their cleanliness and location is good. i only have an issue with iron because other guests dont give it back to the receptionist after they used it. so that 2 days i never get the chance to use it. hopefully the hotel can add more iron for the guests to use but give solid instructions to guests so they shall give it back after certain hours of using it.

1.bidet ne pas nettoyer.. la salle de douche a également des cheveux clients même la salle juste après les services de nettoyage.
2.TV Aucun signal..
3.system annoncé peut vérifier à 2pm.. Lorsque je suis là 2.30 pm ne peut toujours pas vérifier l'intérieur, le bureau frontal a dit que la chambre n'était pas encore propre.. 😂 et je dois attendre plus de moitié d'une heure.. 💁🏻♀️

Il est très pratique de voyager et de manger. L'environnement est bon, la décoration est bonne et très nouvelle, le lit est très confortable, à l'hôtel, il a également donné un dessin recommandé pour les jeux de cuisine, la réception et la tante de la reception sont très enthousiastes et policiers.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine.

YYna Ali AkbarI had an overall pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the bed provided excellent comfort, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the sense of safety within the hotel, which contributed greatly to a worry-free stay.
The location is another strong point, as it is situated in the city and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping malls, and popular attractions. This made getting around both easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly and professional, which created a welcoming atmosphere.
One area that could be improved is the check-in procedure. At present, the process requires the identity card of the person who made the booking. This can be inconvenient in cases where a reservation is made on behalf of family or friends as a surprise. Allowing check-in using the booking number or the guest’s name would provide a smoother and more flexible arrival experience.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel, with the hope that such enhancements to the check-in process can be considered in the future.

SSophia Law MKStay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

1. The toilet bowl covered is shaking (need to replace or repair)
2. Shud provide slippers as whenever I take a shower the floor is wet.
3. Instead, cheap soap should be replaced with shower gel.
4. TV is not user friendly and does not have a standard channel to every room and it is possible to add more news channels.
Luckily this trip we mostly spent outside..
Overall, satisfy staying at this hotel moreover the staff (FO - Mimi n her colleagues), Maintenance & Housekeeping team are generally attentive n friendly plus the location. Fully recommended and for Muslim travellers the Kuching City Mosque is walkable (5 mins from the hotel)..
Lastly, I missed the Quran recites as before along the corridor. 😔

From the moment I arrived at Little HouseI knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night.
The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options.
Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect.
Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and hassle-free stay. I can’t wait to return!

IInvitéJ'y ai passé une nuit. Le personnel est sympathique. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est ancien, mais les chambres sont globalement normales pour un tel prix. Les serviettes datent du siècle dernier, et il y en a des normales, mais pour une raison inconnue, elles ne sont pas fournies aux clients. L'option pour une nuit est tout à fait acceptable, juste pour dormir à l'écart de la route.
