I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The french villa was a moderate stay. The distance to beach is 3-5 mins walk only. The location of the hotel is very appropriate as all the cafeteria and restaurants are nearby or better to say in the same location only. The negative was the reluctant nature of the staff. I would say a little motivation is required there. Overall budget can be slightly low as there isn't much special about the rooms. No cupboard to keep clothes also. Average stay. Cost can be less.

Un séjour budget avec des chambres et des installations décentes:
Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre de la rue, avec beaucoup de fric et de bousil. Ils ont un parking qui est bon mais non attaché et doivent le garder dans un endroit à 200m. La chambre était assez bonne mais le service de réception était pathétique. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une chambre fermée où ils sont frigorifiques et toute la chambre est fermée par fumée.
Pros:
1. Bon assez pour un séjour d'un jour avec de bonnes options pour le petit déjeuner
2. AC travaillait
3. 4-bed chambre était très grande avec 2 salles de bains

Réception et service de bureau frontal

Our stay was fabulous. The hotel is a meticulously renovated 18th century building, providing modern amenities ***** with the historic french cultural feel. Its an Insta reel lover's dream. The hotel also houses one of the reputed restaurants for Creole cuisine, and the a-la-carte food was divine. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. 2 minutes' walk from the promenade beach and bang in the middle of best photogenic locations of Whjitetown. Every café and photography spot is in the walking distance! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, smiling and friendly. A very good option for discerned travelers.

3. the hotel provided a comfortable stay & appreciate the cleanliness, decor and the location. the staff were friendly and their service was good. food was good.. the property was very good. the staff were friendly and their service was good. room was ok, but the bed linen were not so clean. bathroom was full of mosquitos.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist.
The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too.
