J'ai adoré l'hôtel : propre et facile à trouver. Le service était excellent, bien au-delà de mes attentes. L'emplacement est correct, à deux minutes en voiture des restaurants environnants. Le personnel peut vous aider à vous y rendre, notamment à la station de ski de Yabuli. N'hésitez pas à leur poser des questions, ils sont là pour vous aider, que ce soit pour la location de matériel, le transport, etc. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles : on peut jouer dans la neige dehors, la décoration extérieure est charmante avec des ours en peluche et l'intérieur est très confortable. Mon séjour a été formidable !

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

The Perfect Home Base for a Yabuli Adventure! Our stay at Yousuoju Wenquan Villa was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home—they are incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of great local knowledge. After long days on the slopes/exploring, coming back to the soft and incredibly comfortable bed was a dream. It guaranteed a perfect night's sleep every time. The highlight was the awesome hotspring! Soaking in the natural hot springs after a day in the cold was pure bliss and the ideal way to relax. Don't miss their local tour arrangements—they are simply the best! The owners helped us plan our itinerary, secured tickets, and recommended hidden gems we would have never found on our own. It made our trip seamless and much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yabuli!

We had an overnight stay but the experience was totally top-notch. The host Cindy, and uncle driver (sorry I was not able to get your name) was super accommodating, super friendly... really took good care of us from the time we reach Yabuli until we left. How we wish we booked more days. 1st time ski experience was so smooth. Cindy made sure everything is in order. Also, the local restaurant (zorik iron pot stew) was superb. Highly recommended. Plus the kids were able to play at the snow covered field (cycling, slide, tubing)... they arrange the transportation- and the boss was the one who shuttle us back to the hotel from the restaurant. We are very grateful for your hospitality. Overall experience super fun and we all had a blast! Given the chance, we will stay again in this unit. We highly recommend this place.

Dans l'ensemble, un excellent hôtel. J'y ai séjourné 5 nuits, y compris pendant les fêtes du Nouvel An. Très satisfait du service et du bon petit-déjeuner. Cependant, le pub de l'hôtel, au rez-de-chaussée, était complètement désert le soir du Nouvel An ! Nous souhaitions prendre un verre de vin pour fêter l'arrivée de 2025, mais impossible de trouver un serveur pour passer commande ! Nous avons dû attendre au moins 30 minutes avant qu'on s'occupe de nous. Mis à part cet incident, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The hotel is located near the Xiaqiao Metro Station, you can walk from this station in 10 minutes to o the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, at the reception you can ask for a card to enter the pool, entrance to the pool from the street. In general, pleasant impressions remained from staying at this hotel.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, mais les sources chaudes étaient démodées. L'eau était propre. L'eau des sources chaudes était chaude, mais la température intérieure était plus basse, ce qui la rendait chaude lors de la baignade et froide à la sortie. Il y a une piscine, également plus fraîche, permettant de se baigner après une baignade. Il n'y avait pas trop de monde et la piscine extérieure était plutôt agréable. En résumé, les chambres d'hôtel étaient spacieuses et propres, avec de grands lits. Les sources chaudes extérieures étaient propres et proposaient un large choix. Les sources chaudes intérieures offraient un parfait mélange de chaud et de froid. Le restaurant était correct, les prix raisonnables, et il y avait des hammams et un salon. Le gonflage des bouées était gratuit, et la location de grands canards pour 20 yuans était une véritable surprise.
