From the warm welcome, birthday cake, and room upgrade to your exceptional hospitality, every detail made our family feel so special. It was a beautiful and memorable staycation for our senior parents and their grandkids. We’ll always treasure this experience.

It was our first time at NUSTAR. We only stayed for one night. It was a birthday suprise for my wife. She loved it and so did I. The suite we had was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of details put into designing these suites. Very well done. The mall was great, all high to higher end stores which explains why not many customers in the stores. The 2nd floor had several restaurants. All were very busy which is good to see. We wanted to do the sky walk however it is by reservation only and they had already sold out for the day, so book that early if you want to do. The casino was fun. First time for my wife. It was clean and very similar to all other casinos.We are already making plans to come back in December for a week, so I would highly recommend it. As for the cost, probably out of reach for most Filipinos however for foreigners it is very affordable. Just remember it is a high class place with standards and a dress code.

L'environnement est agréable et beau avec une plage privée. La chambre n'est pas grande. L'emplacement est assez éloigné et loin de la ville. Le seul inconvénient est que lors de notre enregistrement, le personnel du comptoir nous a dit que nous pouvions prolonger l'heure de départ en fonction de l'état de la chambre. Cependant, le personnel du comptoir nous a dit le lendemain que nous devions payer un supplément. De plus, l'heure de départ était initialement fixée à 12 heures, mais avant 12 heures, notre carte de chambre n'était pas valide et nous n'avons pas pu entrer. Nous avons été choqués d'être bloqués dehors. Nous avons dû demander au personnel de service de venir nous ouvrir la porte.

J'ai été très satisfait non seulement de la propreté des installations, mais également de la haute qualité du service. L'emplacement est un peu loin de la ville de Cebu, mais c'est à environ 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport, donc je pense que c'est parfait pour un séjour relaxant à l'hôtel à la fin de votre voyage. Il est également bon de pouvoir profiter des activités maritimes en réservant le jour même. Je reviendrai.

C'était une lune de miel parfaite ! J'ai pleuré tout le long du chemin du retour. Les propriétaires, Mike et Sarah Tom, étaient incroyablement gentils et attentionnés, comme de la famille ! On se sentait vraiment comme à la maison ! C'était un rêve devenu réalité. Le service était excellent, on se sentait tellement comme chez soi, tellement plus heureux que de retourner dans l'atmosphère étouffante de ma maison familiale. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et passé un séjour formidable. La nourriture était également très bonne, et les massages étaient à la fois abordables et excellents. J'ai très envie d'y retourner et de séjourner à nouveau ici pendant un certain temps !

Staff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

Une si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.
