The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

There is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

第一次到米蘭，無敵地段、房間大、乾淨、有設計感、房內叫來的餐點精緻美味、服務無懈可擊！我生病了，酒店可以叫來醫生到房間，好像只收了我250歐元（沒注意看帳單），出門在外，酒店提供的安全感很重要！來米蘭住在這裡是最好的選擇！強力推薦！

米蘭總體感覺一般 一直對small luxury hotel list的酒店比較認可，之前在伊斯坦堡TomTom待的很開心，沒想到這家讓我感覺很失望。感覺五星比較勉強，4星可能比較合適。 首先浴室很差，洗澡水會滿地都是。其次馬桶實在是太高了，170的人會雙腳懸空😂感覺馬桶隨時會塌掉😂 酒店附近環境一般，有點臟亂差。 優點是這家是目前唯一一家給拖鞋的酒店，非常好。

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

Je pense que c'est plutôt bien. L'entretien général est bon et l'attitude du service est sympathique. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux. J'y retournerai si j'en ai l'occasion. avenir.

Un des meilleurs services de Marriott à partir des hôtels que nous visitons. La réception est utile et le concierge est soigné. Il faut garder en sécurité l'environnement pour éviter toute expérience négative

Pas trop loin du centre de Milan, mais il est un peu loin de ZTL, donc il est bon de visiter avec une voiture. Le métro est juste à côté de la porte, il est facile d'utiliser. Le vieux bâtiment est un peu vieux, mais les chambres sont rénovées. Le parking situé derrière vous est partagé à 2 euros par heure en utilisant le bon émis par l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bon et bon.

The staff is generally very friendly and engaging, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The rooms are fine but not particularly special for the price. Breakfast is good, and Michela stands out as wonderfully attentive and kind. However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, it’s definitely better to head into the city. The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesn’t quite deliver the experience you’d expect for the price.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was fabulous, cozy and quiet. The hotel is very central and perfectly insulated from the street noise. Guest relations is at an unreachable level - Yulia (manager for guest relations) may solve any issue (best tickets, restaurants, guides and etc).  The breakfast is tasty and full of fresh products (gluten free options available as well). Even live music at breakfast)). Helpful staff. WC and shower are of a highest quality and design. The Restaurant & bar prepared all dishes and drinks we were asking for regardless of whether or not they were on the menu. We loved this hotel and will definitely return.
