Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cet immense hôtel qui est très spacieux, moderne, à la fois animé mais aussi avec des zones calmes. Les chambres avec balcon vue piscine sont très spacieuses. Le petit-déjeuner et le diner servis en demi-pension sont sous forme de buffets très variés et excellents. Le personnel du restaurant est extrêmement sympathique et bienveillant. Le seul petit bémol concerne la gestion des transats de la piscine qui sont ”réservés” dès le matin par des gens qui déposent leurs serviettes dessus alors qu'ils ne sont pas à la piscine....dommage que l'hôtel ne mette rien en oeuvre pour palier à ce problème. La note d'ensemble reste très positive, nous avons adoré cet hôtel.

Construite en plateforme sur un versant escarpé, la résidence est face à la mer et au soleil couchant. L'accès aux différents étages est facilité par de bons ascenseurs. Appartement de bonne superficie avec grande terrasse avec table, 4 chaises, 2 transat et un parasol. Cuisine bien équipée avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, dont micro-onde et lave vaisselle. Petit salon avec TV écran plat et horloge-haut-parleur bluetooth. Chambre à coucher avec grandes armoires, TV et conditionnement d'air. Appartement peint en blanc. Il est possible que les appartements du bas au 1er étage soient un peu genes par le bruit de la route, à faible traffic, qui passe devant la résidence. Piscine bien entretenue et de bonne dimension avec de nombreux transat; peu bruyant. Animation le soir et restaurant. Petite station balnéaire de Taurito: Plage de sable fin noir, grand aquapark, tennis, mini golf, magasins et mini shopping. Idéal pour des familles avec enfants.

Here now and I’m pleasantly surprised. After reading some bad reviews I was slightly anxious about coming . On arrival there was a mix up with our rooms. ( fault of the booking agent). I booked two apartments. Unfortunately only one was available but it was a duplex so for the first night we shared a duplex. Second day the other apartment was ready so two of us moved into that one. Rooms nice and clean and do have aircon. Pool towels available at reception and apparently in your rooms but yet to find them. Pool area is nice and lots of sun beds. Hotel staff are pleasant. Breakfast is Served 8-1030am, lunch 1230-1430 and dinner 1830-2100. Plenty of choice and really nice food. Some nights are themed bbq and Mexican and again really good. We like to eat out some nights but I found myself wanting to eat in the hotel mostly as it is good. Snacks in between main meal times( burgers and hot dogs) all local spirits available. Plenty of mixers and fresh juices. All in all a good hotel. Two happy adults and two happy teenage boys . I can only imagine the people complaining are the ones booking a 4 star and expecting a 5 star plus. Taxi to Puerto Rico 8 euros max. Cheaper through day. Europe centre is a bit rubbish but the Irish bar after 930 is great

La position est grande, nous avons eu 8e étage suites solaires. Réservé supérieur avec vue latérale sur la mer. Vous avez vu la vue de la mer à un point si vous étiez en position droite dans le coin .... pas une vue très grande vraiment. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec notre porte ne serrage pas et une nouvelle serrure était nécessaire.. mais une fois de plus, il a été fixé rapidement, comme la télévision qui n'avait que 2 chaînes! Salle de bain très fatiguée et ils ont besoin de nouveaux lits ...u dormir sur un toit de matraque. Beaucoup de cracks et de peintures sur le plafond. Balcon massif et u obtenir le soleil de 9h à environ 430pm. Équipement de cuisine bon ...in mon avis le balcon et la position est le point de vente. La piscine est très jolie et nous aimé monter là. L'ascenseur est à 6 et je monte les étapes pour ur salle ou marche vers le dos du complexe et obtenir un autre ascenseur. Air con dans la chambre était bon mais pas d'instructions ou à distance pour l'utiliser. Lorsque je l'ai demandé à la réception comment nous l'avons désactivé, il a dit d'utiliser la boîte à fusées!!! Nous avons réalisé qu'il y avait un bouton de la lumière qui a fait quelque chose.. presse ça ...enfin a disparu ou en aval. Je resterais ici encore? Oui, mais j'aurais réduit ma attente et savais ce que j'avais reçu. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez besoin d'une chambre confortable. Hubby a parlé à la réception de mauvaise pression de l'eau, encore une fois le gars d'entretien est arrivé à la bourre, mais il n'y avait aucune amélioration. Je dirais que l'autre côté a de meilleures vues, mais ce côté a le soleil demain matin et c'est ce que nous voulions pour cette période de l'année (normalement marche et nous avons séjourné à l'autre côté de la Casalanca/cala nova). Le soleil brillait toujours, de sorte que le balcon/la piscine a fait de l'endroit !
