« The owner is nice and answers every question you have. The check-in is not that difficult, but if you need any more supplies than the ones you already have in your room (for example towels and toilet paper) you have to take it by yourself and it can be a little bit difficult at the beginning, but still it's ok. The location is fine, there isn't a metro station near the hotel, but you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes with a car and the snow and ice world in 10. The room is ok, but the shower is a little bit uncomfortable and there are some furniture that probably still need to be finished. The hotel is ok, but it can be better! »

« The room wasn’t very clean, but the location is excellent and the price is good. There is a washing machine available. However, the bathroom drain doesn’t work well and needs to be manually cleared. Housekeeping is not done daily, if you need tissues or towels changed, you have to request it. Drinking water is not free; even the four bottles provided are charged separately at supermarket prices. »
