La position est à côté de l'extérieur 40, très proche de la vieille ville, beaucoup de magasins et restaurants dans la ville, l'hôtel est propre, l'équipement n'a pas de provocation, il ya des micro-ondes, la voie vidéo est facile à utiliser.

L'expérience de la maison est excellente! Mais malheureusement, la température de la baignoire est trop basse, car il est lié à la fourniture de l'ensemble de l'hôtel, il est impossible d'adapter la température de l'eau, les autres expériences de la maison sont excellentes!

Bonne valeur. Animaux amis. Personnel amiable. Clean enough and has all the comfort to feel at home when one might need it most.

L'hôtel est très bien, j'ai dit tôt qu'il y a le petit déjeuner. Mais les chinois n'y sont peut-être pas habitués. Quand je suis arrivé aux États-Unis pour la première fois, je ne pouvais pas manger ce truc froid. Vous pouvez sortir et acheter quelque chose, ou cuisiner et manger vous-même.

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Hôtel très récent, le lit est très confortable, la salle de bain est également très grande, la chambre est grande, l'éclairage est très confortable, l'emplacement est au centre-ville, le parking n'est pas gratuit pour environ 20 couteaux la nuit, le petit déjeuner est Starbucks & Coopération au bistro, pas un bon dîner, il est acceptable de prendre un petit-déjeuner léger. Bon rapport qualité prix!

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. L'avantage est l'emplacement idéal, entouré de fast-foods comme McDonald's et KFC, de stations-service, de supermarchés Walmart, et à proximité de Horseshoe Bay et d'Antelope Canyon. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'inconvénient est l'hygiène déplorable de la chambre : des crayons cassés et de la vaisselle jetable jonchent le sol, et la climatisation fait un bruit de tracteur la nuit.

I am pretty flexible with hotels I stay in because I actually enjoy different experiences. I would struggle to find something good about this booking. The gentleman at the front desk did his best to make all the issues right and did apologize for not checking the booking before he told me that I couldn't check in. He put me into the first hotel room but after I walked past the first guy outside my room who was inebriated at 6:30am I went into the room and none of the lights worked. I then went back to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Still attempting to keep an open mind while walking past the dirty grounds I had to ask a gentleman to move out of the stairwell while he was snorting a white substance. I got to the next room and turned on the light switch, and the lights were flickering. I went through a mental checklist to see if I felt safe to stay there and came up with a resounding no. I was truly worried about my car in the parking lot. There was a large amount of people hanging around outside of the hotel even with it being an early morning. The room had torn furniture, stains on the carpet, walls that are banged up, and the bathtub was just rough. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the hotel when I went to work and then p proceeded to cancel the rest of my reservation.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!
