I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

La chambre était propre et confortable, parfaite pour une nuit reposante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, surtout le tapsilog, qui était parfait. La piscine était parfaite pour un petit plongeon, et l'ambiance était détendue. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c'est la gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Il nous a même ouvert le portail à minuit après notre retour d'une visite chez un ami disparu, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Le personnel était très accueillant et nous a bien renseignés. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité des épiceries et des restaurants. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, nous avons donc pu préparer nos propres repas. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Very budget friendly on a location that is accessible to everything needed for Panglao stay - food, beach, island hop, car rental, etc. The place is also good for remote workers as there's a dedicated working space. Staff are also friendly and accommodating.

Séjour merveilleux ! Calme, propre et abordable ! J’ai passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très agréable. L’endroit est calme et paisible, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. On y bénéficie également d’une bonne intimité. L’hôtel est abordable tout en étant très propre et confortable. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, en particulier Sir Bobby en cuisine, qui est très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’équipe de ménage a également fait un excellent travail en gardant ma chambre propre et rangée chaque jour. En résumé, je suis très content de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement abordable, propre et paisible.

Notre séjour au Jelly Sea Resort a été absolument parfait ! Le personnel était incroyablement attentionné et serviable, nous mettant à l'aise dès notre arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse et idéale pour notre famille de trois personnes, d'autant plus que nous voyagions avec un enfant. L'emplacement en bord de mer était magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. La chambre a dépassé nos attentes par sa propreté et ses équipements, notamment la climatisation, un mini-réfrigérateur, un chauffe-eau, un bidet, un sèche-cheveux et des produits de toilette complets. Le complexe proposait de nombreuses activités nautiques qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La réservation comprenait l'utilisation gratuite d'un radeau en bambou, du kayak, de la plongée avec tuba et l'accès à trois sites de plongée depuis les falaises pour les plus aventureux. Nous avons également adoré les possibilités de plongée en apnée et apprécié le matériel de natation fourni, comme des lunettes de natation, des gilets de sauvetage et des chaussons aquatiques. Ces attentions bienveillantes ont rendu l'exploration des eaux magnifiques si agréable et sans tracas. La nourriture était excellente ! Les portions étaient généreuses et parfaites à partager. De plus, le petit-déjeuner gratuit était une excellente façon de commencer la journée. Le complexe proposait également une connexion Wi-Fi rapide et fiable, ce qui était un atout majeur. Le seul petit bémol était l'absence de commerces de proximité pour les en-cas, car le complexe sert principalement des repas. Je vous conseille vivement de prendre quelques en-cas avant votre arrivée. Cela dit, le personnel a été aux petits soins ; un grand merci à Kuya Wing pour m'avoir aidée à trouver ce dont j'avais besoin à l'extérieur, ce qui m'a été d'une grande aide puisque je voyageais avec un enfant ! En résumé, j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps. Le Jelly Sea Resort est un véritable joyau, et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade relaxante, riche en activités et en famille.

The front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊
