I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

L'emplacement était idéal, à distance de marche des restaurants du centre commercial et à proximité d'un hôpital. Cependant, le bruit extérieur était perceptible depuis notre chambre, ce qui a perturbé notre sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, malgré un choix limité. Compte tenu de son emplacement, le prix est abordable.

What I liked: - clean room - smart TV with internet (YouTube only) access - good aircon - pool available - polite staff What I didn't like: - location - situated in a hard to find off the main road, in little dead end side road - no hot shower - no Netflix login or even browsing option on TV - WIFI password is not given by default - no kettle for hot water - if you ask for a blanket (which is basic) there is a charge - minimal amenity kit (no toothbrush and toothpaste, 1 little soap for 4 days)

Le personnel et les agents de sécurité étaient tous aimables, disponibles et serviables. L'hôtel était propre, calme, disposait d'une bonne connexion Wi-Fi et était confortable. De plus, son emplacement était idéal, à quelques pas du marché de Sugbo et d'Ayala. En résumé, ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. Je le recommande vivement !

L'emplacement est idéal, car il est proche du terminal et offre de nombreux restaurants. Il y a même une épicerie juste à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Nous avons réservé un studio avec kitchenette et machine à laver (l'utilisation de la machine est payante). Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de photos de l'intérieur de la chambre, mais j'ai inclus une photo de l'extérieur de l'hôtel et de la vue depuis le balcon.

Decent little hotel near Alona Beach. For a place to sleep and rest it’s fine. Don’t expect much, for the price and amenities, you’re paying more for the location.

Le personnel et les propriétaires sont aimables et arrangeants. Ils m'ont accepté malgré mon arrivée très tardive et ont accepté de garer ma voiture à l'intérieur. Bien que l'emplacement soit un peu difficile d'accès, surtout pour les jeunes conducteurs, l'endroit est globalement très bien et mérite d'être recommandé.

Un endroit merveilleux pour se ressourcer au contact de la nature. L'hôtel est propre et la chambre spacieuse. Le réfrigérateur et la climatisation fonctionnent, et la douche est agréable. Le personnel est toujours disponible, serviable et fait tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'endroit est exceptionnel. Il s'agit probablement d'une réserve naturelle, car les bateaux y sont interdits. Dès qu'un bateau non autorisé est arrivé, la police est intervenue et lui a demandé de partir. C'est très agréable de se prélasser sur les canapés de la terrasse et de contempler la mer. Des tortues nagent à proximité. On peut observer des coraux vivants dans l'eau, notamment des anémones avec des champignons-clowns et quelques étoiles de mer bleues et blanches. La mer est propre car la côte n'est pas sablonneuse ; les récifs coralliens sont donc essentiels. On peut admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis la côte. Les canapés de la terrasse sont déhoussables et donc faciles d'entretien. La baie est balisée par des bouées ; on remarque qu'elles passent précisément à l'endroit où l'eau commence à s'approfondir. Il y a probablement un courant à cet endroit. Nous y avons passé cinq jours. Il a plu un peu pendant notre séjour, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème car la terrasse est couverte et la baie était calme. Il y a aussi une balançoire. L'hôtel met des canoës à disposition gratuitement. Une plage publique se trouve à proximité, mais elle n'est fréquentée que le week-end. En semaine, c'est calme et agréable. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du village et des animations les plus proches, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus. Il était bon, avec un choix entre un petit-déjeuner européen et un petit-déjeuner philippin. Le petit-déjeuner européen comprenait des pancakes, une omelette, des fruits et du café ou du thé. Je recommande le thé et la boisson locaux au calamansi. Le dîner était également copieux. Les portions sont très généreuses. Ce sont des plats à partager, largement suffisants pour deux. De plus, le prix est abordable. Nous avons pris une demi-portion pour deux, et c'était encore largement suffisant. Une bière à l'hôtel coûtait 80 pesos. Nous nous sommes détendus et n'avons même pas cherché à sortir. Bien sûr, si vous avez votre propre véhicule, il serait intéressant d'explorer l'île. Comme mentionné précédemment, la plage voisine est un peu bruyante le week-end. La nourriture était assez décevante : tous les plats du menu n’étaient pas disponibles. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu goûter le poisson. Et à la fin, nous n’avions plus de bière. L’hôtel, quant à lui, nous a fait très bonne impression.

The front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊
