Hôtels 3 étoiles à Antioquia, Colombie

This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

La position est grande. Le petit déjeuner est très mauvais, les fruits ne sont pas frais et ne sont pas gérés. Le prix augmente beaucoup lorsque la plateforme est réservée après avoir passé la réception. 130000 Dans une nuit. L'explication de ces derniers est la somme qu'ils déterminent. Il est inconnu, enfin, de choisir d'attendre. Après quelques heures de travail, la dame a quitté le travail pour trouver un homme pour se loger. Pas de hausse du prix.

La situation est excellente, exactement au milieu de tout, à pied distance d'obtenir le métro, de nombreux restaurants près, à 10 minutes à pied à Provenza, facile à atteindre un grand supermarché où vous pouvez trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris les vêtements de Colombien - Brands. Ils sont très bons à vous aider avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. Le personnel est si amical et utile, nous n'avons pas une carte de métro et ils nous empruntent pour nous utiliser tout le temps que nous étions à l'hôtel. Ils nous ont expliqué où aller, horaires, etc., où ils ont une carte de métro facile sur le mur, que vous pouvez juste voir tous les endroits à visiter à Medellín. Le lieu est très propre. Je suis très heureuse et nous y reviendrons quand nous reviendrons à Medellin.

Toutes les installations sont nouvelles, l'eau de douche est fanatique, les gens sont très gentils

Tout est propre. Il n'y a qu'un ascenseur et il faut beaucoup de temps pour descendre et monter, il y a des gens très gentils comme d'autres qui sont plus sérieux et pas aussi gentils, ils ne m'ont pas nettoyé le lendemain de la chambre, bien que ce n'est pas parce que je suis très propre depuis mon arrivée. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre parce que la chambre qui m'avait été donnée avait une vue à l'intérieur et quand j'ai réservé, elle dit que j'étais vue à la montagne, mais ils m'ont résolu rapidement.

Good hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

Замечательный чистый отель в хорошем безопасном районе, рядом куча кафе ресторанов, и в пешей доступности все развлечения. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный завтрак, и очень вкусный кофе. Ребята всегда были приветливы и милы.

L'appartement est parfait! Il est assez spacieux pour trois personnes, le lit est confortable et le canapé lit aussi. Il est très facile d'utiliser l'entrée automatique et nous nous sentons en sécurité dans le bâtiment. En général, la situation est très bonne: il y a très bons cafés et restaurants, supermarchés et gymnasies. C'est un bon endroit pour se reposer et se déplacer à Medellín sans être dans les quartiers avec la plus grande vie nocturne. Ana & Chris coordonnent tout très bien et ont été très gentils et flexibles pendant notre séjour.

Checkin process was not smooth with no direct contact. The info of a 24h desk here in trip.com is incorrect, all information will be shared via email / whatsapp. The security guard on shift was very helpful though to check us in. But without being familiar with the processes this took well over 30min. Location and apartment itself great and in close proximity to bars, restaurants and more. All bathrooms clean and showers hot with good water pressure.
