Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'avis en ligne. J'étais un peu inquiet avant l'enregistrement. L'hôtel a organisé une prise en charge à la gare. Après l'enregistrement, j'ai trouvé que j'avais choisi le bon. Yamano Hotel is the ultimate ski chalet in Hakuba. It's situated right across from the 1986 Olympic ski jump and just a short stroll to the Happo-One chair lift. It could even be considered a ski-in and ski-out chalet. The rooms are big and comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and the valley. This hotel is a family-owned and run business. The owners Mr. Keita and his wife Monica will greet you from the time you get off the bus to the time you enter the hotel parking area. Mr. Keita is an incredible concierge, always attending to any of your needs and willing to assist you with any information. He also provides a free shuttle to the lift, and if you're tired at the end of the day you can call him and he will be happy to come pick you up, even though it's a short distance. For the additional ski resorts, he is happy to make a reservation for the free morning shuttle. They will pick you up right at the parking lot of the hotel and will drop you off at the same place. So you have easy access to the 7 resorts in the Hakuba Valley right from his doorstep. Once you return from your day in the mountain, you can walk straight into a very spacious heated ski room where you can put your boards and skis on a special rack, warm your boots, gloves, ski pants and jacket so all will be ready to go the next morning. After leaving your stuff in the warm room, you can either step across the hall to enjoy their beautiful onsen inside the chalet that has a hot mineral bath, a cold mountain water plunge bath, and a fantastic wooden and hot rock sauna. An additional perk is the two massage chairs in the laundry area that you can enjoy for free. After relaxing in the Onsen and/or massage chair, you can go back to your comfortable and spacious room and relax until you're ready to have dinner at his restaurant at 6pm. And if you choose to go to other restaurants, several of them are just 5-10 minutes walk away, or there are shuttle buses you can take. The hotel also includes a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet that includes traditional Japanese breakfast of miso soup, fermented beans, Japanese rice and more; traditional American breakfast with several types of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage; and traditional Continental breakfast including orange juice, freshly made apple juice, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. To summarize our stay at Yamano Hotel, Mr. Keita and his wife Monica made us feel at home and part of their family. That's how well they treat you. This will definitely be the place we stay next time we come to Hakuba.

Bon prix pour l'argent, très belles chambres japonaises, petit déjeuner décent, très belles onzées. Vraiment, il a besoin d'un make-up. Nous étions une famille de 6, partage 2 chambres spacieuses. Les tatamis sont vraiment confortables, et le onzène après ski est tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter. Il est confortablement situé: l'arrêt de la navette est juste devant l'hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel magnifique pendant 7 nuits à la fin de février 2020, l'hôtel lui-même propose des services et vous met tous en place pour les pistes en attente. Le personnel qui se déplace à la maison est très bien placé, mais il est très bien placé pour vous accueillir dans les chambres. Mychelle, Olivia et l'équipe sont un patrimoine pour cet hôtel et nous reviendrons certainement. La position à proximité des restaurants et bars de bouteille était également étonnante .... Cette expérience a été grande ...... et nous aimé le yoga quotidien 👍👍

La 3e période de repos de février a été utilisée pour 2 nuits. La position géographique est excellente, le passage à la station de terminal de bus de 8 parties est excellent dans 30 secondes et le magasin est bon dans 1 minute. La chambre est grande et la salle de bains (la salle de bains) est également belle. Le chaud du ciel est chaud, ne peut pas entrer longtemps, mais le corps est chaud du sac. Cette fois c'est une soupe, donc il n'y a pas d'évaluation de la nourriture. Parce que la pluie, même si je vous demande préalablement, je suis heureux d'accepter le séjour, et deux personnes qui prévoient un séjour. Le chantage de la réception (chef?) est vraiment unique, mais soyons heureux d'accepter. Je n'ai jamais skié, donc je comprends, mais vivre dans un cheval blanc, c'est le plus étrange, ri. Je dis beaucoup, très gentil et bon. Si j'ai une chance, je dois l'utiliser.

Utilisé pour des fins chaudes. Bien qu'il y ait des bâtiments anciens, il n'y a pas de problème de nettoyage et la zone de la chambre est grande. Nous avons utilisé des plats européens pour le repas et les aliments locaux sont très délicieux. Des sandwiches, des pains de tête de champagne, des noix de maïs pour le petit déjeuner, des fruits à coque, etc., du riz à la main, aussi délicieux. Le riz est chaud et soufflé, les cheveux sont souples et rien ne peut être dit. Parce que le plan prévoit une bagnole de 60 minutes, je suis confortablement lavé avec le capitaine de la cabine. L'eau chaude est juste bonne. Comme les opérations familiales, il est très désagréable de recevoir les invités, mais pour les voyages aléatoires seuls, c'est bien. Le matin, il y a des arc-en-ciel dans le ciel occidental, et le temps est-il en déclin? Je crains que le coucher n'ait pas de siège, j'ai apporté le code d'extension 1.5m, donc c'est très bon, mais c'est là que je veux améliorer. Les installations sont aussi les plus bas, il n'y a pas de cosmétiques et d'eau de coton, donc soyez prudents. La station d'eau chaude n'a pas d'eau, il est recommandé de porter un couvercle. Attention à la déshydratation. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit dans la salle de bain gratuite de l'hôtel Wenxiang est un sentiment très rentable. Si vous ne vous attendez pas à un service supérieur à vos besoins, je pense que c'est un hôtel de retraite recommandé.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).

What a find! Location - 5 minutes walk to the Nakiyama ski lifts or bus stop to Goryu/47 at the front door. Facilities - excellent onsen, comfortable and friendly bar, large and efficient ski store / drying room. Food - best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in a Japanese ski resort (5th time skiing in Japan). Dinners at the hotel were also excellent with the buffet night being a stand out. Room - En suite with very comfortable bed and T.V. and air-con/heating as desired. Staff - as friendly, helpful, efficient and genuinely nice people as you could imagine. Summary - Fantastic 10 day stay here. I'll be back.

We've stayed at the Echo Hotel many times now and it never disappoints. You know you love staying somewhere when you jump into the big comfy king size bed on the first night and feel like you're ”back home”. Staff are great, always fun and very helpful. Being smack bang in the middle of the restaurant area the Echo Hotel is perfect for the end of the day when your legs are done from skiing. Not to mention the Snow'd Inn bar downstairs for après recovery drinks. Breakfast in the dining room upstairs is a great way to start the day - good food and beautiful views. Living the dream. Big thank you to the team at the Echo Hotel for once again making our holiday so special!

Pour la première fois, le propriétaire de la chambre individuelle a été élevé à la chambre double, merci! L'hôtel est propre et propre, les arbres verts sont entourés de trésors, situés dans le centre de l'ensemble des bétails, environ 2, 3 cent mètres de restaurants et supermarchés, les achats de transport sont très pratique. Le petit déjeuner fait par le patron de Chen Xiang est très délicieux. Il est utilisé par sa propre famille à la fois dans le lit de la légume de la journée. Le couple est un chinois qui vit au Japon depuis des années. Il est très gentil et ami. L'hôtel est à la réception gratuite et il a rencontré un chauffeur de taxi local peu en ligne. Le patron a aidé à récupérer les pertes et à protéger les intérêts des invités, La prochaine fois, on va faire la première élection.

Nous sommes restés ici pendant une semaine et nous avons vraiment apprécié. La zone Echoland est proche des restaurants à pied et d'autres endroits sont juste 5-10 min par voiture. Très proche des ascenseurs de ski, ce qui la rend un bon choix. La maison est très confortable et dispose de toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin.
