Hôtel spa à Harbin

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, avec des intérieurs de style européen et une atmosphère calme et élégante. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et sans place. Le personnel était ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. La location est confortable pour la visite à Harbin, et le petit déjeuner était frais et agréable. Nous avons reçu un cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Ce qui rend cet hôtel spécial est son histoire, y compris l'ascenseur original 1903, qui ajoute un touche mémorable et authentique à l'expérience.

Un sans-faute pour le Ritz-Carlton ! Mon séjour au Ritz-Carlton a largement dépassé mes attentes. Chaque détail a contribué à un service d'exception. Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier tout particulièrement le directeur, M. Leo Zhao. Son accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Non seulement il a spontanément surclassé notre chambre, mais il a également eu la délicate attention de personnaliser notre clé, faisant de notre séjour une succession d'agréables surprises dès notre arrivée. La restauration et les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout aussi impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, chaque plat étant préparé avec soin et délicieux, de quoi satisfaire tous les palais. Le souci du détail était également remarquable : les brosses à dents étaient d'une qualité supérieure et les produits de toilette de la célèbre marque Diptyque, pour une expérience luxueuse et confortable. Même les chaussons jetables étaient conçus avec un soutien plantaire, pour un confort optimal. Par ailleurs, Mme Meng Qi, responsable du service d'entretien ménager, était très attentionnée. Remarquant notre préférence pour le thé et le café, elle veillait à ce que nos boissons soient toujours resservies. Tout au long de notre séjour, le personnel de l'hôtel a répondu à tous nos besoins avec rapidité et professionnalisme, ce qui m'a profondément marqué. Je recommande chaleureusement le Ritz-Carlton et j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour mon prochain voyage !

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. C'est mon premier choix lorsque je viens à Harbin pour un voyage d'affaires, car le Sofitel a toujours été une référence à Harbin. Bien que leurs installations ne soient pas les plus récentes, elles ont une touche rétro très agréable. De plus, leur service de qualité supérieure me fait vraiment sentir l'unicité de cet hôtel cinq étoiles Sofitel. Excellent !

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Very helpful and courteous staff from the front desk, dining room and cleaning staff. Feont desk helped with late check out and book reservations on the Chinese version of WeChat app for the Unit 731 Museum. Large room, totally modern and clean.

Un très bel hôtel, rénové avec de la pierre et du bois, avec des chambres calmes et un personnel serviable. À notre arrivée aux sources, nous les avons trouvées presque désertes. Tous les bains et saunas fonctionnaient, c'était donc absolument merveilleux. Les bains aux herbes proposent diverses infusions, et des tisanes sont également disponibles gratuitement. Le soir, nous avons pris un buffet composé de viandes, de spécialités locales, de crevettes, de raviolis aux garnitures variées et de salades ; bref, un menu très varié. J'ai tout adoré et j'y retournerais volontiers. Il y a des points de vente proposant différentes marques à proximité.

We were greeted with excellent service right at the door. The staffs made sure we were comfortable, from little details like children’s bath robe to slippers. The hot spring’s very impressive too, with indoor slides and many hot spring pools, hot spring staffs were also very hospitable, especially 小高 & 王姐. Would definitely come again if we are here at yabuli.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

People in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early. Upon entering the building, it's really hot. We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
