IInvitéJ'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Heathlands la nuit dernière et j'ai passé les meilleures nuits de sommeil de ma vie car le lit était très confortable et la literie était confortable également et la couette n'était pas trop épaisse. La salle de bain était très propre et bien rangée mais petite, le restaurant était fermé. mais on pouvait commander de la nourriture au bar, ce que j'ai fait. J'avais du fish and chips et des pois, ce qui était correct mais pas de bonne qualité car le poisson était trop croustillant mais raisonnable pour le prix mais je n'ai pas apprécié le bar était très calme donc J'ai pris mes boissons dans ma chambre qui était 126 et j'aurais certainement à nouveau cette chambre dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon séjour et j'ai bien dormi

PPRIV07Le personnel était très poli, la chambre était vieille mais propre et fonctionnelle. On nous a dit que la piscine était ouverte toute la journée jusqu'à 21 heures, mais nous y sommes allés et il y avait des cours de natation.

88285SueHDouble sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint.
Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful!
Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room …
The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

JJahangir JaneWe stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.
Food:
The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

IInvitéCet hôtel était idéal pour rendre visite à de la famille qui vit à Bournemouth, notre chambre était propre et bien rangée et le personnel était très serviable, la seule chose qui m'a déçu et j'aurais donné des notes plus élevées, c'est que nous n'avons jamais eu le service de chambre. pendant les 3 jours que nous avons passés là-bas, je travaille dans cette industrie et je sais que les chambres doivent être nettoyées même si on frappe à la porte et demande si quelque chose est nécessaire, etc., mais l'hôtel est agréable, surtout avec la piscine et la salle de jeux.

IInvitéWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Parking was expensive at £15:50 and a long walk in the rain.
Staff were personable and efficient . I stay in Bournemouth often ,so would stay here again

NNazlie DalwaiI enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests.
The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived.
Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea.
East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches.
Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre.
A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services.
Due to our short stay, we did not request any services.
Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable.
Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.

KKINDENEH KifleWe had a three-night stay and overall enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, although a bit small. There was only a kettle provided for tea, but considering the price, it offered good value for money.
The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with a short pathway directly in front of the hotel that takes less than five minutes to reach the shore. It’s also within walking distance to the town and there’s a beautiful park just across the pier, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was good, though it was the same each day. We stayed in a family room that was very clean and tidy, but it lacked space for seating — there was only one chair, which was a little inconvenient for us as a family.
Apart from that, we were happy with our stay. The location and cleanliness made it a pleasant experience, and we would consider returning in the future.
