Stayed 2 nights late March. Our cab driver has no problems finding the hotel from Kyoto station. The location was amazing. In the midst of the crowd at Kiyomizu, our driver turned into a driveway into a beautiful and serene hotel. It set the tone for the rest of our stay. Check in was smooth. The staff all spoke enough English for things to get sorted out. Even before our arrival, the hotel reached out to make sure everything was ready for our visit. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. There was an in room safe and free beverages within the fridge. The guest lounge was a rare find amongst all the hotels visited. With a wide selection of finger food, snacks, hors d’oeuvre, wine and bubbly with an even better view of the Hokan-ji pagoda. You could even experience making your own matcha though a condensed version. Breakfast was at the former elementary school library and the staff were ever so attentive. There was a large enough main course selection that we would have loved to stay another 2 days. Overall, the hotel was beautifully appointed. The conversion from the former elementary school helped give it even more characters. The staff from the bell lady, concierge, front desk and breakfast were eager to assist making sure you had an enjoyable stay. The location was great to be so close to Kiyomizu temple and Gion.

Великолепный дом в классическом японском стиле в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Чистой Воды. Просторные комнаты, 2 туалета, кухня, уютная гостиная, свой маленький онсен и даже крошечный собственный внутренний дворик. Очень простой и удобный чекин/чекаут. Отличный wifi. Рядом 2 супермаркета. К сожалению, нет стиральной машинки, но рядом есть прачечная. Дом очень чистый и теплый. Всей семье домик очень понравился. Дети сказали, что он им напомнил домик из мультфильма ”Мой сосед Тоторо”. Очень рекомендую!

Cette famille d'accueil est vraiment incroyable! Le propriétaire est un beau petit frère, qui est super sympa, et il nous a fait un itinéraire personnalisé et nous a réservé un taxi. Avant de partir, j'ai également offert des paquets de collations pour ma fille Frozen et Anpanman. J'ai laissé négligemment les choses que j'avais achetées à Kyoto dans ma chambre, et mon jeune frère les a immédiatement envoyées à mon hôtel à Tokyo quand il les a trouvées. L'emplacement de la maison est très bon. Inutile de dire que c'est super propre. Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs peuvent contenir jusqu'à quatre grands et un petit. Les sites pittoresques de l'ancienne capitale sont tous accessibles à pied. Il y a de nombreux magasins de proximité et restaurants autour, ce qui est très pratique.

L'emplacement est de première classe, il y a une petite cascade, il y a un ancien encens à l'ancienne, un temple Kiyomizu-dera isolé, un enfant de deux ans, un enfant de troisième ans et un gros plan de la capitale ville. L'hôtel est un hôtel de style souterrain. Explique comment améliorer l'état du service ! ! Bâton épais ! ! J'adore les hôtels. Merci pour votre invitation. Présenter à tout le monde. J'aime le Japon!

L'hôtel est loin de la station de Kyoto. Il faut plus de moitié d'heure pour que le nouveau tronçon soit déplacé par le métro ou par la marche. Il est recommandé de prendre des voitures et le coût de la voiture est d'environ 1000 yen. L'hôtel va de pair avec deux ou trois ans. Il va de pair avec la route, basiquement au centre de la zone élégante, si vous êtes libre de se déplacer. Les installations sont parfaitement équipées, l'hygiène est propre et les cartes de bienvenue écrites par les employés sont bienvenues. Le patron de la réception est très enthousiaste. Le gendarme nous aide à emmener nos bagages dès qu'il est arrivée, il nous a aussi aidés à acheter de l'eau, nous amener à la porte de la chambre, l'attitude de service est très bonne. Nous avons arrêté le trafic dans le jour, la nouvelle ligne de séchage a été interrompue, nous avons perdu le temps de séjour, nous avons également appelé l'hôtel, mais la réception nous a demandé 400 yens (une personne 200) au départ, comme si nous avions perdu le temps de séjour, parce que nous avons été pressés de partir sans nous demander, Il semble que la plate-forme n'ait pas été claire. En tout cas, si vous devez vous en informer tard, l'hôtel est bloqué, sinon vous ne pouvez pas entrer.

This place is INCREDIBLE! I have no other words for it other than the most pleasant stay I could ever imagine having at a traditional Japanese ryoken. We opted for daily traditional kaseki breakfasts that were served in our room with tea and coffee, would sit at the bar and chat with the staff and sample their great Japanese whiskey collection, enjoyed our beautiful spa-like bathroom with private onsen, heated floors, temperature controlled shower area, and beds so comfy, you couldn't help but fall asleep as soon as your head hit the pillow. The staff were incredibly amazing and very quick to handle any needs we had—and they were SO friendly! We had several great and long conversations with them that they felt like friends more than hotel staff. The location was great too because you were a short walk to several temples, popular tourist sites and great food but was secluded enough that you felt like you could relax and detox from the chaos of other large cities in Japan. This was one of the best experiences during our 12-day stay in Japan. I highly highly recommend. One piece of information that might be helpful, the entrance can be difficult to find but the property will message specific instructions to show the taxi drivers so whether they know English or not, they'll be able to get you close to the entrance. Once dropped off, it's just a short walk to the entrance. But trust me, it's worth the search.

C'est la chose la plus agréable de se promener lentement tôt le matin chaque matin, et l'ambiance est paisible et joyeuse. J'ai rencontré cette fois. Au petit déjeuner, je me suis senti très chanceux. Le printemps et l'automne à Kyoto sont les plus belles saisons.

This property is very special in the high quality of the finishes and beautiful modern Japanese design. It was a delight, from the entry garden, to the unit’s little garden and wooden bath, to the neighborhood environs. We were pleasantly surprised to have a large, delicious traditional Japanese ryori breakfast included. The pictures do not do the unit justice, as all the small beautiful parts add up to a unique and delightful stay. In terms of setup, we stayed in unit 1, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit in the main building separated from the bustle of the street by the property’s entry garden and other small building in front. The two bedrooms are separated by sliding doors, so there is more noise carried between them than with a full wall. The dining area had a small kitchenette but not really enough equipment for significant cooking. Unit 1 is at the front of the building near the building entrance so there is some noise on the bottom floor from people coming and going but not much. These are negligible issues though. The location is in a wonderful pedestrian part of the historic area. As a result, there are a lot of tourists on the street during the day. But since the main building is behind the property’s other building, the unit didn’t experience any street noise. It was as great to be able to experience the calm of this neighborhood in the early morning and night. We loved staying here and would return again in a heartbeat.

La propriété est excellente et rien à plaindre. Mais une chose à plaindre avec Trip.com. Comme la propriété est une maison solitaire sans réception. L'hôtel aurait dû fournir un mot de passe au verrouillage de la porte de la propriété pour moi d'entrer dans la propriété à l'arrivée. Cependant, je n'ai pas reçu de conseil de Trip.com sur ce type de arrangement ainsi que le mot de passe de la porte à la confirmation de réservation. Je suis arrivée à la maison pour contacter le bureau de l'hôtel pour le sortir et pour enfin entrer dans la maison. Trip.com Cela devrait être fait pour éviter que de tels erreurs ne se reproduisent dans des cas similaires.

Le propriétaire n'est pas en attente dans le cabinet. Vous devez trouver le cabinet d'entrée à l'arrivée sur place. Le code de cabine de garde doit être consulté par le propriétaire avant d'être annoncé.
