Il est arrivé au magasin à 9 heures, mais personne n'a reçu. Il est dit que l'hôtel avait en fait quatre chambres, et que la porte avait le code de verrouillage plus comme un fou. J'ai trouvé un petit assistant de Trip.com, et j'ai parlé de la réception à 8h30 après avoir quitté le travail, mais il n'a pas été préalablement informé et n'a pas laissé de notification. Il n'y a pas eu de téléphone avant 9h30 pour dire que le code de verrouillage est entré dans la chambre. La position est bonne, les installations sont complètes. La chambre est large. Le service est trop mauvais. Le petit assistant de Trip.com est bon. Il est temps de récupérer à 3 heures la nuit de Beijing jusqu'à ce que le problème soit résolu.

Hotel semplice ma confortevole. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Ti senti come a casa. Davvero ottima esperienza a 2 passi da Udine a prezzi assolutamente onesti. Un plauso al bravissimo Direttore e ai ragazzi della reception, in particolare al gentilissimo Riccardo ,garbatissimo e super gentile. Grazie

I think the management deliberately choose 3 over 4 stars hotel. With small ”improvements” it could easily be a 4 star. Hotel is located a couple of minute walking distance from center of the city and parking is free and vast. Nevertheless l would like to mention two things. First the check-in. The only info we got at the check-in was ”the room in on third floor”. And thats it. Never experienced something like this in all my life. Ever. The second is breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and options to choose from at the buffett table are ok. But.. The staff is making so much noise Inside the kitchen talking and joking that you have issues hearing your own thoughts. Quite unconfortable and something to address to.

Devo solo fare complimenti a tutto ma una piccola critica la faccio: una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto in camera è dovuta per un hotel di questo livello. Camera spaziosa e bagno con una bellissima doccia, tutto nuovo! Colazione da applauso con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Parcheggio comodo sia all'esterno che nel garage. Altro consiglio: mettete le tazzine per il caffè espresso e non solo quelle del cappuccino, siamo in Italia e non all'estero che bevono il caffè a decilitri... Molto bravi anche alla reception

hôtel bien situé, fermé à la ville d'Udine. Il y a un parking gratuit et confortable. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il n'est pas très confortable de l'atteindre. J'ai juste séjourné une nuit pendant le voyage d'affaires. J'ai réservé une chambre standard. Equipements de base mais propre. Il est très bon de prendre le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner. Les clients sont très gentils et bien placés.

Nous sommes arrivés à Udine 35 dont 7 enfants et 4 adolescents pour un mariage et nous avons littéralement invadé l'hôtel ..... Personnel efficace et particulièrement très patient...Nous avons été vraiment bien.... La structure est jolie mais quelques détails de design pourraient créer des troubles (comme la porte de la salle de bain en verre, si vous allumez la lumière et quelqu'un dort pratiquement la lumière de la chambre) Mais la chose importante est que le séjour a été très agréable Nous reviendrons .........et n'est pas une menace 😜

The first contact with Mrs. Maria Svarc, head of the booking office of the Hotel Principe in Udine took place by mail on 12.01.2022, when I asked for a reservation of nine rooms for 21.04.2022. The affirmative reply arrived immediately. After the booking, the details of my credit card were sent to Ms Svarc. One week before the start of the trip, Ms Svarc informed me that my credit card was not valid and that I have either to give another credit card or transfer the money, because otherwise she will have to cancel our booking. Immediately a friend stepped in and his card details were sent. Ms Svarc refused this card as well and insisted on a bank transfer. The transfer was made on Good Friday but was obviously delayed by the bank internally due to the Easter holidays. On the 20th of April, while cycling in the middle of the Canal Valley, I received a call from Ms Svarc, that the money had not arrived and that she will therefore cancel the booking, as there are always crooks working with tricks. This prejudice shocked us very much! All of us in the group are serious people with university or business backgrounds, and none of us needs to take advantage on anything. Apart from that, all our credit cards worked the whole week in all other hotels without any problems. In the afternoon, we sent to Ms Svarc the details of a third credit card, which she again did not accept. I asked the hotel owner in Gemona to call her and confirm that the cycling group existed, that there were no problems with the payment and that we wanted to claim the rooms at the Hotel Principe the next day. Still on 21.04. in the morning a friend from Udine had to make a telephone call to Mrs. Svarc to confirm our seriousness. It may be that such a strict way of dealing with customers is desired by the hotel management, but this way of dealing with us by Ms Svarc is utterly unacceptable for us. We recommend a retraining for Ms Maria Svarc, otherwise we will never book in this hotel again. Wolfgang Scholz, the organiser

Accoglienza un po' freddina della receptionist, oltretutto nonostante l'esplicita prenotazione su Booking del posto auto a pagamento questo non era stato riservato ma è stato meglio così perché vicino alla struttura vi sono parcheggi liberi dove non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per posteggiare l'auto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance: camera datata ma pulita anche se rumorosa per via del traffico sottostante, non si può dire la stessa cosa dell'ingresso dove stagna un'odore persistente di muffa credo, e dove vi sono tendaggi che hanno visto tempi e lavaggi migliori. Buona colazione la mattina corredata da un bel buongiorno da parte dell'addetta, il che non guasta mai. In 10 minuti si arriva in centro a piedi e nelle vicinanze c'è anche la stazione ferroviaria.
