Hôtels avec Spa à Piedmont, Italie

J'ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et, comme d'habitude, mon expérience a été excellente. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, et l'établissement était propre et fonctionnel. Satisfait et recommandé.

L’hôtel est très bien situé Le petit déjeuner avec des produits des grands qualités locales.. L’accueil chaleureux et professionnel Grands plus pour le parking sur place et la prise charger ma voiture électrique (le prix de 45 euros) La chambre grande mes un peu viellot..

Ho soggiornato insieme ad altri 3 amici in un quadrupla nella Baita 2, vi erano 2 camere con letti matrimoniali e un bagno in mezzo che le divideva. La camera era più o meno carina: poche prese da poter usare (ci siamo arrangiati con la ciabatta), nella seconda camera il letto matrimoniale arrivava quasi attaccato al muro (letteralmente a mala pena ci si passava), camera piena di umidità sulle pareti, bajour nella prima matrimoniale non funzionanti, io bagno almeno era moderno e carino Bella la sala della colazione anche se quando siamo arrivati noi c'era ben poco e un ricarico di roba lo si poteva fare (la colazione era fino alle 10), molto bella anche la reception e la sala con i divanetti Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno sufficiente, contando che dovevamo stare una sola notte ci siamo adattati

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Si vous passez la nuit dans cette ville, c'est un super hôtel. L'emplacement est très bon, les environs sont très calmes et il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité. Si vous aviez séjourné ici, vous n'auriez pas choisi un autre hôtel.

Das LaPalma hat eine Toplage direkt am Lago mit einem kleinen BeachClub (geschlossen ab Oct) und einem wunderschönen Palmengarten. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig und super freundlich, kleine Mängel werden sofort abgestellt und Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Die Zimmer zum Garten liegen etwas ruhiger als die Seeseite, die Klima- bzw. Heizung ist leise und stört nicht. Der kleine SPA und Sportbereich wird koordiniert, so dass es nie zu voll wird, die Nähe zur Altstadt ist angenehm. Das Highlight ist die Rooftop Bar, mit einem kleinen beheizten Pool. Leckere Cochtails gibt es für 18 Eur, Biere schon für 8 Eur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel storico, in posizione centralissima. Camera comoda, colazione varia e buona. Tutto perfetto

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Отель на берегу озера с бассейном. Все бы ничего, но проживание в этом отеле омрачило то что нам помяли на парковке при отеле машину и тот кто это сделал просто уехал, не сообщив на ресепшен. Выйдя на следующее утро увидели вмятину, позвали с отеля девочку, на что получили ответ : извините, но камер на парковке нет, ничем помочь не можем, хотите вызовем полицию. Хорошо у нас машина была застрахована и мы не понесли финансовые потери в связи с этой ситуацией. Так же при выселении в 7 утра никого не оказалось на ресепшене… очень странно. Мы оставили ключи и уехали. Территория отеля утопает в цветах гортензии. Проблема с такси, но спасибо огромное мужчине с ресепшена, помог нам организовать такси. Недалеко в шаговой доступности есть супермаркет. Отель тихий, не молодежный. Основной контингент пенсионеры и семьи с маленькими детьми.
