Emplacement idéal pour le terminal nord car à l'intérieur, mais cela signifie qu'il y aura des nuisances sonores. Notre hôtel donnait sur le terminal à côté du train navette, que vous pouvez entendre. La chambre est bien pour un séjour d'une nuit, malheureusement l'hôtel a eu un problème avec l'eau du robinet et la douche était froide, il aurait été utile qu'ils mettent un panneau à la réception et peut-être dans l'ascenseur pour avertir et s'excuser et il y avait un certain nombre de clients mécontents, mais j'accepte que cela était hors de leur contrôle et que nous faisons de notre mieux pour régler le plus rapidement possible. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus mais uniquement continental car le petit-déjeuner chaud n'était pas servi avant 7h du matin et nous avons dû nous enregistrer pour notre vol à 6h30, mais ce que nous avions était correct, mais nous n'aurions pas payé de supplément pour cela. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel pratique pour un vol tôt le matin et j'y retournerais.

L'établissement n'a pas d'ascenseur et nous étions au troisième étage. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons réussi à bien dormir.

The perfect airport hotel. About three minutes drive from Gatwick. Clean, convenient, comfy bed. Was fine about my very late check in. Friendly service on check out and there’s a bus stop directly across the road for the Gatwick or Horley bus. All this for a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Il s'agit d'un hôtel très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La chambre que nous avons séjournée était propre et confortable. Il était calme et il y avait un bon sommeil nocturne. Si j'avais à faire un point négatif, il serait que nous devions payer une commission supplémentaire pour le parking et ce n'est pas le cas avant. Le service de l'hôtel est un service de service de l'hôtel, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel. Merci au personnel amical et aux compliments du personnel de nettoyage pour nous présenter avec une belle chambre.

J'ai séjourné ici après être arrivé à l'aéroport de Gatwick le soir. Après environ 15 minutes de marche, on trouve des supermarchés et des restaurants, donc le dîner n'a pas été un problème. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et plutôt propre. Il y avait un micro-ondes au rez-de-chaussée ; je ne l'ai pas utilisé, mais je suppose qu'il est à disposition. Le lendemain matin, j'ai pris le bus pour l'aéroport ; l'arrêt de bus est juste en face, ce qui était très pratique.

L'aéroport de Gatwick prend environ 15 à 20 minutes en bus. Il me semblait que je ne pourrais jamais m'y rendre à pied et les installations étaient meilleures que celles du Travelage au centre-ville de Londres. La chambre était spacieuse et propre et le personnel était sympathique. J'ai aussi apprécié le petit-déjeuner :)

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Ideal being on the M25, no complaints, dependant on which day you book for you can get a bargain

The hotel was very quiet and the young men covering the front desk and breakfast service were very helpful and friendly. They even helped us order food one night, one of them using his own phone to call for us. We certainly got the feel of staying in a historic place, the only complaint was the many stairs and no lift! Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.
