Le pire hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné. Positif : Chambres spacieuses avec vue sur la mer étonnante Piscines intérieures et extérieures SPA négatif : Climatisation à peine fonctionne dans certaines chambres 2 fois l'eau arrêtée, et à l'époque j'étais dans la douche de soap. Il a fallu 3p minutes pour que l'eau revienne Petit déjeuner et dîner ont des choix pauvres et répétibles, tout est engourdi dans l'huile. Il est plein de petits bébés pleurant, beaucoup de bruit, et le gars jouant de la musique dans la soirée n'a que 5 chansons qu'il joue sur et Iverson chaque nuit. Il y a des lignes pour la nourriture, vous avez trop attendre pour votre toast français sucré huile pendant 5 minutes. 4 minutes. Lignes partout. Sonne. Fume. Bienvenue à votre 200 euros/jour de vacances.Profitez de votre repas. N'avez pas de boisson pour dîner. Pas même de l'eau. 5 étoiles hôtel et vous n'êtes pas servi à l'eau pour dîner!!!! Vous devez payer pour cela ou souffrir de soif. Pas d'eau, pas de café, pas de jus, rien. Vous avez honte!!! La nourriture n'est pas très bonne ou divers de toute façon, vous auriez pu nous donner au moins de l'eau!!!! Pas de chaises de plage incluse, vous devez acheter une chaise séparément ou vous asseoir sur le sable. Pas assez d'espaces de stationnement. La meilleure partie de cette vacances est la fin, parce que je peux laisser cet hôtel effrayé derrière et ne revenir jamais !!!!

Pour la première fois en Bulgarie et réservé une vacance surprenante pour mes soeurs le 60e anniversaire au Festa Pomorie Resort. Appartement suite spacieuse et sans spot nettoyant tout ce que vous avez besoin dans les chambres. Kate à la réception si utile. Maria dans le restaurant nous a regardés si bien toujours bien accueillant et attentive. Très recommandé et sera de nouveau Oona Irlande

Je pense que l'un des meilleurs hôtels où il a séjourné ...Tout est impecable ...la nettoyage, le petit déjeuner, la cordialeté du personnel ... vraiment un 4 étoiles de classe supérieure dans le coeur de Burgas ...Je ne vois pas le moment de rentrer

I booked this holiday understanding that very little would be open on our arrival date of 10th October. Sunny Beach pretty much shuts down at the end of September. However, if you are not too fond of thousands of people marching up and down the promenade, or hate queing for food or drink this is a perfect spot. The hotel is very clean and looked after despite its age and the breakfast is perfectly fine. Ok, no croque madame or eggs benedict but for the budget everything is there. If you want tea (as anywhere) bring your own PG tips or whatever. the pool is spotless and QUIET! Great for us. And there was plenty of open supermarkets and shops, particularly in Nessebar old town. All in all a great stay at Ivana Palace and I recommend it as a three star.

We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves a positive impression and is comprised of three complexes. HOTEL / ROOMS (DeLuxe): - spacious rooms with balconies (sea and main pool views), carpeted floors, with elevator access to rooms, - rooms are equipped with LED TVs, a phone, and a safe (free of charge). - large and comfortable beds, - bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries and clean, fragrant towels. - rooms are cleaned daily with towel replacement, - available iron, kettle, and ironing board (with deposit), - the hotel grounds are well signposted with directions to attractions, bars, etc, - there is a bus stop about 100 m from the hotel, allowing you to reach the city center, the airport, Burgas, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie. RESTAURANTS / CUISINE / BARS: - the hotel has two restaurants (All Inclusive+) and two à la carte restaurants, - daily themed dinners, e.g., Greek, Arabic, Mediterranean, - restaurants offer a variety of dishes; there's a wide selection of food (though it's a shame that people waste so much), - there is a children's food area, - delicious coffee, cappuccino, and chocolate from Segafredo coffee machines, - tasty cold drinks from vending machines (I recommend cherry juice), - a Lobby Bar with original cocktails is available, and you can order a custom drink, - poolside food and drink area: late breakfast, snacks, fruits, fries, burgers, donuts, waffles, ice cream, drinks, etc, - all dining areas are well-maintained and clean, IMPORTANT: When you check out, your All Inclusive wristband is left so you can enjoy your food. POOL / BEACH / AMENITIES: - there are several pools, including an indoor pool and one for children with various water attractions, - the pool water is clean, and the area is well maintained, cleaned every morning, - there is a special play area for children, - the hotel provides beach towels (with a 20 LEV deposit at the lobby) that you can exchange daily, - access to the beach is through dunes (a 2-3 minute walk); the beach is large and clean, - there are sun loungers and umbrellas available at the beach for an additional fee, but you can also go with your own towel (there is a naturist beach nearby), - the hotel offers daily activities: daytime sports and physical games, evening shows in the amphitheater, - there is a fitness area and a gym available. SERVICE / STAFF: - good communication with the hotel, both before the stay (via email) and during the stay, - reception staff is very friendly and helpful, - the hotel manager is a true professional, always smiling, regardless of the situation, - the restaurant staff and cleaning crew are also very pleasant and diligent in their duties, - efficient and friendly animators who encourage guests to participate in activities, - the hotel has a currency exchange office wit

Le lieu idéal pour se dégager, c'est exactement ce que nous voulions réaliser. Absolutement immaculés dans la propreté. Les piscines étaient également extrêmement propres et le service de toiles inestimable. La plage des hôtels aurait pu être intelligente pour correspondre à la qualité du reste de l'hôtel, mais comme il était toujours si venteux, nous avons choisi de passer la plupart de notre temps de relaxation aux piscines. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Nous avons eu un choix de nourriture de qualité pour rencontrer le goût de tous. Très bien situé près des gares de bus et de train, avec des taxis qui courent directement à l'hôtel et de l'hôtel. Le récepteur de l'hôtel a organisé notre bagage après le départ à midi, car notre vol était en retard ce jour-là et a organisé notre taxi à l'aéroport ce soir, nous laissant à la piscine pour profiter de notre dernier jour. Le parc a été amusant de visiter le dimanche, car beaucoup de gens étaient avec leurs familles qui appréciaient la musique, les glaces, un parc et plus encore. Le spa a semblé incroyable, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps de l'utiliser.
