The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

IInvitéThe hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

IInvitéWe had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist.
The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too.
