Staying for 1 night coz wanna catch the early morning flight. Good stay. Staying in family room. Room quite large. Clean. Bed and pillow also comfortable. Recommended to all.
Sorry ya photo inside the room not available. 😆
Emplacement pratique, restaurants faciles d'accès rue Pandungan.
No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good
Good location, 10mins walk to waterfront, 5mins walk to The Hills shopping mall, 5mins walk to TopSpot seafood ctr. Room is small, enough space to walk only. Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs
Stayed at Place2Stay @ Sri Aman for a short trip. The hotel is basic but decent for the price. Room was clean and had the essentials, though the facilities are quite minimal. Air-conditioning worked well, but soundproofing could be better—some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Location is convenient, especially for a stopover. Staff were polite but service could be more attentive. Overall, a reasonable budget option if you’re looking for a no-frills stay.

IInvitéDuring my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.
NNA_ARI add one more night for the same room. However the receptionist asked me to check out the current roim, and check in again huhu...they apologize later for the mistakes. Good enoughy
UUtilisateur anonymeThe staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile
