Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

L'hôtel est abordable pour quelques nuits, l'emplacement est bon pour les touristes qui visitent le magnifique Taj Mahal. La qualité et le goût de la nourriture au restaurant sont acceptables, mais en dessous de la norme internationale.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

L'hôtel est situé entre la gare et la vieille ville, proche de la vieille ville, il n'y a rien à proximité. Le voyage ne peut être que tuk. Lorsque vous rencontrez l'hôtel à la porte, un voyage de 100 roupies, et puis j'espère vous tirer au magasin, allez-y. L'hôtel est dans le mur, les équipements et la taille de la chambre sont à la hauteur du prix, bon dans l'ensemble, service, mauvaise haleine. C'est le rythme de l'Inde et les exigences ne peuvent pas être les mêmes que nationales.

The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

Nous sommes retournés dans cet hôtel pour la seconde fois car notre première expérience fut superbe et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le lit relativement grand. Les deux restaurants sont très bien. Nous recommandons le buffet pour le restaurant North27 et d'aller au restaurant Kebab Que E le soir pour dîner pour une très belle expérience indienne avec des plats cuisinés face à vous derrière une vitre. Première location: Perfecte proximité des attractions locales, des possibilités de repas et de transit, ce qui la rend sans effort pour explorer la zone tout en offrant toujours un sanctuaire tranquille et tranquille à la nuit.
