« Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26).
Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.
Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!
Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!
Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat.
For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!
On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!!

« L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du métro et des arrêts de bus. La rue principale est accessible à pied. Cependant, il y a un point négatif : le ménage. En rentrant de ma promenade le soir, je pensais que ma chambre serait propre (j'avais mis un panneau pour le signaler), mais le personnel n'a même pas changé les serviettes ni refait le lit. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive. Sinon, l'hôtel est formidable. »

AAichiboluobaodehanbaoC'est la quatrième fois que je séjourne à l'hôtel Harbin 🌰 cette année ! Pour être honnête, mes précédents séjours ne m'avaient pas entièrement satisfaite en raison de quelques petits problèmes. Cependant, après seulement quelques mois, je constate une nette amélioration de la gestion et du service ! Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier Rain du service de conciergerie. Bien qu'il fût en voyage d'affaires, je l'avais consulté à l'avance et il m'avait même donné les coordonnées du service clientèle pour faciliter les échanges. J'ai également rencontré cette fois-ci un concierge d'âge mûr, très élégant, mince et grand ; malheureusement, j'ai oublié son nom ㅠㅠ. Un grand merci tout particulier à Yuki, Amy et Mary du service des relations clients qui m'ont contactée ! Yuki a été incroyablement attentionnée avant et pendant mon séjour, et s'est assurée de ma satisfaction et de mes besoins après l'installation de ma chambre – un professionnalisme exemplaire. Amy et Mary ont également été d'une grande aide. Lorsque j'ai prolongé mon séjour et attrapé un rhume, Mary m'a même fait livrer du thé au gingembre dans ma chambre, ce qui a complètement changé mon impression du service impersonnel de l'hôtel 🌰 ! Amy a également pris en compte mon souhait de prolonger mon séjour, en me fournissant des réponses très aimables et détaillées. Mmes Sun Xiulan, Song Nannan, Zhang Haiyan et Che Yanhui, qui ont nettoyé ma chambre, ont fait preuve d'une méticulosité et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelles. Très sensible à la poussière et un peu maniaque de la propreté, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté impeccable de ma chambre ! Mme Zhao Yuno, du service restauration, a également assuré un service attentionné et enthousiaste à chaque petit-déjeuner. Grâce à la présence de nombreux visages familiers et de nouvelles connaissances, la qualité du service s'est nettement améliorée. Je choisirai sans hésiter le Ritz-Carlton Harbin à nouveau, en espérant de nouvelles surprises agréables.

MM650874****L'hôtel est décoré et charmant et ne se trouve pas loin de la ligne 3 du métro. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est riche. La chaleur de la chambre est assez importante en hiver 😆. Si vous ne voulez pas sortir, il est également très amusant de vous rendre à l'hôtel.

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.
Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre et lumineuse, avec une vue magnifique. Le service de la réception est bon. J'ai vu que j'avais amené des enfants et m'a offert un petit cadeau. Elle est très proche du monde de glace et de neige et un peu loin de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Les petites sculptures de glace devant l'hôtel sont également très mignonnes.

JJerome.CI had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

IInvitéI was not impressed. For the price I expected much more. This hotel is old and ran down. In the hallway of my floor, people noisily smoked and made lots of noise. **************** staying here. The front desk people are okay but could definitely use work on their hospitality. Old room, old facilities, junky dirty carpet in the hall. Would not stay again. The only positive was the bed. A painfully average in every way hotel. There are far better options for way less money.

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

IInvitéWe were greeted with excellent service right at the door. The staffs made sure we were comfortable, from little details like children’s bath robe to slippers. The hot spring’s very impressive too, with indoor slides and many hot spring pools, hot spring staffs were also very hospitable, especially 小高 & 王姐.
Would definitely come again if we are here at yabuli.

JJTLJLes personnes de Harbin City sont généralement très centre-client et bienvenues. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit et nous étions à l'intérieur tout le temps comme nous comprenons qu'il y a une certaine restriction lors de la sortie du bâtiment, mais pas le temps de sortir depuis qu'il est rempli d'activités. Il n'y a que le flux libre de glace, de boissons et de fruits, tandis que les repas sont facturables à la cour et au restaurant à lvl5. Le fc ouvert à 8 heures donc nous devons commander à partir ******* puisque nous partons tôt.
Quand on entre dans le bâtiment, il est vraiment chaud.
Nous avons pris la chambre familiale à lvl7 qui semble se situer à l'arrière de la rue et non ventilée. Nous avons séjourné à la chambre 7036 qui était vraiment chaud même quand nous avons ouvert la fenêtre et avec le petit fan qu'ils ont fourni qui ne aide pas à tout, malheureusement nous n'avons pas dormi bien toute la nuit.
