我住4樓，酒店窗出邊就見到隔離棟樓天台，會見到天台有人食煙，可以叫佢比煙過嚟，感覺唔太安全！ 牆好薄，容易聽到隔離房講嘢聲，雖然酒店人員英文唔太好，但都盡力用Google translate解決！

The hotel is walking distance from the station, that's why we chose it. Indeed, it is walking distance from the station, which made our trip super convenient. They have hand sanitizing alcohol at the entrances and outside elevators, which I like. The staff was nice and helpful. We did not get to try the food. It would have been nice if there were facilities or activities to wind down after a long day, but our room is very cozy and larger than the ones in Tokyo. I like that the room had a divider for the bed area and the living room area, and the TV could flip both sides too. I like that we had a sofa and a work table in the room, where we could eat snacks and prep for the day. The mirror on the table was particularly useful. I like that the bathroom has a separate section for the sink and for the toilet. I enjoyed their bathtub very much. The closet area is wide enough with enough hangers as well. Too bad I do not have pictures of the room, but it was nice getting to stay here!

L'hôtel est situé dans la rue des courses de Hitachi. Vous serez à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Hitachi. Ce style ancien hôtel offre également le petit déjeuner, tant japonais que pain. Pas de nombreuses options, mais atheiste vous pouvez avoir le petit déjeuner. La chambre est propre et confortable, elle sent aussi bon. Il y a aussi beaucoup de lave-linge que vous pouvez utiliser librement au toit, mais vous devez acheter le détergent à l'office frontal. Le personnel était très gentil et très bon, le personnel de l'ancien homme essayait d'expliquer la chambre en anglais, mais je peux parler japonais, donc il n'y a pas de problème. Dans l'ensemble, il était vraiment bon endroit pour rester si vous voulez attraper la montée du soleil à la gare Hitachi et profiter du bon moment 👍

Service was very good. But hotel is old and not as clean as picture shows. But many many antiques in the lobby area.. .the carpeted area in the room needs to change. It feels dusty and like not vacuumed. The futons were ready ,rolled up at the side of the room. We jus unrolled them at bedtime. They have the smallest pillow I've seen after staying in hundreds of ryokans across Japan.. Their dinner is the best I've had . Very full meal. Lobster included and very delicious. Breakfast was simple and good. With the important seasonal food . Meals in this ryokan is worth bragging about. Hotel can be better if some renovation is done to the soiled carpets and a good cleanup of the rooms.. Advantage of being able to leave car at the car park lot and walk 3mins to the nearby riverside garden.. The elderly couple running the ryokan were very friendly and helpful. Very kind people.

L'environnement est très beau, les équipements sont très propres et le paysage chaud est de première classe. Tous les serveurs sont très bons. Et surtout, Mme Huang, la serveuse qui parlera du communiquet, elle a organisé tout avec beaucoup de soin. Elle explique également ce que nous devons prendre en considération lors de notre préparatif de marche demain. Merci. J'ai une très bonne expérience. J'espère que la prochaine fois, je vous reverrai.

The room is clean and spotless. Amenities such as face/batth towel, coffee drips, face cream etc are self-helped. We ran into issue checking in as we reserved 2 rooms for 3 pax. Somehow the reservation was confused and we had to pay additional for 3rd person. Thankfully it was resolved by Trip.

Il est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le lit est modérément dur et les pièges étaient si durs. Cependant, sur demande, ils nous ont changé une autre chambre sans hésiter beaucoup. Ils sont également très rapides avec leur service quand des pièges supplémentaires ont été demandés.

The staff were very nice, I had no difficulty checking in, and I received a free meal (frozen to put in the microwave). There is a Lawson just a block away. The room was very clean (no odor at all), much more spacious than I expected, and there were plenty of electrical outlets, even one next to the bed. There was an air purifier/humidifier and an AC/heating unit. Some people probably like the firmness of the bed, but I would have preferred it to be softer. I wished there was a reading lamp at the head of the bed. FYI: There are steps to enter each room and a large step into the bathroom.

在網路上訂飯店的時候，照片看起來很大很新，但實際到現場感覺房間尺寸沒有那麼大看起來也舊舊的，跟櫃檯確認過，他說房型一樣大，（但是我不管怎麼看都覺得沒有照片那麼大）還有實際上說的26到30平方米，撇開房間大小和新舊，它有室內的大浴場還有烤箱，大浴場女生的裡面有很多美容用具可以使用還不錯！大廳櫃檯雖然看起來小小的只有一個人在顧，旁邊有個迎賓飲料，有咖啡還有威士忌和燒酒可以喝到晚上11點！他的床很好睡，枕頭也不錯，不會躺上去枕頭就壓扁了！房間裡的設備該有的都有還算很齊全！離日立車站走路大概要10分鐘飯店有自己的停車場！

We were extremely happy that we booked this place for the Tonegawa fireworks festival! This place was just 20 min walk to the riverbank where the event took place. Despite being a container-style hotel the room is quite comfortable with a large bed for two and is equipped with all we need. On the plus side, there was a microwave in the room and the large TV just made our nights more enjoyable. The hotel offered a ”light snack” for breakfast, which literally was a frozen bento box with four options - wasn't the ideal for breakfast but was actually quite tasty.
