Le centre de la ville est situé dans un endroit très confortable et agréable. Mais en tant que famille, nous n'avons pas été accueillis et nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans le spa, car nous avons été littéralement harcèlés par le type de massage qui était terriblement désagréable et agressive. Le premier arrivée nous a été attribué une chambre dans une maison qui est très éloignée de la structure principale et qui exige chaque fois qu'une voiture passe vers le restaurant et la piscine. Il est possible que ce type de chambre n'est disponible que dans cette structure, mais il est très difficile si vous voyagez avec des enfants pour se déplacer dans cette direction et il aurait été beaucoup plus préoccupé de nous attribuer une chambre dans la structure principale. En ce qui concerne l'expérience du spa, il s'est avéré qu'elle était très stressante et qu'elle a détruit notre séjour ici. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le type de massage est venu à nous d'abord à l'entrée pour nous avertir que nous devions rester calmes avec les enfants, alors qu'il faisait des massages en haut et que tout bruit est amplifié par l'acoustique de la structure. Nous avons essayé de garder les enfants tranquilles pendant l'heure que nous avions réservée (ce qui peut vous imaginer peut être assez difficile et stressant avec un âge de 6 et 4 ans), mais nous avons réussi. Alors que nous avions fait une douche dans la salle de changement (qui était déjà après 8 heures et ainsi à un moment où la plupart des invités étaient partis à dîner), l'un des enfants s'est glissé et est tombé dans la salle de changement et a commencé à pleurer. Le massage est venu en bas, nous criant littéralement, nous le dérangeons un moment, alors que nous étions déjà stressés par le gosse qui est tombé. Le massage a intervenu à ce moment pour justifier sa réaction, probablement après avoir réalisé qu'il avait exagéré. En tout cas, si l'audio est mauvais dans le bâtiment, c'est un problème pour l'hôtel, mais pas une justification pour maltraiter ou déshonorer les clients.

Un hôtel propre, des personnels agréables, mais je pense que l'espace de la chambre ne correspond pas à celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Bel hôtel bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Le personnel est très accueillant et le restaurant est excellent. Accès facile en dehors de la ville. Prix intéressants. Correspond bien à un hôtel de sa catégorie.

Stayed in villa in July 2021 for 6 nights, It has amazing location - still in the heart of Faenza city, but surrounded with large park and golf course. Service was superior - Petar D but also other staff advised about everything - thanks Petar! Two pools and since the hotel is relatively small, we found ourselves being the only guests at the pool. We stayed in villa house which has amazing rooms - like being in Sistine Chapel. Nearby villa and pool, there are even flamingos, turtles and other animals. The location has 2 restaurants, both of them are very much worth for dinner - we did it and have only the best memories. Yes, relatively expensive, but every euro was worth of it.

Ottima esperienza...nonostante sia lo stile di un Business Hotel mi sono trovato molto bene. Staff gentile e molto disponibile...colazione ottima...camere pulite...parcheggio ampio. Hanno anche una piccola sala fitness che trovo molto utile. Bravi :)

L'hôtel Vittoria, au centre de Faenza, peut être réellement l'hôtel de la ville, en termes de position, de caractéristiques de la structure et, si nous voulons, de manque de concurrence adéquate. Un ancien palais, une belle réception, une magnifique salle de petit déjeuner des plafonds refroids, rendent la salle de séjour agréable et agréable. Indisponibles chambres ”super” et choisissez donc un standard, nous avons trouvé la chambre double, au deuxième étage, confortable et vaste, pour la présence d'un troisième lit. Un peu bas le plafond, probablement en raison de la restructuration du palais, Mais la chose n'a plus d'incidence sur le jugement. Comme je l'ai dit, vraiment remarquable la salle de petit déjeuner, cette de choix et de qualité adéquate. Je compte juste et donc un hôtel que vous pouvez recommander et où vous rentrez certainement si vous passez à Faenza.
