La qualité générale de l'hôtel est constante, la décoration est simple, confortable et de bon goût. La chambre est très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements, et les articles de toilette sont complets. L'eau chaude est disponible à tout moment, la climatisation fonctionne bien (chaud et froid), et le personnel est courtois et enthousiaste. Le séjour a été particulièrement agréable.

L'hôtel se trouve sur Ping Jiang Road, juste à côté de la rivière, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement au quartier commerçant. Vous trouverez également des restaurants à quelques pas. Notez qu'étant situé au bord de la rivière, là où les voitures ne peuvent généralement pas accéder, vous devrez probablement descendre sur la route principale et marcher environ 5 minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel. Cet hôtel peut ne pas convenir aux groupes avec de jeunes enfants, des bagages volumineux ou aux personnes âgées. L'hôtel lui-même est vraiment charmant. Vous serez accueilli par un personnel chaleureux et sympathique, qui se fera un plaisir de vous aider avec vos bagages ou de vous donner des conseils sur la région. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, vous devrez donc porter vos bagages jusqu'aux chambres du 1er ou du 2e étage (le personnel m'a aidé avec les miens). La chambre est très propre et les équipements sont neufs. Les toilettes sont également neuves avec chasse d'eau automatique. Les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain sont cependant translucides. On ne voit pas ce que fait la personne à l'intérieur, mais la lumière passe au travers ; il n'est donc pas conseillé de partager la chambre avec une autre personne sensible à la lumière, surtout la nuit. Sinon, tout le reste est parfait à cet endroit.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

Bien que l'hôtel soit en centre-ville, la chambre est très calme. Le service de la sœur à la réception est très bon ! Il a été très patient et nous a aidé à porter nos bagages. Envoyez-nous au restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner et au salon de thé pour attendre ! La chambre est très propre et dispose d'installations complètes. La nourriture et les boissons dans la chambre sont gratuites. Il n'y a pas de frais pour le stationnement des clés, ce qui est rare ! (Le stationnement ici est super cher) Pingjiang Road est juste devant la porte, c'est très animé, il y a beaucoup de belles dames à Hanfu ! Ce fut une expérience de séjour très intéressante et je le recommanderais à mes amis de la région !

第一次住道觀中，很新鮮，易道長非常耐心細心，給我們一路指導，我們是從驛站買票（住宿客人可享受住宿期間80元／人含遊覽車的優惠價，超值）辦好相關手續，坐車上到頂宮，根據易道長指引很快找到辦理入住的房間，辦好入住，選的房間是唯一能打開門看到上山的攝影房，由於最近常州下雨多，來的時候趕上山下陰天山上仙氣飄飄的時間段，雲山霧繞頗有身在仙境的感覺，雖然能見度不高也頗有一番風味，我們提前一天訂好了一人150的餐標，四菜一湯，米飯基本不夠就免費續，吃到了茅山有名的鵝肉還有清蒸鱸魚兩個素菜一大碗（小盆）紫菜雞蛋湯，味道我們吃很可口，感覺很不錯，吃完飯七點半左右，易道長還給我們安排了夜遊講解，文化歷史就着仙氣飄飄的感覺真有種身在仙境中的感受（提醒大家下山上温度普遍比山下低，要帶好保暖的衣服否則容易感冒哦），我們還提前訂了晚上十二點的頭香，這是衹有住宿客户可以享受的福利，真的超級贊，性價比也超級高。 第二天我們還喝到了江蘇省最高海拔的咖啡，配上素麪，感覺真的不錯。 退房前拍了幾張能見度還好的照片，真心推薦大家有機會去體驗一下，感覺超好，下次有機會我們還會再來的。

This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

這家新店真的超出預期！出門走幾步就是東關街，離瘦西湖也很近，樓下遍地都是揚州早茶店，逛吃巨方便。 新店所有設備全是新的，一點裝修味道都沒有，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間很智能。前台工作人員服務態度特別好，還貼心告訴我去哪玩不踩雷哪裡有好吃的。房間隔音也不錯，價格也划算，下次來揚州玩還選這家

Cette expérience de séjour est vraiment bien supérieure à ce qui était prévu, il faut rendre un grand louange à cinq étoiles! Surtout les sœurs de la réception, elles sont super bonnes, et le service n'a pas besoin de dire, super proche de la rivière de la gueule !!!! Depuis le moment où je suis entré dans le hall, je sens une enthousiasme pour le service. Le personnel de la réception ne se déplace pas seulement rapidement, mais aussi intimement pour m'aider à mettre à jour les types de chambre, et il présente en détail les routes de jeu et les plats à proximité, ce qui fait chaud. La chambre est large et lumineuse, l'assainissement est incolore, les lits sont doux et la peau est douce, et le coucher est comme un pli de coucher. Pour ceux qui ont connu ce lit, il est vrai que je dors jusqu'à la grande nuit, la qualité du sommeil est pleine! L'effet d'isolation est également excellent, il n'est pas totalement entendu par le couloir ou le bruit de l'autre côté. Les installations de l'hôtel sont également complètes, le petit déjeuner est riche en style chinois-ouest, le visage de la salle de bain est particulièrement étonnant. La conception des salles de sport et de lave-linge est également très convivial, très pratique pour se rendre ou voyager. En résumé, que ce soit l'équipement matériel ou le service logiciel, l'hôtel a un niveau très élevé. La prochaine fois, c'est absolument ma première option, fortement recommandée aux amis qui font des agressions!

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, donnant sur une rue commerçante animée et à proximité du quartier de Xinjiekou, un véritable paradis pour les gourmets. Le service est attentionné et prévenant ; le personnel de la réception est chaleureux et serviable, ce qui contribue grandement à la détente.
