L'hôtel appartient à une sorte d'installation monastère au-dessus d'une montagne. Il est entouré d'un grand parc. Il y a un grand parking et un café à côté de l'église voisine. Les chambres sont grandes et ont une salle de bain avec baignoire, mais pas de réfrigérateur. Il y a un balcon avec une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient modérés, donc il est préférable de visiter un restaurant. À la petit déjeuner, pas une machine à pleine charge, mais seulement une thermoscanne avec un café impatient. Pas de nourriture chaude, 3 sortes de coupe.

Hôtel avec une service sympas et un petit déjeuner équilibré, complet et de qualité . Décoration ancienne ce que donne un très mauvais aménagement au niveau meubles . le balcon par exemple n'avait rien. pas des chaises, pas de table . Dommage… Finitions constructives de mauvaise qualité. Par Example, il y en avait encore le scotch au tour de la porte du toilette que était mise au moment de la peinture… taille des lits twins très réduite. parking gratuit disponible et placement idéal pour visiter Viseu ( Proche du Rossio, rua direita, forum...)

C'est avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme que je laisse ici mes compliments à l'hôtel Durão, une équipe qui m'a accueilli depuis mon premier contact, moi et ma famille. Je voudrais remercier toutes les personnes qui ont démontré leur engagement et leur professionnalisme, en particulier les fonctionnaires Carla Costa et D. Luísa, des professionnels sympathiques et très généreux, qui ont fait une demande spéciale pour un anniversaire. Ces deux fonctionnaires ont tout fait pour que la surprise se produise dans les paramètres idéaux. Ils ont tout fait pour que, dès leur arrivée à l'hôtel, la chambre soit déjà disponible pour l'anniversaire profiter de l'heure. Je souhaite la plus grande chance à l'hôtel, en particulier aux deux fonctionnaires mentionnés, qui représentent l'hôtel aussi bien.

La peculiaridad que tiene Viseu es que te encuentras a una distancia razonable en todas direcciones de Guarda, Aveiro, Lamego y Coimbra. Un poquito más de una hora de Oporto y Vila Real; por lo que aparte de ser una ciudad preciosa es ideal para moverte en coche y visitar toda esta zona de Portugal. El hotel está muy cerca de la catedral y es una maravilla, de hecho tiene unos salones dignos de un hotel de cinco estrellas; sin embargo las habitaciones son funcionales, de un hotel de ciudad (con todo lo necesario). Muy limpio y cómodo. El primer día te puede ser difícil llegar a él, pero uno vez que te sabes el camino es fácil, tienen parking privado gratuito, pero es muy pequeño, no obstante de no poder dejarlo (que no suele ser el caso) es fácil por alrededor). Carece de piscina y el desayuno es bueno. La calidad precio también es buena y el personal muy amable, eso sí, muy tranquilo, no se sofocan; algo que tengo que decir que también viene bien, por lo estresados que vivimos.

Reserved a triple room for 2 nights. I have phoned previously to ensure we would have the best room possible, on a higher floor - even allowed a possible upgrade to have the best experience possible. Arrived at 9PM. No concierge, rough and plainer customer attendance. Made me pay in advance, even though my credit card number was sent as I’ve booked the room, so the hotel had all warranties needed. Placed us on the first floor, hock means they didn’t care about my previous phone call and expectations. As we arrived in the room, we realised it was very dated, furniture eas falling apart, cracks on the walls, etc. Beds, we and tb were ok, mini bar with a couple of bottles, court wins and other amenities too old. We asked to change the room, because of cracks and so. They changed us to a double room with an extra bed which was actually better than the previous one(!). Overall very dated The rest of the. Hotel is ok. Good breakfast, great location, nice service. Fair SPA (it was nice actually, but every one could get is, specifically kids - why do they call it a SPA if it’s only an indoor pool?) In a nutshell: it’s not bad, pretty clean and fair. Should be cheaper - value for money is not ok - and definitely NOT a 5 star. An average 4 star, at most
