Hôtels 3 étoiles à Quintana Roo, Mexique

The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Nous avions réservé après avoir lu des avis élogieux sur le restaurant italien, mais il s'est avéré qu'il n'était pas inclus dans la formule tout compris. Cependant, les autres plats étaient également excellents. Nous avons appelé pour demander que les boissons soient réapprovisionnées dans le réfrigérateur, mais elles ne sont jamais arrivées. Malgré la basse saison, la piscine était petite et il n'y avait jamais de transats libres. Le soir, un groupe jouait de la musique en direct dans le hall, et nous avons passé un très bon moment.

L'hôtel en lui-même est agréable. Tout est propre. La piscine est très belle. C'est d'ailleurs pour cela que j'ai choisi cet hôtel. Mais il est très loin de tout : commerces, cafés et autres divertissements. Il n'y avait qu'un seul magasin à proximité, OXXO, et c'était ma seule chance. Mais on n'y trouvait pas grand-chose à manger. L'hôtel ne proposait aucun repas non plus. Ils offraient seulement un petit-déjeuner continental composé d'une bouteille de café et d'un jus de fruits. On trouve la même chose chez OXXO pour bien moins cher.

Cet hôtel est situé en centre-ville, juste en face d'un supermarché. Bien qu'un peu excentré par rapport aux hôtels plus chics, il est très pratique pour se rendre à Islam Mujeres. Son prix est abordable et il convient parfaitement aux longs séjours. Malheureusement, la douche de ma chambre ne fournissait que de l'eau froide, ce qui était très gênant. Vous pourriez avoir la même malchance.

Quel bel hôtel ! J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ☺️. Le personnel et les installations étaient formidables !

Il est situé en plein centre-ville de Cancún, et son emplacement était pratique grâce à la présence de nombreux restaurants et supérettes ouverts 24h/24 à proximité. Le personnel était accueillant et l'établissement était relativement propre.

La climatisation de la première chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais j'ai demandé au bagagiste et on m'a changé de chambre. Le hall était très propre et moderne, mais la chambre était différente. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, donc impossible de faire du café. La chambre était convenable pour dormir. L'emplacement était idéal et le rapport qualité-prix bon.

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le restaurant, les serveurs et les serveurs étaient aussi cordiaux et assuraient que tout ce qui était nécessaire pour une expérience fantastique était fourni. Le personnel de bureau a organisé le transport plusieurs fois - c'était le moment et les conducteurs étaient cordiaux. Mon fils et moi-même remercions le personnel de All Rithmo pour une belle vacance. Earl

Pour arriver à l'hôtel sans être transporté à partir de l'aéroport, il faut marcher à environ 15 minutes de l'aéroport pour arriver à la gare d'autobus, donc le transport est un peu difficile. J'ai utilisé Uber à partir de la gare d'autobus. L'hôtel est très propre et la réception a des personnes 24 heures sur 24, donc vous pouvez séjourner de nuit. Je pense que la chambre est très grande et propre, et que le prix est très élevé.

The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.
