Il était très bien, il était très bien, il était très bien, il était très bien, il était très proche de la gare. La chambre était en bonne condition et j'ai un médecin à l'utiliser plus tard.

La fiche de l'hôtel n'indique pas la présence d'un hôtel au 8e étage. J'ai regardé autour de moi et je n'ai trouvé aucune instruction écrite. Le personnel était aimable et m'a accompagné jusqu'à ma chambre. Le linge de lit était propre, mais je n'ai pas utilisé les serviettes : elles étaient vieilles. Comme je suis venu pour un concert et que les transports étaient bien situés, cette option d'hébergement m'a été utile. Si vous en avez l'occasion, cherchez un autre type d'hébergement. En bas, la musique est diffusée jusqu'à 3 h du matin et il est permis de fumer dans les chambres, ce qui signifie que la Douma est présente. Ils ont également inclus des équipements de protection pour les rapports sexuels dans le kit de bienvenue (probablement préparé à l'avance). Et pendant les trois jours de mon séjour, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée une seule fois.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Soft pajamas were provided, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were polite, efficient, and respectful of privacy, which made the stay even smoother. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind without any distractions. That said, there was one… unusual moment. Around midnight, I woke up suddenly and noticed something in the window. For a brief second, it looked like a shadow forming into a red, skull-like shape, almost as if it was hovering just beyond the glass. It disappeared as quickly as I focused on it, leaving me unsure if I was dreaming or just disoriented from sleep. The stillness of the room afterward made it feel even more surreal. Despite that strange experience, it didn’t take away from the overall stay. If anything, it made the night oddly memorable. Between the incredible comfort, the relaxing massage chair, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would absolutely stay here again. A perfect experience with just a hint of mystery to keep things interesting.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour décent à la boutique GM JS, surtout pour le prix. Le service et les équipements étaient standard - le personnel était poli et la chambre d'hôtel avait les équipements de base dont vous avez besoin… il y a des frais supplémentaires de 1 000 KRW si vous utilisez les articles de toilette, c'est-à-dire le shampoing, la brosse à dents, etc. Une chose que nous avons remarquée en entrant était l'odeur de fumée, peut-être que cela avait quelque chose à voir avec la ventilation ou les tuyaux. C'était aussi assez poussiéreux, donc toutes nos allergies ont été définitivement déclenchées pendant les premiers jours… ce serait génial si la pièce pouvait également être plus propre, il y avait quelques taches sur le mur/armoire. En termes d'emplacement, il se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants, dépanneurs, stations de bus et de métro, ce qui était bien. Si vous envisagez de vous déplacer dans les zones touristiques, par exemple Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, l'emplacement est cependant assez éloigné. Lorsque nous avons essayé de prendre des taxis pour nous ramener à notre logement, certains ont refusé car ils ne prévoyaient pas d’aller aussi loin… La taille de la chambre était assez bonne, assez spacieuse pour 2 personnes et ouvrez vos bagages. Il y a une table d'étude avec une chaise et une petite table basse avec une chaise. Le lit était assez confortable. La salle de bain était également spacieuse avec des toilettes intelligentes (le siège est également chauffé) et un bidet. Je recommanderais cet hôtel pour un prix abordable et bon pour le prix !

Central, clean and good value for money. The suite looked just like the picture and felt less like a love motel than most other places close by. Would stay again.

Based on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

Nous voudrions assister à l'exposition à Kintex 1.location, un peu difficile à trouver parce qu'il n'y a pas de signe de l'hôtel et le nom est différent. Il est un ”Grand Motel” et nous n'avons pas trouvé l'entrée facilement. Les gens locaux étaient gentils et ont essayé de nous aider à trouver l'entrée. Ohhh. L'hôtel est à l'intérieur du bâtiment et l'hôtel est seulement au 10ème étage. 2. La propreté était bonne. La réception était amicale et utile. Il nous a soutenus tout. 3. Les installations étaient bonnes. C'est la Corée, la terre de beauté. L'hôtel se soucie de la beauté, il y avait des installations de beauté dans la chambre. 4. Il est proche des arrêts d'autobus et de la métro. 5. Il y avait des restaurants superbes. Nous y étions pendant 6 nuits, mais nous sommes allés à un restaurant BBQ 3 fois, les propriétaires étaient super gentils pour nous et nous avons servi un bon service avec un sourire tous les jours. Il y avait des supermarchés où je pouvais trouver des fruits frais, des légumes, du café, des biscuits et des magasins à la fois confortables partout. 7. Même à neuf heures, les vibes étaient sûres La location de l'hôtel est magnifique, mais l'entrée était difficile à trouver à la première fois.
