Nous avons eu un séjour si beau dans le village de Samosir que nous avons prolongé avec 2 jours plus. Le lieu a une emplacement merveilleux. Grand personnel et un très bon restaurant. Je recommanderais certainement de rester ici.

Second séjoue dans cet hôtel moderne et confortable. Grande chambre avec climatisation efficace. Bagagerie gratuite très appréciable. Légèrement excentrée mais proche de la gare et il y a un bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. Très bien !

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. Il n'y avait qu'une nuit, mais le lit et les poulets étaient super confortables et le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était super

Good: - Firm and big mattress - Friendly staff - No sound of a mosque to keep you awake at night - Very nice shower Could be better: - Sound insulation in general; I would have liked it if during the night the hotel would turn off the music that is played in the hallway all day. I'm a very light sleeper so I require my earbuds every night. It's easy to hear the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms as well.

This Hotle has such an amazing view of lake Toba and it’s huge. Love its garden and park is properly maintained and the water sports beach is nice to stroll and relax

Positives: I had stayed for three nights and I had come back to the hotel at different timings and on foot and in a vehicle. Bravo to the security who are always on alert and there a couple of them. The hotel offers very attractive prices. The service staff is excellent on the couple of times I had made enquires. Housekeeping is excellent. Even my clothes are nearly folded and tucked away. Do remember to tip them. Space is big. The luggage support is very useful. Cons Maybe it is time to renovate the toilets

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Bismillah. L'expérience de séjourner là-bas a été assez agréable avec des installations hôtelières, une propreté et un confort satisfaisants. Ce qui m'a rendu moins heureux, c'est que mon heure d'enregistrement était 2 heures plus tard que ce qu'elle aurait dû être et qu'il n'y avait aucune excuse de la direction ni dispense car ma femme était enceinte et a dû attendre plus longtemps pour s'enregistrer.

Personnel très utile. La plus grande chambre que j'ai séjournée. Elle a semblé un foyer. Bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner est moyen au mieux. A un A et W près de la réception, donc c'est un plus. Recommandez fortement l'hébergement budgétaire.
