We have stayed here several times now before flying from Stansted. Every time the staff have gone out if their way to make our stay perfect. They are all very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to meetbyour needs. The rooms are always clean. The restaurant is well run and the meals are off a good standard. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and we will definitely keep this hotel as our 'night before holiday ' 1st choice!

L'hôtel est à la maison de retraite et tout est comme nous l'espérions jusqu'à ce que nous essayons d'utiliser la douche. Nous sommes arrivés tard, nous avions admis que nous ne perturberions pas les propriétaires, et nous leur avons parlé ce matin pour leur dire que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser notre baignoire. Plus tard, nous avons mentionné qu'il était encore assez inacceptable que nous soyons sans l'utilisation de l'ensemble du baignoire, donc nous avons demandé un rabais de 10 à 20% du coût de la chambre car l'installation était inutilisable à dire alors « bon, vous n'utilisez qu'un baignoire pour brosser les dents... donc là-bas Ce n'est rien que nous ferons.” Réponse assez terrible IMO. Pas un fan énorme de laver mes mains dans la douche chaque fois que nous utilisons le toilette ou de raser par exemple. Mais c'est ce que nous attendions de faire par le propriétaire. Vous pouvez vous rendre libre de réserver cet hôtel si c'est le type d'hospitalité que vous voulez.

Our home from home stay We booked the laurels via my work employee benefits portal but had a look at a few reviews prior to visiting. Let me tell you how relaxing and quiet this stay was. The owner Stan met us at the door when we arrived, was friendly and sociable. The house was immaculate and extremely well presented. Guests have the ability to use the main lounge and a tasty breakfast is served in the morning in the dining room. There was a great selection of food and it was fresh and tasty and cooked to our preference. Our room was the luxury deluxe double and was very comfortable and clean with some little luxury additions of body wash and lotion ( and essentials for the ladies ) The queen bed and pillows enable a lovely deep sleep. The en-suite was a wet room and hot water on tap with some super soft bath towels. I had three showers and hot water available at each time. The brilliant furnishings and home comforts of the room added to the relaxing stay. However I must comment on the host’s Stan and Tricia. They made our stay all the more enjoyable their obvious high standards and pride of their BnB is extremely evident and is the main reason we will be back again in the future. They are extremely communicative and I felt they were available during our stay for anything we needed. We had struggled to get a taxi due to the village location and Stan advised us he would have fetched us. ( next time we will arrange this, Thanks Stan ) The little added touch of the purified water in the decanter in the fridge and the tray of biscuits and selections of tea and coffee in our room felt like a luxury. The Dyson fan was a great addition during a warm evening. The Laurels is a lovely beautifully decorated and well situated place to stay . If you are looking for a home from home break then look no further than the Laurels because it has all you need. I would highly recommend it. See you again soon Tricia and Stan. Ari and James

Rooms all have picturesque views, a work desk, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning for those who have early departures, food is made from high-quality local ingredients. Evening meals are available at the nearby pub, just a mile away. The centre of Bishop's Stortford is a 15-minute drive from The White House. The Imperial War Museum at Duxford is a 25-minute drive from the building. London can be reached within an hour.

Bonjour, cet hôtel est vraiment très bien, propre, agréable, personnel très attentif, il se situe à 300 mètres de l’aéroport, je recommande cet hôtel pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal les chambres sont très propres et bien insonorisées, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel qui a un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Celui-ci est un établissement de voyages standard et de style par rapport au Radisson Blu, qui est également à Stansted Terminal et vous donne un sentiment plus cosé. Le Hamilton By Hilton dispose de chambres confortables et de service adéquates, mais une grande échoité dans le bar et dans la zone de réception, et un personnel insuffisant en service dans le bar. Le plus grand problème n'était pas l'eau chaude - elle a juste échoué de la tapiserie et de la douche et nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'obtenir un homme d'entretien pour le réparer !

Excellent prix à un emplacement aussi proche de l'aéroport. La chambre était spacieuse. service de transfert en bus rapide et facile. Le personnel de la réception était très agréable et les articles de toilette et les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient en abondance.
