Our trip to NC was a special Christmas gift to my wife. We planned it for February and chose this hotel in New Bern for its proximity to downtown. When we checked in, Laura greeted us as if we were family coming back home. She provided detailed info for shopping, restaurants, and even where to park. When we returned that evening, the heater wasn't working in the room and Laura very quickly relocated us to another room close by. She continued to show excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with some severe back problems and that night suffered from extreme pain and chose to drive home to VA. As soon as my wife told Laura we were checking out, she immediately wanted to be sure there were no problems with the hotel as she would do all she could for us. My wife explained my back problems to her so she would understand our early departure. Upon leaving, she expressed sincere concern for my health and for us to have a safe trip home. First, Laura was amazing and is a great representative for the hotel. Secondly, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We will be returning to complete our trip in the future, and we will only consider this hotel because of Laura. We highly recommend them and are extremely appreciative of Laura.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel fantastique. Cependant, il a le meilleur prix dans la région, à distance. La situation est magnifique! Nous pouvons mettre notre kayaque dans la rivière à droite du parking lot. Nous étions à New Bern pour notre 37e anniversaire. Nos enfants ont envoyé des fleurs le 11e et nous avons été notifiés le 16e. Les fleurs que nous aurions apprécié toute la semaine étaient mortes. On nous a dit que nous avons quitté le « ne pas déranger » à notre porte. Nous essayions d'être considérés par le personnel de garde-fous!! La garde-fous qui nous a aidé était Phyllis. Elle est une employée de 5 étoiles. Giovanni nous a fait des suggestions pour manger. L'étoile brillante de l'hôtel était notre accueillante de petit déjeuner, Katie. Quelle belle-fille!!! Elle exude qu'elle aime son travail. Si la direction a moins intérêt à savoir si les tables étaient nettoyées (je l'ai observé le même homme nettoyer le même tableau 4 fois) et a fait le rôle de la direction de superviser le bureau frontal... nous avons passé les 15 dernières années dans les propriétés de Marriott des États-Unis Nous avons reçu une notification que nous avions un paquet....habituellement un message laissé sur le téléphone de la chambre ou une note sur la porte, mais jamais 5 jours plus tard.
