L'hôtel Habsburg à Harbin a été une expérience incroyable depuis votre arrivée jusqu'à votre départ. L'hôtel a un thème européen dès que vous entrez. Le personnel de la réception est sympathique et vous salue toujours lorsque vous entrez et sortez. La plupart du personnel parle anglais et est accommodant avec les locaux comme avec les étrangers. La chambre était impeccable et spacieuse, les lits étaient confortables. Le seul problème que nous avons eu était que la pièce était trop chaude et que les tentatives de réglage de la température de la climatisation ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons donc dû dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit. En dehors de cela, le premier jour de leur arrivée, ils avaient droit à des collations gratuites ainsi qu'à des bons pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience d'un goûter russe ainsi que d'un cocktail le soir au bar. Cet hôtel a répondu à toutes les attentes et constitue un hôtel abordable pour séjourner à Harbin. L'emplacement était parfait, il était situé près du téléphérique de la rivière Songhua, de la rue Zhongyang où vous pourrez déguster de la cuisine de rue locale et à proximité de la cathédrale Sainte-Sophie. Nous avons également apprécié le déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel et le service était incroyable. La directrice Jenny était accueillante, sympathique et arrangeante et s'est assurée que nous étions à l'aise et nous a bien servi. L'hôtel Habsburg est sans aucun doute un hôtel dans lequel je recommanderais de séjourner lors de ma visite à Harbin.

Cette fois-ci, je me suis rendue dans un endroit inconnu avec mes deux enfants. Je me suis sentie satisfaite et soulagée. Les habitants étaient si chaleureux et enthousiastes, surtout à l'hôtel. Tout d'abord, le service était excellent, de l'entrée au départ du magasin. Il y aura un gars à l'entrée pour aider avec les bagages. La réceptionniste à la réception était également très prévenante et nous a demandé d'attendre d'abord dans la zone de repos et nous a préparé de la glace Madiel. Si vous n'avez pas d'exigences élevées en matière d'installations, il n'y a rien à redire sur le reste. C'est bientôt le Nouvel An chinois, et je voulais rester un encore quelques jours. Les enfants ont dit qu'ils reviendraient ici s'ils avaient la chance de venir à Erbin.

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon. À 150 mètres à droite lorsque vous sortez se trouve la partie centrale de Central Street. Lorsque vous sortez à gauche et traversez deux intersections, vous trouverez le marché matinal de Hongzhuan. C'est très pratique pour les voyages touristiques et d'affaires.
Service : L'attitude de service des garçons et des filles à la réception est très bonne, patiente et enthousiaste, y compris la tante de service qui aide à pousser les bagages, elle est toujours prévenante.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Dès que je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai été profondément impressionné par le service chaleureux et attentionné du personnel de la réception. Le frère Zheng à la réception a patiemment répondu à toutes mes questions et la procédure d'enregistrement a également été très efficace. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un agencement raisonnable et des équipements complets. La literie est confortable et moelleuse. Je suis resté quatre jours au total et les draps et couettes n'ont pas été changés. La chambre n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Heureu*****t, quatre bouteilles de Nongfu Spring sont distribuées chaque jour.
La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et l'eau du bain est très grande, ce qui élimine la fatigue d'une journée de course. Il y a quelques fuites d'eau du robinet, mais cela n'affecte pas l'utilisation. Note globale parfaite.

SSoudsathit VandixayNous avons eu un bon séjour à Xana, le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais ce n'était pas un problème, ils étaient très utiles et s'occupoient bien de nous et de nos besoins, en utilisant une application de traduction pour parler les uns avec les autres. La chambre n'était pas si grande mais fonctionnelle et propre, le lit est confortable, la salle de bains et la toilette étaient propres et il y avait un thé gratuit de l'après-midi au lobby avec des cookies délicieuses et des fruits. La location est au sommet, juste devant le parc Zhaolin et à seulement 1 mn de marche à la rue commerciale Zhongyang et à seulement 5 mn de la rivière Songhua, parc. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, la localisation de cet hôtel doit être écrite comme ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel”.
Globalement, il a été une belle expérience pour nous de rester à Xana et nous recommanderions à nos amis si ils voyagent à Harbin

YYburnnavoyagesWe were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Installations : un peu vieilles, mais en général propres et propres
Environnement: L'hôtel est sur la rue. Très bien. Il faut quelques minutes pour marcher à la Séglise de Sophia (tel que le graphique 3). Il y a beaucoup de choses à manger et à boire autour (tel que le graphique I et le graphique 2), il y a une gare de bus à deux ou trois cents mètres près de l'hôtel. Il est également très pratique de prendre un bus à proximité de la neige et de la rue centrale.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

IInvitéIl s'agit d'une auberge de coin tranquille bénéficiant d'un excellent emplacement. Quand je suis entré, un chef de la police des chats noirs m'a accueilli et la dame bénévole m'a enregistré de manière ordonnée. Dans le dortoir des garçons pour quatre personnes, un garçon volontaire était blotti dans un coin et comptait les points du jeu sans rien dire. Bien qu’il ne s’agisse que d’une courte nuit, elle regorge de nutriments.

Merci beaucoup. Il y a un magasin sur place et les serviettes sont fournies gratuitement. Il est très proche de Jungang-daero et le logement est propre.
