Hôtels 3 étoiles à Surrey, Royaume-Uni

There was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere. Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.  Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down £7.50 for parking  When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.  That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.  A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Great location and a lovely ground floor garden room. Very spacious and comfortable.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel comme nous avons un vol de matin à attraper. Cet hôtel est connecté à l'aéroport de North Terminal de Londres Gatwick par un corridor. Le contrôle en cours a été effectué dans les 2 minutes, l'ascenseur est exploité par la carte de la chambre, qui est une sécurité supplémentaire. Les lits sont confortables et il a été merveilleux de regarder les Easter pour nous envelopper notre voyage à Londres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, je dois féliciter le service de l'homme ”Bill” qui était proactivement si utile à tous les clients. Je l'aime les sauces britanniques là-bas, c'est une honte qu'ils ont des œufs frits. Les croissants, les conflagrades sont là, ne pas oublier une machine à waffles, pour que les gens se disent - je veux dire, avoir du plaisir pendant la brekkie.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. Les terrains autour de l'hôtel sont bons pour prendre les chiens de la première et de la dernière chose à la nuit. Je les ai sortis avec moi au jour, puisque j'ai l'air conditionné dans la voiture. Le restaurant est très confortable, le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. J'étais là pendant quelques jours et j'ai prolongé mon séjour d'un jour pour que je puisse faire un cours.

Le personnel était très aimable et serviable, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. La nourriture était délicieuse et à un prix raisonnable. Cependant, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : des toiles d’araignée dans la salle de bain, des faux cils de la cliente précédente sur la table et des miettes dans le lit. Il n’y a pas de prises électriques près du lit ; il est donc indispensable d’apporter un adaptateur.

Le séjour a été très confortable, même si les installations n'étaient pas comparables à celles d'un Holiday Inn. Les chambres étaient très propres et bien tenues. L'accueil du personnel était excellent. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent séjour, car le circuit d'Epsom est également magnifique. Seul bémol : les installations très fréquentées ne sont pas très proches de l'hôtel.
