Je suis allé à Santa Barbara pour le week-end parents. Cet hôtel était le seul que je pouvais me permettre, donc je l'ai réservé! Je ne suis pas super chouette, et son une nuit. Si vous cherchez un prix décent et ne vous en souciez pas vraiment beaucoup, restez ici. Le lit était super confortable, la chambre était grande, la pression de l'eau était grande dans la douche, il y avait un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes, et une belle télévision. Par exemple, la peinture fraîche, quelques serviettes nouvelles (les serviettes de bain étaient terribles!!!), quelques tapis nouveaux. Ils doivent faire un modèle de salle de bain complète. La salle de bain était petite. La toilette ”roche” quand vous vous assisez. Le balai autour de la chambre était vieille et sale. Il y avait de la poussière partout, pour inclure les écrans et les fenêtres. Je sens qu'il est une croix entre charmant et vieux. Je resterais probablement ici si j'avais besoin, mais je vais regarder et essayer encore.

Goodness, this place is such a hidden gem for all types of travelers. I’m so happy we made the decision to stay here for our 3 night getaway from LA to the place where we met 10 years ago and hold dear. Now we have two small kids along for the ride, and this was the best place we’ve stayed in our re-visits, especially for a family. But it would be wonderful for all types of groups - couples looking for dog friendly, grandparents who appreciate the quiet lush courtyard, families who need the extra space and convenience. I have already recommended to my local friends when looking for family or friend accommodations. We stayed in room 6, one of the king suites with a separate bedroom/living room and full kitchen. It was perfect: the bedroom is large enough for a toddler floor air mattress (or in king bed if needed) and younger child in pack n play. Then we had the pull out couch as backup if needed. But the apartment is huge - way bigger than most local long term rentals. And being able to sit right out front in chairs or the grassy courtyard full of flowers, butterflies, and birds, was such a treat. Plus parking was right behind this unit, so super convenient with kids. But it’s so small, all the rooms are easy access to the back lot. Staff are so helpful and friendly. You really can’t help but feel positive and grateful when engaging with them, even during covid times. So overall, you absolutely cannot beat the charm, convenience and affordability of this hidden gem. Usually one feels duped by the Santa Barbara hotels, especially after you’ve lived here. Some places really gouge you so you can get a slice of paradise. But Beach House is actually worth every penny and more for what you receive in return. Also, the location is perfect. We love this area as visitors. Very safe and quiet, off the beaten path but walkable or quickly drive/bike to everything. Leadbetter beach is just around the corner and has the best accessibility of any beach in my opinion. Which is huge when you have kids. Don’t hesitate, if you want that hard to pinpoint but definable Santa Barbara charm, plus space and convenience with an extremely reasonable price tag, this is it.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Christmas time. The location and price was right. It is walking distance to the beach and warf. The room was clean but very small. We are a family of three and it was a tight fit. We didn't spend much time in the room though so it was fine. Since we came for Christmas we took the self driving holiday light tour. It was amazing! Highly recommended. The warf and boat tour was nice to catch the sunset.

À 3 routes, quelques jours sont très chauds, l'hôtel automobile standard, il n'y a pas beaucoup de places, il est recommandé d'arriver à l'avance. La ville est très calme. La dernière nuit de séjour, retournez à Los Angeles le lendemain, je vous rejoins dans 2 heures. La plage est un peu sale, la soupe de pomme de terre sur le port est super super, manger et regarder le soleil, très romantique et hostile.

Le séjour à l'extended Stay et moi-même sommes très satisfaits de ma chambre, et qu'il y a une cuisine et ils permettent des chiens. La chambre est spacieuse, la télévision grande, la cuisine dispose d'une grande quantité d'espace de stockage, les serviettes et les feuilles sont propres, réfrigérateur de taille pleine.

A very special memory and trip spent at this perfect hotel, the courtyard with pool and bamboo trees was memorable, the room was very clean and next to 711 very close by, and the house was very convenient with amenities such as microwave fridge. Will take my family back if I have the chance.
