An exceptional stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Convenient location with great amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

À l'arrivée, le récepteur était agréable. Pas de problème m'a conduit à ma chambre. Cependant, une fois dans la chambre, quand il essayait d'ouvrir la fenêtre, le manche supérieur s'est éteint dans ma main. L'eau froide pour le baignoire n'était pas en service, donc j'ai dû utiliser une douche pour l'eau froide. Il y avait aussi des tincelles dans la couille. La télévision n'avait pas de service, et bien que j'ai informé le récepteur, rien n'a été fait. Il m'a été conseillé de le informer. En général, pour un séjour de nuit, ça va, mais je ne resterai plus ici.

I stayed for one night at Adelphi Hotel. The room was spacious enough for me. The staff were very friendly and they provided a good service to help me choose a better room of my liking. The room was well kept and clean, but the windows seem to have broken glass, which I think the hotel should have repaired before letting me check in to the room. The bathroom also was good. Had good amenities and there was some issue with water supply for hot water, which I discussed with staff during checkout. The lobby area is so beautiful while you wait to get check in the room.

Il est très confortable et confortable.  Le centre de Liverpool est également très bien situé.  Ellie à la réception était très aimable et utile et parce que la chambre n'est pas servi chaque jour vous pouvez demander des serviettes, du papier toilette, etc de la réception.  La chambre était bonne. C'était bon marché et joyeux. La douche était excellente. Grand pour les courts séjours. Il n'y a pas de chaise dans la chambre et nous n'avons que 2 stations de télévision.

L'hôtel était idéalement situé où nous n'avons pas à marcher loin des lieux qui étaient environ 6-10 minutes à pied. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parc de voitures souterraines qui garde notre voiture en sécurité et en sécurité, peu d'hôtels disposent d'un bar et d'un siège pour les invités que nous avons pensé être convenable, la chambre était moderne, très propre et aimée la douche à haute pression qui est réglable, Le petit déjeuner était très bon, nous préférions un anglais complet avec tous les trims, mais il y a l'option continentale et comme c'était un buffet que nous mangeons autant que nous aimions. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir à Liverpool et un grand centre commercial que nous avons découvert sur notre chemin de retour du club Cavern et des plats de la douche Tout en tout un brillant premier séjour dans cet hôtel et la 2e fois à Liverpool ...oh et un cri à la réception qui m'a aidé avec notre parking, très patient. Nous planifions notre prochaine séjour à cet hôtel pour un avenir proche.

Pros ...Very good location and comfortable rooms ...Cons ...The charge outlets did not work, I mentioned it twice and they never fixed it.

We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!
