Had a hard time finding the check-in key box, which was located on a random slope in the carpark. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay. Location was central and overlooks the Kuching river.

Value of money is becoming a more important a topic in hotel reviews daily by day. It even has a star rating on many hotel platforms. I see it as a great overview to know if people staying at that hotel felt that their money was well spent or not. It can tell you whether the hotel is too expensive for its service or it is just right!

First time there. Very comfortable bed, the tv also good, can connect to netflix too. location also good. in front of the ' buffalo roundabout'. parking also available in front of the hotel

Réservez le temps de aller au funéraille de la sœur, la chambre que nous pouvons obtenir est propre et les équipements fournis sont assez bons. Cet hôtel est situé près de la route, mais pas bruyant. Très recommandé parce que le service est le meilleur. TQ

Le meilleur endroit jusqu'à présent très confortable pour rester la nuit mais si la cuisine mcm manque de pot sbb cuisine utiliser pan difficile mais OK promet bien d'utiliser ... Les chambres sont toutes bonnes et très confortables

The location is another strong point, as it is situated in the city and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping malls, and popular attractions. This made getting around both easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly and professional, which created a welcoming atmosphere. One area that could be improved is the check-in procedure. At present, the process requires the identity card of the person who made the booking. This can be inconvenient in cases where a reservation is made on behalf of family or friends as a surprise. Allowing check-in using the booking number or the guest’s name would provide a smoother and more flexible arrival experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel, with the hope that such enhancements to the check-in process can be considered in the future.
