I recently completed a 4-week stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, the front desk team kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room that was kept perfectly clean and neat every day. Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi. A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home. The teamwork here is fantastic. The service and food truly made my time in Harbin memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future! 我最近在这家酒店完成了为期四周的入住，整个过程都非常棒。办理入住时，前台团队贴心地帮我升级到了一个非常宽敞漂亮的房间，每天都被打扫得一尘不染。在长达一个月的居住期间，所有的日常服务（包括高效的洗衣服务）都顺畅无瑕。我遇到的每一位员工都非常真诚和热情。甚至在今天大清早办理退房时，**张燕（Zhang Yan）**也非常细心地照顾我，并亲自帮我把行李拿到出租车上。 我每天居住中最期待的亮点，是早晨的早餐服务。我最初是在前台接待处认识 紫涵（Zihan） 的，她当时就非常专业且热情。后来当她转岗到餐厅，她同样把这种充满朝气的活力带到了我的每一个早晨。她总是带着灿烂的微笑迎接我，作为一名外籍宾客，能深切感受到她的细心与周到。同时，我也想谢谢之前在餐厅协助她的那位女同事，她的招待同样很热情；还有厨房里的两位主厨，两位大厨每天都极其用心、精致地准备着每一餐，让长期的居住体验找到了家的感觉。 这里的团队协作真的很棒。出色的服务和美食让我的哈尔滨之旅非常难忘。我极力推荐这家酒店，并期待未来再次光临！

Nous sommes venus en Chine avec trois enfants du Canada, et nos enfants n'ont jamais été en Chine avant, et c'est leur première fois en Chine. Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle Hua Xia Qu She B&B, le butler et le propriétaire étaient très aimables, nous aimez vraiment le style de décoration de ce lieu, et les fournitures d'hébergement étaient également très complètes. La chambre est très confortable, la douche et l'eau chaude sont très propres. Nous sommes allés au Sun Mountain Ski Resort, au Tiger Park, au Train Museum, etc. Mes enfants ont assisté aux travaux de feu ici et les ont laissés dans des souvenirs inoubliables. Ce qui a fait notre voyage très agréable et très agréable!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay. I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied. Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed. I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected. When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We had an overnight stay but the experience was totally top-notch. The host Cindy, and uncle driver (sorry I was not able to get your name) was super accommodating, super friendly... really took good care of us from the time we reach Yabuli until we left. How we wish we booked more days. 1st time ski experience was so smooth. Cindy made sure everything is in order. Also, the local restaurant (zorik iron pot stew) was superb. Highly recommended. Plus the kids were able to play at the snow covered field (cycling, slide, tubing)... they arrange the transportation- and the boss was the one who shuttle us back to the hotel from the restaurant. We are very grateful for your hospitality. Overall experience super fun and we all had a blast! Given the chance, we will stay again in this unit. We highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located near the Xiaqiao Metro Station, you can walk from this station in 10 minutes to o the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, at the reception you can ask for a card to enter the pool, entrance to the pool from the street. In general, pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. C'est mon premier choix lorsque je viens à Harbin pour un voyage d'affaires, car le Sofitel a toujours été une référence à Harbin. Bien que leurs installations ne soient pas les plus récentes, elles ont une touche rétro très agréable. De plus, leur service de qualité supérieure me fait vraiment sentir l'unicité de cet hôtel cinq étoiles Sofitel. Excellent !

Mon meilleur séjour à ce jour ! Tout était parfait, de la réception au service de ménage ! Je suis arrivé bien plus tôt que d'habitude, mais on m'a accordé un enregistrement anticipé. Les avantages m'ont été clairement expliqués lors de l'arrivée. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité d'un immense centre commercial et des sites touristiques. Un service de navette gratuit est même proposé pour vous conduire en centre-ville ou à Snow World et sa ville. Le chauffeur peut également vous attendre à votre lieu de dépose. Deux rennes vous accueillent à l'heure choisie. J'ai même pu assister à la mue de l'un d'eux ! Le minibar propose gratuitement du Coca-Cola, du Sprite et des boissons locales. Le buffet du soir est à volonté de 22h à minuit. J'ai notamment dégusté trois bols de nouilles au bœuf, un vrai régal ! D'autres boissons et spécialités locales sont également offertes. Quant au petit-déjeuner, même si je ne l'ai pas pris, il est servi jusqu'à 13h (oui, vous avez bien lu !). Je n'avais jamais vu un hôtel servir le petit-déjeuner aussi tard. On m'a expliqué que le propriétaire sait que lors de nos visites à Harbin, nous avons tendance à veiller tard. Si le petit-déjeuner est servi à 10h, comme d'habitude, vous risquez de le rater. C'est la même chose pour ceux qui doivent se lever tôt et qui veulent quand même pouvoir manger à l'heure. Si vous réservez une chambre de 72 mètres carrés, la location de voiture est même offerte. Oui, tout est gratuit ! Il suffit de faire le plein. Grâce à cet avantage, vous économiserez beaucoup d'argent. Un grand merci au chauffeur Wangxin (王新) ! Il m'a conduit à Snow World et nous y sommes allés à pied, même après l'heure prévue, car il savait qu'il serait difficile de trouver un taxi pour rentrer à l'hôtel tard. Il était aussi très enthousiaste et m'a fait découvrir tous les sites importants en chemin. J'étais vraiment ravi de rencontrer quelqu'un comme lui. Cinq étoiles sans hésiter !

Идеальное место как поспать в ТЦ ,расположение кафешек ,в самой гостинице есть абсолютно все для детей и взрослых ,так же рядом парк аттракционов,солнечный город ,идеально ! Сервис на высоте ,уборка каждодневная ,замена всего каждый день ,дружелюбная атмосфера,вернемся еще не раз !

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

C'est un voyage mémorable. Même si plus d'un mois s'est écoulé avant que je rédige cet avis, l'hôtel Yingjie Hot Spring à Harbin est un excellent choix. J'espère qu'ils renforceront leurs efforts de promotion et deviendront une nouvelle référence touristique pour Harbin.
