Internationally acclaimed Balbirnie Country Park and Manor House are only a five minute walk away and host walk ways, forests and a public golf course.Station View Lodge has a master bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, separate living room (with sumptuous pull out double bed) and separate, fully contained kitchen. All of which are for sole use of our guests.This is a four guest occupancy. No other overnight stays are permitted.Please be aware that we are currently developing the outside of the building and is not yet designed or completed and does not reflect the detail and personal touch of the interior of our home.Guest access is via lock box at the front door of the property. Access is via one single 20cm step and hallways and spaces are wide enough for wheelchair access.Access via the back of the building is not advised at night at present as there are multiple steps to consider and lighting is not adequate.
