« Nice hotel with a broad range of food for breakfast with not only chinese breakfast type but also toast, butter and jam). Nice service and follow-up as well. All the seats in their shuttle from the airport were booked so they offered to pay me back the taxi fees (please note that there is a maximum amount). And when you check-in they will provide a welcome pack with every practical things needed to resist the cold weather in Harbin. »

« Un hôtel très économique, non loin de Central Street, et abordable. Je suis resté quatre jours au total et les draps et couettes n'ont pas été changés. La chambre n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Heureu*****t, quatre bouteilles de Nongfu Spring sont distribuées chaque jour. La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et l'eau du bain est très grande, ce qui élimine la fatigue d'une journée de course. « The hotel was able to store my suitcase as I went off to a different trip which is very convenient and I am very pleased with that great surface upon checking I got a perfectly nice room corner room view of the Saint Sophia Cathedral it’s all lovely. I’m really like your hotel that’s said. It is very old hotel. It looks like you’re stepping back in the 80s and nothing has been done since that I found quite disappointing, specially if you set it off against the price they charge. The other thing I find is that the entrance of hotel is a bit strange located that’s there’s no quick fix but know it feels strange. You know what you see.  »

« La chambre d'hôtel était très propre et offrait tout le confort nécessaire. Le lit et la douche étaient excellents ! Cependant, la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et la climatisation était en panne, ce qui la rendait vite insupportable, surtout la nuit. Le panneau de commande s'est détaché du mur lorsque nous avons essayé de baisser la température. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d'un bruit de cognement constant. « 1.3凌晨入住的，表揚前台小哥，服務態度極好，專業性很強，誰家酒店有這樣盡職盡責的員工都是福氣。選這家酒店是其一是看它新開的，設施方面一定比較新，果然入住後環境相當好，乾淨寬敞裝修好，一點都不照騙，甚至比照片更好。另外在篩選機場酒店的時候看各家的差評，看到這一家衹有一條差評且店家長篇回覆相當認真，顧客提到的每一點評論都跟進反饋了，可以預想酒店管理維護會做的比較好。當晚機場接機晚了半小時左右，前台小哥幫我們升級房間，附贈一個水果罐頭，最重要的還是態度，態度是行業楷模，聊了幾句原來之前的長評回覆就出自他之手，實在是優秀員工，一般我衹寫負反饋，特意來寫個好評。早班晚班機的話在這裏住一晚，非常合適，推薦入住，以後有機會再來哈爾濱的話我也會再住這裏。聽説正餐也很好吃，價格很便宜，可惜沒時間吃。 »

UUtilisateur anonymeWe stayed here for 2 nights and booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 adults. We arrived at the homestay at 10:30 PM and were warmly welcomed by the owner couple. We communicated mainly through WeChat, and the husband was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They helped us arrange the roundtrip bus Harbin – Snow Town – Snow Valley – Harbin at a much cheaper price, only 200 yuan per person. Normal price would be 280 yuan. We were even given a bag of rice as a gift, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast provided was delicious. He also helped to reheat our ready to eat food. The guesthouse also helped us arrange activities such as Dog Bear Hill and horse sledge rides. The owner even offered us to play the hot water splash activity. All the activities were also recorded using owners phone & camera, and he will transferred the video and photos to us. At one point, I had a small misunderstanding with another homestay I stayed in Harbin City before going to Snow Valley and the owner here went out of their way to help me contact them and successfully get my deposit refunded. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Snow Valley. You will feel well taken care of and welcomed like family.

NnurelyaWe love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.
