Was a comfortable and well outfitted apartment. Has excellent laundry machines, and supplied detergent. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Nice and warm in the winter.

Tout est parfait. C'est un bâtiment traditionnel bien situé et agréable, très propre et avec les installations appropriées pour un court séjour à Sofia. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus, avec pain toast, jus, café, yogurt, etc. Très complet. Le meilleur de l'hôtel est que le propriétaire vous raconte l'histoire du pays pendant le petit déjeuner, ce qui est une expérience très intéressante parce qu'il parle avec passion et sait beaucoup d'histoire. Il mérite l'hébergement**** ici pour tout cela. Un 10 l'hôte.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, juste au centre-ville, vous pouvez marcher vers les principales attractions et les zones commerciales. La chambre est très grande, est très large en Europe, les installations sont complètes, l'assainissement est propre et le lit est également très confortable. Le personnel de service est très attitude, l'expérience générale de l'hébergement est très satisfaisante, le rapport coût-efficacité appartient à un hôtel 5 étoiles plus élevé à Sofia, et les installations sont un peu obsolètes

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Très pratique pour se rendre aux sites touristiques locaux. À quelques pas, un arrêt de tramway se trouve juste devant l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et le personnel était très serviable.

La chambre pas sonorisé, durant mon séjour je n'ai pas fermé l'œil, la dernière nuit était horrible. Le petit déjeuner très moyen trop simple.personnel accueillant et disponible.

Excellent hôtel en centre-ville avec de nombreux bons restaurants à proximité et un bon choix pour un voyage d'affaires, mais la chambre est un peu vieille et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien.
