L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, avec des intérieurs de style européen et une atmosphère calme et élégante. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et sans place. Le personnel était ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. La location est confortable pour la visite à Harbin, et le petit déjeuner était frais et agréable. Nous avons reçu un cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Ce qui rend cet hôtel spécial est son histoire, y compris l'ascenseur original 1903, qui ajoute un touche mémorable et authentique à l'expérience.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

Dans l'ensemble, un excellent hôtel. J'y ai séjourné 5 nuits, y compris pendant les fêtes du Nouvel An. Très satisfait du service et du bon petit-déjeuner. Cependant, le pub de l'hôtel, au rez-de-chaussée, était complètement désert le soir du Nouvel An ! Nous souhaitions prendre un verre de vin pour fêter l'arrivée de 2025, mais impossible de trouver un serveur pour passer commande ! Nous avons dû attendre au moins 30 minutes avant qu'on s'occupe de nous. Mis à part cet incident, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Un très bel hôtel, rénové avec de la pierre et du bois, avec des chambres calmes et un personnel serviable. À notre arrivée aux sources, nous les avons trouvées presque désertes. Tous les bains et saunas fonctionnaient, c'était donc absolument merveilleux. Les bains aux herbes proposent diverses infusions, et des tisanes sont également disponibles gratuitement. Le soir, nous avons pris un buffet composé de viandes, de spécialités locales, de crevettes, de raviolis aux garnitures variées et de salades ; bref, un menu très varié. J'ai tout adoré et j'y retournerais volontiers. Il y a des points de vente proposant différentes marques à proximité.

L'expérience de séjour est bien supérieure aux attentes, il faut se concentrer sur le personnel de la réception Lily. Le service est professionnel, l'attitude est chaleureuse et efficace, il est bon à trouver les besoins des invités et à fournir une aide, il est possible de traiter les problèmes de pointe et d'urgence avec calme et soin, de former et de former le personnel. Room is clean and comfortable. Got a complimentary afternoon tea as our flights is in the afternoon. We can rest and recharge before our long journey. The staff dahong here is so sweet and friendly. She give us two warmers as the weather is cool.

Avantages : décoration luxueuse, grandes pièces, belle vue. Points à améliorer : 1. Personne n’aide avec les bagages. 2. Le petit déjeuner est dommage. Il n'y a pas de viande. Il faut demander du bacon séparément. Il n'y a que du jambon féculent et des saucisses. 3. Les détails d'hygiène de la chambre ne sont pas en place. Il y avait des cheveux sur le côté de la baignoire qui n'étaient pas traités. Le tartre de l'humidificateur n'a pas été traité et aucun serveur ne l'a rempli d'eau. En bref, le logiciel ne peut pas suivre le rythme du matériel. Le niveau de gestion doit être trop amélioré. Dans cette situation, je suis désolé pour la marque et le prix Marriott.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
