Hôtels 3 étoiles à Yucatán, Mexique

Le service était super nous sommes arrivés presque à 8h. Soyez conscients que nous n'avons pas séjourné à l'adresse énumérée mais il y a 3 propriétés 2 minutes à pied les uns des autres. Nous sommes arrivés à l'adresse et il y a un signe avec un numéro à appeler ou à contacter sur WhatsApp. Ils ont répondu rapidement et sont venus nous chercher et notre bagage pour nous rencontrer dans le bâtiment principal, puis nous ont conduits à l'autre (3e lieu). La piscine de notre bâtiment était la plus grande, mais il y avait des feuilles à l'intérieur qui semblaient inconservées mais pas brutes... assez propres. Il y avait une petite ” cuisine ” avec un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes et un café qui semblait n'avoir pas été utilisé depuis longtemps avant d'arriver à la piscine... il y avait 2 ensembles de chaises à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner continental est à présent au centre-ville, avec des fruits, du yogurt, de la granola et du café, un buffet optionnel de 190 pesos et bien méritant de nombreuses options et délicieux. Le pôle principal était très mignon et nous aimé le complimentaire ”baignoire à vapeur” qui est une salle à vapeur avec les têtes de douche... il faut leur faire savoir 10 minutes avant de le préchauffer. Nous avons communiqué par WhatsApp sans plaintes que je resterais ici....Nous avons combattu avec de l'eau chaude souvent c'était lukewarm mais apparemment c'est une chose dans ce domaine. Il est assez proche de la zone populaire appelée « centre » à environ 25 minutes à pied et 10 minutes au consulat américain

Il n'est pas loin de la pyramide de Chichoïka, l'hôtel a un transport de voiture et le conducteur est très aimable, et nous a envoyé au restaurant métropolitain pour le dîner, sans frais supplémentaires ou petits frais. Les installations de l'hôtel sont bonnes, il y a une grande piscine. Le petit déjeuner est à l'avant-court de l'hôtel, pas un buffet, mais c'est aussi délicieux et assez épais. Mais il faut donner un peu de frais. Le restaurant n'est pas bon, le Mexicain n'est pas cher.

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied de la place centrale de Mérida. Le personnel est accueillant. Seul bémol : les toilettes et la salle de bain sont vraiment petites et exiguës.

Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Dans l'ensemble, c'est impressionnant. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. J'aime beaucoup la machine à glace, surtout quand il fait très chaud. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking. Il y a eu des travaux pendant notre séjour, mais ce n'était pas du tout un problème.

Hôtel très bien situé mais pas facile du tout pour se garer La piscine est très agréable très bien entretenue. L'accueil a été rapide La chambre est propre par contre le matelas est dur comme une planche de bois. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre pour passer la nuit.

The staff has been super helpful in accommodating our requests when we asked to change the rooms and more towels. They also recommended places to visit nearby. The location is very busy: in front of the ado station you have the option to jump directly in a bus but the neighbourhood is of course what it is around a station. Very close to the market, you need to walk 20’ to the central square to find the pretty part of merida. Clean was clean, but the amenities have to be reviewed: no mirror in the room, very small sink, the window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed and there was no hairdryer.

Schöne alte Hacienda mit Pool und leckeren Margaritas etwas außerhalb von Izamal. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Leider war unser Zimmer gegen Abend dann vollständig voll mit großen Ameisen. Ich habe schon öfter mitten im Dschungel geschlafen, Gekkos, Raupen etc. sind kein Problem und normal. Aber gegen Abend war eine Wand, die Dusche, die Decke und alle Handtücher vollständig bedeckt mit 1cm großen Ameisen. Das war für mich leider grenzwertig, da auch alle Moskitonetze kaputt und löchrig waren. Löcher sollten sich auch in einem alten Haus abdichten lassen. Außerdem gibt es keine Trennung zwischen Schlafraum und Bad, ebenso Toilette. Für ein Boutique Hotel zu dem Preis für mich nicht ok.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
