« Location of Hotel is best. Clean room and bathroom. Staff behavior is also good. Late night and early morning food is not available in side restaurant. I think if you are planning a comfortable stay of couple of days with peaceful surrounding and basic amenities, this hotel should be your top priority. The staff is really humble and decent and take care of you. Special mention to gulzar bhai for being a great host.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ramson hotel, jhumri telaiya, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the prime location, making it convenient to access key attractions and business areas. The staff was incredibly cooperative and welcoming, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay comfortable and memorable.
