J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Heathlands la nuit dernière et j'ai passé les meilleures nuits de sommeil de ma vie car le lit était très confortable et la literie était confortable également et la couette n'était pas trop épaisse. La salle de bain était très propre et bien rangée mais petite, le restaurant était fermé. mais on pouvait commander de la nourriture au bar, ce que j'ai fait. J'avais du fish and chips et des pois, ce qui était correct mais pas de bonne qualité car le poisson était trop croustillant mais raisonnable pour le prix mais je n'ai pas apprécié le bar était très calme donc J'ai pris mes boissons dans ma chambre qui était 126 et j'aurais certainement à nouveau cette chambre dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon séjour et j'ai bien dormi

Entry from the car park to level -2 with stairs or lift access to Reception at level 0; (Additional access direct to street via a few steps at level 0 too); Check in was very quick with a short form to sign / append car registration if using the hotel's car park; Unfortunately 1 lift was out of order for the duration of our stay but there were very few times we noted the other lift was already in use; From here we had to traverse the complete length of the hotel to our room at the other end with stairs up and down, to find our room with window looking out over the laundry delivery area but some views of the sky still possible; By the admission of the staff, the hotel is (over)due a refurbishment and the whole place looks tired and worn, although noted to be clean; However shower cubicle in the room was plenty big enough, and the light-up mirror over the sink was good. The mixer tap on the hand basin appears to be plumbed L/R opposite to the markings on the tap; Plenty of plug sockets in the room, some with USB sockets. A big plus was the breakfast which was plentiful and efficiently overseen and served; Choices included standard cooked, cereals, fruit, etc with juices and hot beverages; No dinner was served but the hotel is is close proximity to several other venues within a 10-15min walk into the town centre; Also very close by is the BIC and the Pier / Seafront is less than 10 min walk; The Pool / Gym / Sauna is not very large but adequate and while the Hot Tub was warm with very vigorous jets, the Sauna was quite cool at the time of visiting. All in all, a nice enough place for a couple of nights, quiet and relaxing, with attentive staff.

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene. Staff & Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities & Atmosphere: The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing! Other Notes: The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place. Food: The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall Value: The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

Reception and breakfast staff were excellent. Our family room (Ken dodd) was very big and comfortable. We also enjoyed the english breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. 3 star celebrity theme hotel is a little bit outdated but maintained very nicely, clean, and will definitely recommend and visit again.

Cet hôtel était idéal pour rendre visite à de la famille qui vit à Bournemouth, notre chambre était propre et bien rangée et le personnel était très serviable, la seule chose qui m'a déçu et j'aurais donné des notes plus élevées, c'est que nous n'avons jamais eu le service de chambre. pendant les 3 jours que nous avons passés là-bas, je travaille dans cette industrie et je sais que les chambres doivent être nettoyées même si on frappe à la porte et demande si quelque chose est nécessaire, etc., mais l'hôtel est agréable, surtout avec la piscine et la salle de jeux.

Nous voulions juste une base fiable, accueillante, sûre et CLEAN pour une nuit à un prix fantastique et nous avons exactement ce qui est ici à Laguna. Il s'agit d'une chambre de base mais sans spots propre avec toutes les essences que vous avez besoin pour un bon séjour de nuit; 2 lits frais, un suite insouciant avec douche chaude, serviettes et flanaux pour 2, une télévision à distance, L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de Paris, où il est situé à proximité de la ville de Paris. Nous étions à quelques minutes de marche de la plage et de la ville, avec un magasin de nuit confortable à quelques minutes à pied. Il est bon de savoir qu'ils sont une option. Merci de faire de notre voyage une jolie Laguna; nous planifions notre retour à l'avenir.

Great location , rooms are nice, clean and modern. Good value included breakfast which was good , except only scrambled eggs ,no fried eggs. Parking was expensive at £15:50 and a long walk in the rain. Staff were personable and efficient . I stay in Bournemouth often ,so would stay here again

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests. The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea. East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches. Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre. A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services. Due to our short stay, we did not request any services. Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.
