GGregArshinovL'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Nous avons apprécié l'hospitalité de Tamara et Georgi : ils nous ont accueillis avec du vin de maison et nous ont offert une aide pour trouver notre chemin autour de Tbilisi. Nous aimerions également l'emplacement : il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied à la station de métro et à 7 minutes à pied à la Sainte Trinité cathédrale, une magnifique pièce d'architecture traditionnelle géorgienne.

EEkaterinaЭто потрясающий хостел!!! Лучший хостел в мире. Элиана замечательная хозяйка. Всегда на связи, готова помочь в любую минуту. Обстановка и атмосфера в хостеле потрясающая. Путешественники с разных концов земли. Однако все чувствуют себя одной семьёй. В комнатах тихо, ничего не мешает отдыхать после дневных прогулок. Абсолютная чистота, за которой тщательно следят работники. Расположен хостел в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей и автобусных остановок. Рядом так же находится потрясающее недорогое кафе с национальной грузинской кухней. Скажу со сто процентной уверенностью, не сомневайтесь, бронируйте этот хостел!!!

NNixNaxHere are some highs and lows of our experience there:
- Staff was able to communicate in Russian and English.
- The room and lobby area were clean and kept in good order.
- The room was small but nice. It was enough for us as we only stayed for one night.
- The bed and pillows were notably comfortable.
- Walking distance to the town area.
- There was a very unsettling drain smell coming from the bathroom.
- I also wished the bathroom shower was installed with a glass door. Each time we showered, water would get under the shower curtain and make a wet mess in the bathroom.
Overall, it was a decent stay.

UUtilisateur anonymeI would not recommend this hotel although it has good location. There is another hotel nearby just 2 mins walk. I booked a suite room but it looks just like a standard double room. Toilet were small, room aircond were warm (in summer time). We asked for stand fan but the staff were not helpful and have to call the manager to explained the situation. There are no common spaces, everywhere is private so the only place you can actually stay is inside your room. I need to changed check out date due to plan change, but was rejected (not flexible). Overall, not a comfortable hotel experience. By the way, if you are a smoker, there is no proper non-smoking area — the only smoking spot is right at the entrance, which is very inconvenient.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

SSusanThis review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
