Goood, comfortable stay however room too small

L'hôtel est situé à Saradise, avec de nombreux cafés à proximité. Il est également convenablement proche de l'aéroport. La chambre est propre, mais elle peut être assez bruyante. L'hôtel fournit des oreilles pour aider à minimiser le bruit.

Staffs are very friendly but the facilities at hotel need maintenance. Only 1 out of 3 plugs can be used, only cold shower available after a long day and the solution is technician only available after 8am next day, the bed n aircon has a terrible smell which makes us hard to fall asleep…

La location est très stratégique, près de l'aéroport. En ce qui concerne la propreté, il était modéré parce que la chambre était poussières, il y avait des cheveux, et il y avait des tinctures sur les coussins et les lits.

During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

國家森林公園的住宿條件會比市區的艱苦一些，我入住的是早期建的房型，比較舊，訂的三人房安排了五人房，但是這裏該有的都有了。包早餐，接送機免費，要吃午晚餐也可預訂。最主要的是經理幫忙換到現金了，在這裏現金是一切，大家去偏遠地方玩一定要多備點現金，非常感謝經理！

The inn was adequately nice and clean. Provided all basic necessities including shampoo, wash gels, clean towels, toilet paper and hairdryer. Wifi available in rooms. Tv however only had basic channels with poor signal. But otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

I liked the room arrangement and overall comfort of the stay. However, there was still a noticeable smoke odour in the room, likely from previous occupants. Improving the air quality and maintaining a smoke-free environment would greatly enhance the guest experience. This time, I was fortunate to find parking near the hotel. It would be even better if dedicated parking spaces could be provided or arranged for hotel guests. Overall, it was a good stay, and I enjoyed my experience.

La chambre est propre, équipée d'un ventilateur de cond & plafond. Cependant, pendant la réservation, il a indiqué qu'il devait être standard double avec fenêtre, et ce que j'ai est une chambre sans fenêtre. Le personnel est ami, la vérification est agréable, la situation est grande, l'hôtel en général a besoin de quelques touches et de travaux d'entretien.

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile
