous attendions le check-in pendant 25 minutes, car les récepteurs ne pouvaient pas trouver la réservation, jusqu'à ce que nous trouvions une confirmation par courriel et la remise à eux

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. Let me start with the good parts.... Our room, 709 was a large suite. It had two toilet rooms and lovely views of the Colombo skyline in one direction and of the sea looking the other direction. Depending on why you are staying at this hotel, it's location on the main road, a hike from the beach, may or may not be a good thing. For us, it was a good location. Staff was generally helpful, when they were available. Our room cleaning guy was great. Often around and always pleasant. We were at the hotel in May. Perhaps this was a particularly low visitor time of year. The place was pretty dead. And, there were times that it was difficult, if not impossible, for us to find any staff. There was never any real food available, that we saw. The one time we were ready and free to use the roof top swimming pool, on Saturday afternoon, seems to have been when they decided to chlorinate the pool. So, we were disappointed that we couldn't use it. The most disappointing (and perhaps the only really disappointing) thing about our stay at Anarva Mount Lavinia was the antiquated Wi-Fi system that was totally inadequate for most anything. It was a real frustration and seems to be quite inexcusable in 2023.

Excellent séjour et personnel ami. Bureau de front spécial fait notre séjour superbe. M. Harsha et M. Shashmika m'aident à faire notre séjour merveilleux. La chambre était bonne et j'étais dans une suite de luxe. Merci pour l'hospitalité agréable ❤️

L'hôtel Radission est très bien situé, nous sommes améliorés à une salle de vue sur l'océan et la vue était si bonne, grâce au personnel Arafat qui étaient si aimables et gentils, le petit déjeuner et la nourriture au toit était si bonne, definitivement restera dans cet hôtel si nous arriverons à Colombo à nouveau ❤️ Merci beaucoup.
