I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.
While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estrella. The front desk staff and doorman gave such a warm, genuine welcome that immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The room had a few minor dents and cracks on the wall, but it still looked elegant and well-kept overall. The buffet breakfast was also impressive—great selection and delicious food. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

Le lit simple est économique et propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur, mais c'était mieux car il y avait un ascenseur.
Facile à déplacer vers d'autres endroits.
J'ai réservé un lit double et un lit double, mais le problème d'humidité était si grave que j'ai fini par rester dans une chambre simple.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience.
The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel est facile à approcher et très confortable à séjourner. Il est proche du métro. Le WiFi est trop rapide et nous avons eu une nuit mémorable avec ma famille. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Perfect séjour pour la famille.

Good location and also close to airport. We stayed in the executive suite which is very spacious and it was very clean. However for the money it was quite basic, no amenities such as coffee. There is a kitchenette but no cutlery no cups… also in the morning they only opened the pool after 9am which is very disappointing as we wanted to have an early swim.
Nice water amenities with good slides but I can’t recommend the exec suite for the money and value provided. Also no breakfast included.
Service was good and check in experience was flawless.

Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam
No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor
The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming)
Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?)
On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet.
Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Ggibo_27Location is great - situated very near the town proper and the tourism office. Just a few blocks away so you can walked your way through.
Room is very clean and the furnitures are relatively new. Hot shower is available. There are also dinnerwares available if you want to take out food from the nearby restaurants/carinderias. There is also a fridge and kettle. Netflix is also available.
Service is actually really great! The host even upgraded us from a budget room to a one bedroom unit. Only letdown for me is the toilet which I think needs to be wider. But overall, a great place to stay in Palompon while you are waiting for your tour to the island.

RRon SadzakThis is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

MMayangLa chambre était petite, par rapport à la réservation originale que j'avais réservé. Ils ne peuvent pas trouver mes réservations, ils ont dû me mettre dans 1 des chambres disponibles. J'ai réservé pour une suite Deluxe, et ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas localiser ma réservation. Ils m'ont donc transférée dans une chambre plus petite, qui est une dégradation de ce que j'avais payé.
La chambre était toujours belle, mais la propreté n'est pas à son mieux. Ils n'ont pas vraiment fait beaucoup d'efforts pour clarifier les signes de visiteurs précédents.
Expérience globale, moyenne.
