Hôtels 3 étoiles à Dorset, Royaume-Uni

The location is great, just a ten min walk from the beach, or a five min walk to get a ten min bus to Boscombe or Bournemouth (although these only go every half hour, seem to always be late and stop running by 6.30pm so plan carefully, or take a stress free taxi ride instead - just £6 to Boscombe).  The hotel is clean and tidy, but the reception staff I met were sullen and unhappy to help, the beds we had were awful (feel every spring, I padded it with two quilts to be able to sleep, luckily it was very hot so we didn’t need them) and unfortunately our window was broken so I couldn’t shut the noise of people entering/leaving the hotel directly below the window out. However, the man sent to try to fix the window was extremely polite and helpful, and respectful of my request to be really quiet and softly spoken around my autistic son who was trying to get to sleep. And he fixed the window.  Luckily we were only staying for one night, so despite the painful bed, I would come back for another cheap, brief stay.

J'avais initialement reçu une chambre de famille de signature à la deuxième, chambre 213 mais quand j'ai entrer dans la chambre les lits étaient inconfectionnés et il y avait beaucoup de serviettes sales dans la salle de bains, c'était à 16h30 et toutes les chambres étaient rentrées ! J'ai immédiatement informé le personnel de l'hôtel et il a été attribué une petite chambre double au troisième étage, la chambre 308, qui avait une vue merveilleuse, mais était très chaude et la pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain et la douche était près de rien, puis il a gonflé lentement ! Je n' ai pas dit que les portes de bagarre étaient fortes ! Soyez prudent lors de la réservation avec cet hôtel, mais encore bon prix pour l' argent !

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

Le personnel semble travailler très dur. Malheureusement, l'hôtel lui-même est vraiment grubby et a beaucoup besoin de nouveaux tapis, de décoration et d'entretien. (Désolé, les gars d'entretien, il peut s'agir d'une heure insuffisante par jour). Il n'y a pas assez de pompe pour dire ”il n'y a qu'une pompe” quand aucune eau sort du douche et ensuite son brun pendant plusieurs minutes ! La chambre était décevante, mes vêtements restaient enfoncés dans les trous et mes vêtements se posaient au fond du réservoir. Il a été recommandé que je réserve un table pour le dîner, j'ai choisi pour 7h et le biscuit. 40 minutes plus tard, il était encore chassé! Chatting around the pool it seems two people can stay for £80 per night but I was charged £133 with breakfast. Le petit déjeuner était de style buffet et à peine chaud. J'ai visité les hôtels du groupe et ils sont bien mieux. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel ou rester à nouveau!

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

L'hôtel est magnifique et l'excellent emplacement est à 15 minutes à pied d'un beau parc à la plage de Bournemouth, notre chambre était dans un environnement très calme, Il a une piscine et une chambre de jeux, super calme et confortable. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde qui visite le Bornemouth à un prix abordable.

La chambre était très bien équipée, et elle était très bien équipée, et elle était très bien équipée, et elle était très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner, mais il est très bon. Bien qu'il y ait eu un peu de variété (café, thé, céréales, toast, pain et pâtisseries, petit déjeuner anglais comme les beans, les œufs cramés, le pudding noir, la sauce, etc.) la qualité pourrait être un peu mieux avec un peu plus d'attention/de précaution. Par exemple, les œufs engrais étaient assez secs et goûtés presque comme du plastique, tandis que le pudding noir était vraiment sec. Je pense que cela pourrait être résolu soit en faisant tourner la nourriture, de sorte qu'elle ne s'asseye pas dans les chauffe-glaces trop longtemps, par exemple, le petit déjeuner commence à 6h30 et nous avons toujours marqué à 8h30, ce qui signifie que la nourriture était là s'asseyant pendant presque 2 heures.

Excellent emplacement…près de la plage, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare et à 5-10 minutes à pied des magasins d'alimentation. La chambre que nous avions était d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix, j'ai payé pour une chambre double standard et j'ai eu une chambre familiale ! Le personnel est sympathique et raisonnablement serviable, nous avons demandé quelques bols de céréales et cuillères à emporter avec nous un soir, mais nous ne sommes repartis qu'avec un bol et pas de cuillères mdr… aucune explication pourquoi !! Dans l’ensemble, c’est le meilleur hôtel bon marché dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Bournemouth.

Les chambres sont doublées de lits simples de taille. Clean and tidy. Air con good. Breakfast plenty. Defo stay again.

2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful
